I believe as a former customer service worker that a minor inconvenience for the worker is better than a minor inconvenience for the customer/ consumers who is the reason these businesses are able to function. That order only had four items I could have definitely shopped it faster. The staff is always super friendly, but I don't know what has happened recently to make the wait times so much longer than they used to be.

I said thank you to everyone so many times. I explained quickly what a long day I had, and they have no idea how much this meant to me. It was a simple act of kindness in their part, but it truly meant the world to me today. Had a great experience.
