Always a pleasure to stop here for Pan dulce I moved 60 miles away but I come down to the valley on Sundays and this is a must to stop. Today I purchased a rosca de reyes a few days early since we will be working during the week and I must say this rosca never disappoints. We arrived and the guys there were just taking out fresh roscas and we got one right away. It is always so nice to see chava and Luis and their amazing employees. My daughter and I stopped as the normal one we go to was closed in San Fernando so we looked it up and this is what we found. I didn't expect to see the actual staff making the breads in the store right in view. It was amazing. The cashier was extremely helpful and they had an awesome assortment of Fresh items. Read an article in the San Fernando Sun Newspaper about a brother duo and their bakery. It's located inside a liquor store so I wasn't sure what to expect. Parking was atrocious but good thing someone drove me and waited for me in the car. The bakery portion is located to the left and I was greeted by the cashier. They had loads of boxes for roscas, definitely a good sign. A hello with the brothers that were working like busy bees and super friendly. Gave me a concha and it was so good! Ordered a rosca for about 20 people at $25, very fair and reasonable. It smelled wonderful. It had 4 babies and yay that I didn't get any. Everyone raved about it. A literal hidden gem!! TikTok influenced me to try stuffed bolillos but I couldn't find anyplace in Santa Clarita with this. Luckily Rojo Bros bakery in Sylmar came up. What a find!! Their stuffed bolillo has a fine balance of cream cheese and jalapeños. The exterior is golden brown and the bread itself is soft. I'd be lying if I didn't tell you how addicting it was. I ate 2 all by myself and they're pretty big... Their conchas are fluffy and not all hard and dense. They taste fresh because they ARE fresh. I just tasted their bread 3 days ago at Humphrey Park . They were giving samples from their van and I walked up and saw the amazing selection of bread they had so. Purchased different kinds . 2 days later the concha that was left was still so soft and delicious! I am literally buying my bread from them from now on and I am going to go visit their bakery ! I've driven by the carniceria for years and never thought to stop. One night I was craving bread and was too lazy to drive to San Fernando, went onto yelp and saw people posting about the bakery. I went in and am upset at myself for not going in sooner. The pan dulce is so incredibly soft, as is the bollilo. They're open late which is also great. I've called ahead to make sure they have whatever bread I'm looking for and they always answer and are super nice. My family and I love this little gem. read more

The absolute best pan dulce!! I've been coming to this bakery since they first opened.. family owners and ran by two brothers and their family. Always greeted with great service and that amazing bakery smell the bread is so soft and keeps its amazing texture even after a couple days. Never gets hard like other pan dulce. Okay, the pan here is delicious! I love me some conchas and have found them to just be okay at local panaderias in the Sylmar and San Fernando area. When I tried these conchas, they were just perfect! They have a lot of options for pan and have tried different kinds, all so good. Super nice service every time I go. They gave me a free pan once to try and just tossed it in my bag, which was so nice. I believe they are cash only so just keep that in mind. Closes late at 9pm so if you need a late night pan craving, definitely stop by! read more

I wanted pan dulce and most panaderías close mega early on Sunday so I was happy to see this one was open. It's tucked in a small market that also has a carnicería. As soon as you go in make your way to the left and you see all the freshly baked bread. We went in around 7pm and they had several baking sheets full of warm bread. For $16, we got three bags of different panes such as conchas, elotes, enpanadas and flaky pastries! I also got a pan de Sal filled with cream cheese and jalapeños and a fluffy, jiggly piece of cheesecake. All of them are delicious and can't wait to go back to get bread for friends. read more

Hidden gem! I was surprised to find fresh baked bread about 5pm. I was able to get 4 bags full of bread for about $10, that was a great deal and the gentleman even gave me a free bread after I paid.
