We haven't had to interact much with the staff, because we use self checkout, however, you can see them working hard, stocking cleaning and filling orders. The location is kind of on a chaotic corner, but the store is easy to find. The parking lot has plenty of parking in the front and side of the building. The clink bottle/can return bins are always available. We have never found it to be overflowing. We don't mind shopping here when we are in the area. I never hesitate to stop if we need to.

All other aspects of the store experience are consistently positive so I contacted the manager. I was open minded when I shared details and suggested that she receive additional training. Brandon Bowie (customer service mgr) took my feedback and went above and beyond to make the situation right. I appreciate his attention to the matter and the steps he took to make things right.
