This is someones private residence, not a place to buy party supplies. Not sure why yelp lists this as a party supply place.

Flabbergasted by all these 5 star reviews...? I've been to many Playland's in the greater Bay Area…read moreand I have to be brutally honest, this Playland in Sausalito, California is by far the worst. I traveled all the way to Playland Sausalito from the South Bay with my 5 year old son for my cousins 5 year old son's birthday party. Upon exiting and making a left her and a left there I found myself driving through an old, dusty, shoddy, dirt road, with barrack style bungalows up into an old, spooky gymnasium. I'm assuming they're using 'Playland' in the school's old gymnasium. Is the school still open? I do not know, but from the looks of it, I doubt it. Just looked run down and unkept to be actually open on a day-to-day basis. I'm giving Playland Sausalito a 1 star review because mostly everyone from my cousins party ended up catching either the flu or some variation of the stomach bug that's been going on. Depending on if you were an adult or a child that kind of dictated your symptoms. After calling and asking around if anyone else from the party got sick I was not surprised to hear that, yes other people in attendance got sick. In addition to getting sick, the overall venue was kind of run down and seemed like it's on it's last leg. A few inflatables, a few balls to kick around, 2 pop-a-shot basketball hoops (one didn't work), and a cold gloomy atmosphere. Nice! I understand what Playland Sausalito is trying to do in terms of providing a safe fun-filled place for children to have parties and hang out with friends and family but if children and adults are getting sick than that's defeating the purpose. Maybe it was a one time thing or others have gotten sick at this establishment but I think lack of attention to detail, sanitary practices, and overall kind of just a dingy, ordinary, throw a few balls and inflatables in here and call it a 'Playland' is lame and dangerous. Also, when I called Playland to ask a question as to if they are open or not? (says they are closed on Yelp unless it's a private party), the guy that answered the phone said "Hello".. LoL, not "Thank you for calling Playland how can I help you" so I had to ask the guy "Is this Playland?". Not professional dude. In hindsight, as I was oblivious of what was to come the days after the party, I made a comment to my cousin that they were having another party right after us and I didn't see them doing any kind of sanitary wipe downs or anything. Yikes! In conclusion, I probably won't be coming back again and if you were thinking on planning a party for your little one here, I'd look around some more for I'm sure there are other venues that offer more bang for your buck. Do I recommend, No.

She not only transformed the entire space into Alice's wonderland, but she also made a little girl's dreams come true. But let's be honest--that girl may as well have been me because last Saturday I was wishing I was 13 years old again (probably for the first time in my life). Stacey's professionalism is only matched by her easy demeanor and warm smile. PLUS, she's wicked talented when it comes to personalized designs. Book Stacey & Company and save yourself any disappointment. Every event is a wonderland of possibilities and a chance to fall down a rabbit hole of enchantment.

She promised to send the contract and I was ready to pay the retainer. 4+ weeks later I've sent her a handful of emails about the contract, retainer, and to confirm our Zoom meeting and have gotten zero response to 5+ emails. She's totally ghosted me! She should have an assistant or at the very least use AI tools to respond, send the contract, or simply decline working with me. I've now lost over 6 weeks and have to go find and hire a new event planner. It's extremely unprofessional behavior and also quite rude. Who doesn't respond to 4+ emails from a client for their business?!

Clear and concise with what she wants, prompt responses, and a whole lot of fun. But after seeing her the event come to life, it was like we were transported into another universe. She has vision and drive. Hopefully this will not be the last time we work together!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Andrea for an extravagant, Wicked-themed birthday celebration at the Grand Bay Hotel in San Francisco. As a DJ, I've been part of my fair share of complex productions--but this event? This one had layers. We're talking immersive design, multiple performances, theatrical moments, choreographed timing, lighting cues, and the kind of attention to detail that would make Broadway stage managers sweat. And yet--through every twist, change, last-minute curveball, and behind-the-scenes chaos--Andrea stayed calm, composed, and genuinely joyful. That smile never left her face. It wasn't just impressive; it was inspiring. What struck me most was Andrea's emotional intelligence and natural leadership. She wasn't just checking off a list--she was reading the room, checking in on vendors, comforting the family, and still had the foresight to ensure every beat of the evening landed with intention. For us as DJs, a successful event relies heavily on the planner's clarity, timing, and communication. Andrea excelled at all three. Her cues were crystal clear, her flexibility never compromised the bigger picture, and her collaboration felt seamless. It's rare to find someone who can hold both the creative and logistical sides of event production in perfect harmony. Andrea is that rare gem. And beyond the work, there's a real human connection there--a warmth that draws people in, makes vendors want to go above and beyond, and creates the kind of synergy that guests can feel, even if they don't see it. After this event, I'm not only grateful--I'm inspired. I genuinely hope to work with Andrea and Mia Emma Love Events more in the future. I believe that if we continue to collaborate, we could create experiences that are unforgettable, meaningful, and consistently next-level. Andrea, thank you for the trust, the kindness, the professionalism, and for being exactly the kind of event partner every creative hopes for. I'm honored to have been a part of this one--and I'm already looking forward to the next. With deep appreciation, DJ Brandon Beach
