Still wasn't ready, but owner agreed to have it completed the next day. I show up and openings were cut, but photos were not taped as discussed. After she insinuated I was a liar by saying she didn't now she was suppose to do that part, she offered to do it. I showed her the mock print out and the number system on back of photos. I was beyond done with dealing with this disorganized lady. When I got home, I discovered even more evidence she didn't recall our 15 minute consultation when I dropped supplies off. Three of the larger holes were not cut in the right place and one of them wasn't even the right size. In fact, the mat is too big for the frame. Last drop of frustration was discovering she didn't return the extra pieces form the mat board I took in for the project. Lady is clueless. Expected more for my $50+ bill.

We weren't even the only ones there. Then, the same girl kept complaining about her job and when my daughter asked her for some help with getting paint she said "I don't see why she can't get it herself, like, can she reach it?" Then, she kept giving us warnings as to how many minutes we had left to paint before they closed at 7:45* mind you. If that's not enough, we asked for a high chair and she just kept sweeping and ignored us until we went to go get it (which is not a problem for us to get it but we only had a little bit of time to paint so her getting it for us would've been nice) We love painting and this was my Mother's Day gift and the staff here was just not good at all. Will never come back. Also very expensive. One tiny kids thing for $28
