I've been here years before with my old car and they did great work then too, so I felt confident coming back. The alarms they use are high quality and work very well. The installation itself was very professionally done, and the alarm works exactly as I wanted, it's very sensitive and reliable, which gives me great Peace of Mind, especially with all the break ins that have been happening in the neighborhood recently. The guy who worked on our car was friendly and the receptionist was friendly as well. They did have to special order a part because the tilt sensor module didn't fit our car, so we had to wait an extra 1-2 weeks. Once the part came in, he installed it very quickly. Their prices are very fair, we called a couple of other shops and they were definitely more expensive compared to Bakersfield car and audio. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

My car and I were stuck in Bakersfield. I tried the car alarm manufacturer's website which suggested cutting wires but it didn't say which wire. I wasn't going to randomly snip wires in my car which would probably make the problem worse. I then tried AAA's roadside assistance. Although a person arrived to help, they weren't able to find or offer a solution. Next was calling local car alarm businesses. Most were closed because it was a Sunday afternoon. But even though they were closed, someone at Safe N Sound picked up the phone. Within a few minutes on the phone, he found a way to get my car started. My Samaritan at Safe N Sound was incredibly helpful, extremely patient, and wonderfully kind.
