No one from the framing center was there so the manager instructed me to return on Thursday between 12:00pm - 5:00pm. I showed up as told on Thursday around 2:00pm and when I asked a floor staff member to please call someone to the framing center, they checked with the manager who then replied that they did not have any staff from the framing center scheduled to work today. I told them I would not return and that they had competitors and that is where my business would go. Ridiculous.

The prices are great too, they have a sale often, gotta look out for those savings cuz it's makes it all the more worth it. I've been there a million times and have never been disappointed. Well, except the time they ran out of stuff right before Christmas especially the garlands, those are the first to go. I highly recommend Hobby Lobby for any of your decor needs or just for fun even! They also have long lines sometimes, that's something to keep in mind as well.

These cashiers should be trained to pull the next person waiting to increase their Customer Service and to always thank their customers. Their products and prices might be okay but its the customer service experience that can make a different in shopping in store instead of on-line.

Normally I would have to go out of the area to please his artistic side but thankfully our little town has something for all ages to satisfy their needs to be creative. Upon walking in you are adorned with many locals art pieces I.e. hand crafted gems that you can't get at target or tj maxx (I'm 100% in favor of supporting local). While my son was doing his art work I decided to "browse" which turned into a mini shopping spree. There are so many unique things here and I love the atmosphere. The owner is kind and has many plans for the future that I'm looking forward to as many businesses don't last long. I hope this business lasts a long time because it's unique age friendly and supports local artists which is rare in an Amazon to your door world. Came in over the weekend when we were going to visit Home Goods. This was my first experience at…read morethis store and I will say I won't be back. While they had a lot of cute merchandise and furniture, a store associate very rudely approached my family when we were testing out some chairs and basically shooed us out. She rudely told us that it wasn't a toy as if implying that I couldn't afford their merchandise that we were testing. If customers can't even test the furniture you sell, perhaps you shouldn't sell furniture. It was the most condescending interaction I've ever had in a store. That associate should definitely not work in customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was an Asian associate. There are many ways she could have approached us, but she decided to choose violence by attacking my children. We saw a lot of stuff we liked and were going to purchase them, including the chair, but after her rude interaction with us, we decided to go to Home Goods and shop instead where my business is welcome. What a way to run customers out the door. If this isn't a family friendly store, perhaps put a big sign at the door that says "NO KIDS". Ridiculous...While I shouldn't base my review of an establishment solely on the voice of just one worker, sales associates serve as the face and voice of a business.
