I waited another 15 minutes, but no one opened the doors. At that point, I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. It was very disappointing, especially since I came based on their recommendation. Businesses should honor their posted hours or communicate any delays, as customers plan their schedules around them. I understand unexpected situations can happen, but this experience was frustrating and left me having to go to another Bakery for the cake.
