If you aren't an employee of Delta, there are a couple other small gyms nearby that you don't need to be an employee to visit. This is a pretty good gym for how small it is. There really is something here for everyone, from machine users to powerlifters to yogis to TRXers to CrossFitters. There are quite a few machines, both cardio (ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, and bikes) and weight (cable machines, as well as the run-of-the-mill muscle isolation machines). Additionally, there is a large free weight area, including dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, and a lifting platform. There are also plyo boxes, all sorts of balls, and stretching/rolling aids. They have a pretty good class schedule and variety of offerings, especially on weekdays, and the entire gym is open every day except holidays. The locker/shower rooms are really nice and big. For a small fee, they also offer massages. Fees are reasonable (you can get a day pass for $5 if you are here for a short time), and totally worth it to get a major upgrade over the local hotel "gyms."

Our class started off with kickboxing - rotating through different exercises with the punching bag, and ended with circuits. Our instructor (gosh I forgot his name) had amazing energy- probably one of our favorite instructors across a bunch of different exercise classes. The only thing is lol we were confused about some of the moves at the punching bag. He was really helpful but jumped around helping other people so you kinda just have to freestyle it. Luckily the people next to us were super helpful and friendly! Clean facilities and great natural lighting. Definitely one of the better kickboxing places around Atlanta!

It is a restorative yoga class so we held positions as the instructor stated messages that allowed us to release and detach from anything that we might have been holding in. Aside from getting an amazing stretch, I left the class ready to journal because it was one of the first times that I experienced silence in a while. Hopefully, I can find a similar experience in New York. I was a beginner and was met with kindness which made me feel at ease since I never practiced yoga before. Definitely check this class out!

I thought I would never learn to swim until I met Justin. He is quite professional and knowledgable about the thing he teaches, I love how he helps build up my skills step by step. After my third class with Justin, I was surprised that I was able to swim! I lived very far away and was late almost every time, Justin was very patient and considerate about it and was willing to accommodate to my schedule and even provided additional time. I also love that he has a great sense of humor, it is ready an enjoyable experience working with Justin. I have already recommended him to my friends. Take him!!!
