Ebony taught the class and she was a great instructor that made me feel comfortable throughout the class and had a good challenging flow. The studio is very clean with cubbies for your items, and all of the equipment you need (mats, knee pads, blocks, bolsters, straps, towels). It is a restorative yoga class so we held positions as the instructor stated messages that allowed us to release and detach from anything that we might have been holding in. Aside from getting an amazing stretch, I left the class ready to journal because it was one of the first times that I experienced silence in a while. So far I've been taking the slow flow class both days a week which has been a heaven sent, as well as a warm (95 degrees, not really warm imo) flow, a non heated vinyasa, and multi-instrumental sound meditation! I will say that I wish the unlocking of the door 15 minutes before class was reliable, often there's no one at the desk or if there is they don't really speak to you. That's mostly fine with me because I'm there to be a ball of energy, but what I wanted to say was ladies - please, we don't need to see your bare bottom at every spare glance up or around in the locker room. Please change in the private toilet rooms provided. Would make everyone more comfortable!!

There's a small lot behind the studio, and I was able to find street parking without any trouble. I took Theo's class, and as always, he was fantastic--warm, welcoming, and full of great energy.
