Just ordered 2 hoagies and was greatly disappointed. One was the steak hoagie that we ordered with no mushrooms but it came with a lot of them. So much so, that there was barely any meat at all. The 2nd hoagie was the Italian and we added tomatoes. They added these huge chunks of tomato. Who eats a sub with this kind of tomato? Won't ever order sandwiches from them again. read more

I ordered online for delivery on June 19th. It said 40-55 minutes. Ok cool. Only when I called in at the 50 minute mark, I was told that my order was "in there" and it would be another 20 minutes. Approximately 40 minutes later, my husband called and told them to cancel our order. The driver showed up and took the food back to the restaurant. We were told we would get a refund in 7-10 business days. It's currently July 17th and I have yet to see my $45.87. Very unprofessional read more

We ordered a heroes that comes with fries and they charged us for tge fries because it wasn't lunch when tge menu wasn't for lunch. The heroes was terrible and they only got a 93vfor cleanliness. Be careful going there. read more

Amazing! Always amazing. I've been able to try so many things off their menu over the past year and I've never been disappointed! My husband is picky about pizza, but he loves Caputos! Wow, talk about a hidden gem!! We had the most delicious NY style pizza in the most unexpected place. I'm so glad we have it a try! Our server was excellent and even though there was a mishap on our order they were very accommodating. The restaurant itself is a bit dated, but who cares when you're eating such good food!? I ordered the Pinwheel Pizzas from the appetizer menu and the Cinna Bites from the desert menu. Both were excellent. Caputo's used to be really good , but like many things, that changed. The taste of the food has really gone down hill. And the price has only risen. Did a phone order on 10/22/22 and when I walked in to pick up I noticed the health score was a 94. Last time for me . Just buy a frozen pizza from the store and save yourself the trouble. read more

This is my favorite place to get a calzone! Fluffy and has a lot of goodies inside. I am also a fan of their garlic knots and ranch dressing! Their slices of pizza are HUGE, but a little greasy. Their deserts are also really good. I recommend the turtle cheese cake. read more

1st the Food. We ordered a 16" (large) pizza, garlic knots and spaghetti w/meatballs. The food was good, not great but good. Decent pie. The Spaghetti was good also. The meatballs could have been better, but not bad. I would recommend their food for sure. 2nd. Location. It's a little out of the way from town. The building is older and it shows. 3rd. Environment. This is where it earned 3 stars. We had to cover our pie with napkins because there were flies everywhere. They were landing on the food, table, glasses, windows you name it. If they were in the dining area, they have to be in the kitchen also. Get a hold of the flies and it's a solid 4 stars. Overall: Get it to go and skip lord of the flies. read more

ZERO STARS Caputo's served me two chef salads with expired turkey meat. I refused both salads and asked for a full refund. The owner refused to refund the salads, proceeded to have a tantrum, followed by a call to the Cherryville police. That's right, he WEAPONIZED the police in order to cheat a customer out of a full refund.Owner told the police that it was my fault for ordering wrong, like I had something to do with the expired meat Caputo's serves their customers. I left Caputo's with a partial refund. Caputo's stole $10.74 from me. All the positive reviews on this site are for the previous owner NOT the current owner. Take your business to Roma in cherryville, the calzones are great and the customer service exist, unlike Caputo's. read more

Good home made food! Can't wait to try the pastas next! The pizzas we've gotten have been good. Not the *quickest* but that's ok!

The customer service is a joke at Caputo's. The restaurant had two sets of people in it at the time we came in. The temperature inside the building was around 78* and they bring out hot drinks. The drinks had very little ice that melted within minutes. So here you are hot and wanting a fresh drink, the waitress looks over and sees the drink sitting in the edge of the table and ignores us. After 25 minutes sitting and waiting, we became the only people in the establishment. The entire time, the girls behind the register were talking and joking around not being productive. After waiting over an hour to get our food, you find it to be full of fillers. People say this is a quality food... I've been to New York, that's where you find authentic "New York Style food." I can see why it's in a small town because it would never make it in a big city. Save yourself some money and avoid this place. When you run a business, it needs to have two fundamentals. First and foremost should be the customer service and second is to serve quality food. read more

We moved here from Charlotte about a year ago and have had a difficult time finding dining/food that we think is quality. We order delivery from Caputo's regularly and it is amazing. Wings, BBQ Chicken Pizza, sandwiches, etc. We do not have one complaint and we love it! read more

i bought 3 cheese steak subs with fries spent more then $38 got home my sons bun was burned and there was barely any meat that you were able to close sub and it looked like there was no meat at all and mine and my husband had lesser meat in ours because we asked for lettuce and tomatoes the tomatoes and lettuce were cut like they were meant for a salad and we added fries to our order $2 extra i wouldn't mine if i got more then a child's handful smaller the McDonald's small fries sorry i hate doing this but we drove 30 mins and was very disappointed read more

My family has loved Caputo's since Day 1! The owner has always been genuinely friendly. You can tell he cares about his food as he is always in the kitchen when we stop in but takes time to pop out to say hi and ask how we are doing. The pizza is great! Salads are great!
