My sweetie and I went there Wednesday for lunch! What a disappointment!!! The pizzas were little, cold and looked like been there for a while! The salad bar was a joke! Hardly anything on it! I ordered two large pizzas, an order of piggy sticks, an order of cinnamon sticks, and 5 ranches. My order was placed online, and paid for prior to being picked up. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up for me, and when he got home, we realized there were no cinnamon sticks OR ranch (that I had already paid for). I spoke to the manager on duty, and was refused a refund because he says he "checked the order" before it went out. Clearly not, considering I didn't get everything I ordered. He also tried to blame my boyfriend, saying he asked if the order was correct before he left. However, my boyfriend didn't place the order so he didn't know what was on it, nor did he receive a receipt to check the order with. I even asked him to check the cameras to prove that we didn't get our full order, because the "manager" did not seem to believe us, as he asked me if I was sure I didn't get it multiple times. Considering it has been 2 days and I still haven't found the cinnamon sticks and ranch that I, once again, PAID FOR, I'm pretty damn positive I didn't get them. Regardless, whether he received a receipt to check the order or knew what was on the order or not, it is the worker's job, ESPECIALLY the manager's job, to ensure that the orders are correct before they leave the store, NOT the customers. That is LITERALLY why they work there. So, I paid $11.24 (plus tax) for my ranch and cinnamon sticks, and didn't even get them, and THEN was refused a refund. I will not go back. read more

We have eaten here several times in the past. This past Sunday after church was awful. We brought my daughter and grandchildren with us. The staff was unprepared. People where always waiting on the pizzas to come out. I had never experienced this before. My daughter said she would never be back. read more

What is wrong with these people working in fast food now days. Can't get anything like it's supposed to be. I ordered a deluxe pizza with banana peppers. Couldn't taste anything but onions and sauce. I asked for it to be cooked well done and had to finish cooking it when we got home. There shouldn't have been this much sauce on it if I would've ordered extra sauce. I will not be going back. It's been years since I've been because the last time I was here we arrived an hour before closing and were treated horribly. A 10 month old was charged for the buffet. And they did not want to make any more of any pizzas we asked for. Ridiculous way to run a business. Close earlier if us arriving an hour before closing upsets the workers. Same exact crappy service the time before that. Hence why we no longer go. I understand this was a long time ago - but that time was enough for us. read more

We go to the buffet at least once a week or so. Best pizza in town. Spinach Alfredo is amazing as well as the calzones. My kids love the Mac & cheese pizza. read more

I always go for the buffet. Food is good, but best to go when it is crowded, (they keep the buffet fresh and loaded when crowded) the place runs best when the store mgr is there... I think his name is mike? Salad bar is very limited, and usually they don't prepare the buffet unless customers are eating, (makes since) but if you don't mind waiting, they'll fix what ever u want! read more

Love Papa's! It has been around since I was in high school. They do great things for the community and have amazing hospitality. If you order the buffet they ask you what kind of pizza you want and get it out quickly. Then they ask what kind of dessert pizza you want. Highly recommend this place! Love the cheese sticks and salads are yummy too. read more

Buffet is amazing, friendly owners, and the spinach pizza is my absolute favorite! There is an arcade in the back for the kids and makes a perfect location for family events. Tucked away at the end of the shopping center beside the old Harris Teeter. They also offer delivery for the area as well! read more

The woman that answers the phone is inept and should not be dealing with customers. I have tried to overlook this but I work too hard for my money. I will no longer be a custumer for substandard food and rude service. I don't recommend this place. read more

This used to be such a good place to eat but they will never get my money again. I had not eaten here in years, so my family and I gave it a try for take out on 06/06/2015. Our orders were taken wrong over the phone, we were not asked things we had no way of knowing we needed to tell them. Then when my fiancé goes to pick up the food they said they would not correct it the only way we could get it the way it was intended was to buy those orders and another. They were rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. It's a shame because in a town that already does not have that many restaurants, and plenty of pizza places, you think they would try to treat the customers they do have with respect. read more
