Go-to spot for pizza and wings! Through the week it's normally a quiet bar type atmosphere that is super inviting and cozy, on the weekend it can get quite busy. Always great service and even better food! Consistently good pizza! Wings are always good quality, and they offer a wide variety of sauces. My favorite is the hot buffalo. Asked about places to go to watch the Patriots game on another app and several people suggested Prosciutto's. I went last Sunday and sat at the bar. Was welcomed warmly by the waitress who showed me to a seat. Gal on my left introduced herself and was excited I was there. Bartender whipped up my drink of choice and gave me a menu. Wow lots of options. I waited until bright before halftime to order my choice and went with the appetizer sampler. It came with Fried zucchini sticks, mozzarella sticks, and fried ravioli. The zucchini sticks were delicious and hot as well as the mozzarella sticks. Was not a fan of the fried ravioli. Not that they weren't good just seemed like when they got fried it was just fried pasta with a little filling but mostly air. But people like that. Lol. The gal next to me had ordered the fried zucchini sticks and then later had a salad and then a pasta dish. It looked amazing. Next time I go I'll try the chicken tenders as others had ordered these. Before I left the man next to me ordered a sub sandwich that also looked really tasty. If you want to go to watch a game on Sunday I will definitely be back. Excellent Pizza and have had multiple times. Just tried the Thai wings and they were fantastic.

You can smell the delicious pizza from the parking lot. The first negative and probably most important thing is that it's a Boston bar...red Sox stuff everywhere... but I managed to look past that to try the hot garlic buffalo wings, buffalo chicken pizza, and zucchini sticks. The wings could have used a bit more flavor and sauce. The zucchini sticks are bomb!!! The pizza was delicious. Being from New York, I prefer my buffalo chicken pizza to have blue cheese drizzled on top, but I was able to just dip it in the delicious blue cheese. I'd been hearing for a while how awesome Prosciuttos Pizza's garlic knots were, so we had to give them a try. They lived up to the hype! Homemade, screaming hot and sitting in this pool of garlic butter sprinkled with parmesan cheese: perfect for dragging that soft crusty bread through before popping in your mouth. These were so good, I would have been happy just to have a plate of them to myself. The service was phenomenal, too. Our waitress kept our tea full and checked on us regularly. She even helped guide our lunch selections. I got pizza and my son got chicken tenders with hot honey habanero sauce. And boy, was it ever hot. The tenders weren't really anything to brag about, probably frozen from what I could see. He still thought they were good. Prosciuttos is most known for their wings, so next time he'll try those. The pizza was really fantastic, though. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was so flavorful, the crust was crispy and the toppings generous. Really one of my favorite pizzas around. The interior is much larger than you'd think from the road. It's got a big bar so I can see a lot of people gathering here for sporting events. It does smell a little stale inside, almost like the building has been smoked in for years. Get right over that, and eat your delicious garlic knots and pizza. read more

