We've been going to Pat's Meat Mart for a couple of years now, and they never disappoint. The energy here is unmatched. You walk in, and it's a bit chaotic, but in the best way possible. People are calling out their orders, the butchers are making cuts, someone's paying -- it's a compact space, but it just works. They have every cut of meat you can imagine -- we even saw alligator on our last visit. We've tried a few of their meats, from ground beef to pork to most recently duck, and we're always happy with both the quality and the prices. The service is also fantastic. Somehow, they're always well-staffed, and the team is quick, friendly, and really helpful. A couple of other things to note: they offer produce, local goods (ice cream, baked goodies), breads, butters, cheeses, etc. It's more than just a meat market! Plus, parking is easy; there's free street parking right out front.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is friendly, amazing, and so warm. I need to shop here more to be honest! They have what shaws, hannford, and your local Walmart will never have, and I love that! Thank you, Pat's!

I'm shedding manly tears of joy right now. Quietly to myself of course. Why? Because I'm overcome with emotion over this beautiful BLT from Pat's. Just look at it! This is the BLT recruiting poster that all other BLTs say "When I grow up, I want to be like him." Porky & friends compete to be chosen for this special sandwich duty. Many are called, few are chosen. In fact, this sandwich is built like America used to build everything. Big & outrageously good. I've waited nearly six decades to find such a master crafted hand built pile of bacon heaped on ripe tomatoes and crunchy as the bacon, lettuce. All of it is tucked into these two slices of thick cut white bread...loaded with Mayo. Yes Mayo,. More Mayo please. That's good...no wait, a lot more please. Thank you...I have to pause here....the tears are flowing again...I just took another bite. I'm sorry. It's, it's just so good. Thanks to you Jaimie Vacchiano, the great legacy of the corner butcher store remains. This BLT is proof. I'm now overwhelmed with sadness as I've finished the last bite. Thank God for tomorrow, I can do it again.

I've been several…read moretimes and I make a point to bring every out of town guest there because it's not just a meal, it's an experience. This weekend I took my best friend and it was perfect, even in the middle of winter. The deck is still open with plenty of space heaters and even heated seat cushions. We actually got so warm we had to peel off layers, which feels like a small miracle in Maine. The two of us love a marg & taco outing, and make a point to scope out the best of the best. We started with chips and salsa and some queso, which were the perfect kickoff. Then we ordered the street corn succotash, my absolute favorite. It's packed with flavor and topped with the most delicious, salty cotija cheese that pulls everything together. I crave that dish. We split the smoked brisket tacos and the smoked pork carnitas tacos, and both were outstanding. The meat was smoky and tender, the flavors were bold without being overdone, and every bite delivered. And the margaritas? Excellent and refreshing. Exactly what you want alongside that food. On top of all that, the staff is consistently wonderful. Every single time we've gone, our waitstaff has been charming, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. They strike that perfect balance of checking in without hovering, and they make you feel welcome from start to finish. Terlingua never disappoints. Great atmosphere, incredible food, thoughtful touches that keep you cozy even in winter, and a team that clearly cares about the experience.

That being Chip, Guacamole, and Salsa. I will say I was a bag fan of the Guacamole. I was very was seasoned and very fresh. So for the mains them Family Style comes with Smoked Prime Brisket, Pork Shoulder (Pulled Pork), and the Rotating Daily BBQ which for us I believe were Burnt Ends which are one of my favorites. For the side we had Mac & Cheese Cornbread w/ Honey Butter, House BBQ Sauce & Spicy Vinegar with Pickles and Salad. To start with the sides that Mac & Cheese was really good but the winner was for the the Cornbread with the Honey Buter. The 2 just paired together so well. For the mains my favorites were the Smoked Prime Brisket and the Burnt Ends. The Brisket was good., probably not in my top 3 all time but for sure a must try. The Burnt Ends were also very good. You can't always get Burnt Ends but when you can it's for sure a must. We really enjoyed Terlingua and can't thank the staff enough for working with us for this event. For sure a must stop in Portland when you have a big party. Just plan ahead because they are so helpful to work with.

Confession time: the idea of paying to cook my own dinner has never exactly screamed "great night…read moreout." Then I went to N to Tail, and now I'm considering a career in table-side grilling. The meal started with spicy cucumbers, fried eggplant, and Korean fried chicken. The cucumbers were refreshing, sweet, spicy, and dangerously addictive. The eggplant was crispy, sticky, and packed with flavor. And the fried chicken? My partner could have just eaten that alone and been happy! The four of us went all in on the largest combo platter. Short rib, ribeye, pork belly, shrimp, chicken, veggies--the grill was working overtime. The short rib ipractically melted, the ribeye was buttery perfection, and the pork belly reminded us why pork belly has such a devoted fan club. There was a brief period where my partner and I had no idea what we were doing at the grill, luckily we were with seasoned veterans of it! By the end of the meal my confidence was soaring that I could do this again! The banchan, which the server hinted at has a few sides that change time to time, kept every bite interesting The service was fantastic and so informative, and the entire experience was far more fun than I expected. N to Tail is a hidden gem. Come hungry, bring friends, and don't be surprised if you leave wondering why you haven't stopped by sooner.

They induce a variety of sides including maple soy sauce and miso bean paste for dipping. Drinks were great, energy was great, it's a must go spot if you like Korean BBQ and are in the area. A little on the pricey side but for the area it was amazing. A must go!

If you sit at a table, you stand in line at the food counter, and then again at the bar. If you sit at the bar it's full service (food and drink), but not a lot of service IMO. I wanted to like this place - been here before - and like the ambience, especially since there aren't a lot of cool areas to hang before going to the Sea Dogs.