I would give them a 5/5 if they had the gluten free pizza and not only the cauliflower. As a family we are gluten free and only order from here thinking it's the best at least 1/2 times a week. Recently they only carry cauliflower and not gluten free which is totally different. Probably won't be customers anymore due to that change. I hope they add it back as we we neighbors. This place did a lot things right during our visit. The food was good and the service very good. I'll go back! We chose this place because they participate in a coupon fundraising book. The pictures and menu made us want to try it out We were not disappointed. We entered and were told to pick a table anywhere. Our server took our drink orders and answered a few food related questions. Gabrielle ended up being a fantastic server with a pleasant personality. I ordered a cocktail. The bartended didn't know the drink but came out to our table and we pulled up a recipe on his phone and he made it for me. That is good service! My cocktail was wonderful. She took our food orders. Our food came out correctly without any issues. I ordered chicken parm with the tomato creme sauce. It was delicious. The sauce was good. My date ordered a dish called Salerno. It was also a chicken dish. I tasted it and it was good. We both ordered the small portion and we both needed a take-home box for leftovers. I can't imagine the portion size of a large! The best flavor of the night came before our meal was served- the bleu cheese dressing with our salad. The bleu cheese was chunky and deliciously tangy! Sometimes when you're out looking for a new place for pizza, you get lucky. This afternoon, we did. There is a small, strip mall in Cornelius that has several restaurants plus an Orvis fly fishing shop and a consignment shop with pretty good furniture items. The gem is the restaurant called Prosciuto's Pizza. It's a pretty standard bar with tables, socially distanced, some beer and wine (good options on both), and an exceptional pizza menu. That said, this is thin crust and everyone won't like that but if you do......you have tremendous options for your pizza. Start with red (marinara) or white (Alfredo). They have a large number of pizzas with toppings but you can make your own, too. We went with the Italian meat lovers pizza and added banana peppers, green and black olives. This was simply the best tasting pizza either one of us has ever tasted. Not exaggerating. As above, the ingredients were what we both like and the extras just enhanced the flavor. Each bite was sensational. Keep in mind that we ordered a pizza with lots of toppings! Many of the standard pizzas have a few good toppings but I thought that would be bland. We really enhanced ours to the max. If you like Italian meats like salami, cappicola, prosciutto, and Italian sausage, add a few extras and this one will light you up! The banana peppers were wonderful. Not overwhelming like jalapeños can be. Just more flavor with some heat. The green and black olives added great flavor. I had a glass of the house Cabernet, Rock Nest, and it was very good. Bethany had two beers; one was Booty Call and another called Eleven Lakes. Both IPA's and both good, especially with pizza. We ordered some wings to go with Bee Sting for the sauce. Will have those for lunch tomorrow. If you're looking for a new pizza experience, this may be a good option. Gave them one more shot. Last summer I had food poisoning, called and alerted them to the situation. Gave another shot tonight, food and service were awful. Owner does not seem to care much! Food was not brought until we asked, once delivered it was cold, microwaved or sat under the heat lamp for extended amount of time. Don't like having to leave sub par reviews, especially to an establishment we have frequented many times and hope to again, but our experience today with a staff member needs to be addressed. We shouldn't have to wait at the front for 5 mins (no other patrons at this point ) to finally grab some menus and seat ourselves. The owner/manage (?) then proceeded to come get our order since the young server was on a personal phone call. No biggie. However she only came to deliver our food, not to be seen again. Had to search for her to get the check and a box, only to find her on the other side of the restaurant sitting at a table watching her cell phone ? Go to place for Boston/Mass/New England transplants! Great to find my people before the end of the Pats season. Food was terrific. I didn't discover this business is a fan of the New England Patriots. As an Indianapolis Colts fan I'm confused about whether or not I'm allowed to like the dining experience at this point. We were super happy to find this place when traveling during COVID. We originally were stopping at the nearby Italian shop for subs but when we arrived, there was a line out the door. We stopped in & placed our order with a very friendly waitress. She said it would be ready in 15-20 min. I visited a few neighboring shops while hubby sat & watched the game. 30 minutes later, our food arrived. My wrap was well with it! I ordered the Mediterranean wrap, which was stuffed with large pieces of chicken, toppings and the most delicious dressing. Actually, it was a bit too much chicken for my liking (no fault of theirs) so some was left behind. The BEST Mediterranean wrap I have ever had! I used to get dinner to-go from Prosciutto's on the regular when I lived in Cornelius. I just stopped by while in the area and was happy I did. I've really only had their pizza, wings, and garlic knots, so I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but you can't go wrong with those standbys. Their pizzas are the closest thing I've found in the Charlotte area to the thin crust, northeastern pizza I grew up with in upstate NY. The wings are also some of the best I've had. My favorite flavor is the honey habeñero--it's a must try. The dine-in experience leaves a little to be desired, but it's meant to be a casual place. It's comfortable and the staff are friendly. It's a New England bar, so probably worth checking out if you want to catch a New England game. I haven't done that yet. It's also right off I77 on exit 28, so it's worth stopping by if you're driving through Charlotte and want a decent meal that isn't drive through highway food. I recommend this place and will be back again as long as I'm still in Charlotte, I'm sure. read more

I've only ever had Prosciutto's to go, and yes it was a late night "so-unnecessary-necessary" pizza (you know what I mean!), but it was so good. Definitely reminded me of an authentic NY pie. I loved every bite from the perfectly seasoned sauce and cheese to the doughy crust. Do not sleep on the garlic knots! So chewy and easily heated up in the oven for leftovers. I'm a huge New England sports fan, and I can't believe I haven't been here to watch a game yet! You better believe I'll be here for football season next year. Go Pats! read more

Not a Fan of Soggy Pizza More of a Social gathering place than a place of serious Pizza. Dined in a couple of times and each time, had a soggy crust. Granted the topping are more than ample but the bottom of the pizza never gets hot enough or there is too much steam trapped to give anything but a soggy crust. Sorry but I am not a fan of soggy pizzas. Service leaves something to be desired. Once I got seated, it took awhile to get served and once I did, my server disappered and I had to flag her down in the end to get my check. Atmosphere is OK. It's very good if you're there to Socailize and drink beer but if you're looking for just a good Pizza for Dinner, leaves something to be desired. When the pizza arrived, it was piping hot and more than enough for the four of us! As a RI and New Englander native, this place is awesome and will become my go to for New England sports. It's got a great vibe to it with New England memorabilia decorating the inside. They have an outside area with bar stools and a tv too for this beautiful NC weather. The food is very good. We tried pizza, pasta, calzones and wings so really feel like we got a great idea of the mix. One of my favorite parts is that they make their own dressings and sauces in house - this is always impressive to me. The housemade ranch and blue cheese are both delicious. Love the wings too, especially the garlic parm and the honey habernero. The make your own pizza option is great, though the toppings are a big expensive. They do beer specials on Sundays (Sam Adams) so definitely will be my new hang out! read more

Went for Pizza last night and sat at the bar. We started with the special for Monday of Blue Moons for $3. Shared a half very small salad which was $5.99. It was basically romaine shredded carrots and a few cucumbers/peppers . More to be desired and not worth 6 bucks. Our pizza took forever to come out, after waiting 30+ mins after finishing our salad and 1 round of beers it came out. It was soggy and undercooked for part of the crust. The toppings were plentiful but the bottom of the pizza would give out. I'm not sure if it needed to be cooked more. Overall I'd give the pizza a 5/10. Much to be desired overall with the salad and the pizza. If your coming from drinks and to hang out this is a good place but for a whole meal we will not be returning. read more
