Manuel only told me to bring the key that was malfunctioning, not my spare. I had told him while there I had misplaced my spare while moving but it was somewhere at home. We joked but he didn't tell me he was unprograming my spare. 12/11 found my spare, tried to use it and couldn't. Messaged him & now he told me he unprogrammed all keys & i would have to pay 40 to reprogram the key he gave me. Had he been upfront that he was disabling all keys, if i found my spare i would have to pay. I would be more understanding but I bought this key from you and now i have to pay to have it reprogrammed again because you took it off when I had to come get a dud key fixed? Ridiculous. He was rude at the end and called it business. I was always appreciative and kind, and recommended him to many friends and family. We spent about $4000 at this location and not one thing worked out the way we wanted it to. The biggest issue we have had was with the Century truck cap that we bought for about $3,000 since they were an authorized dealer and installer. We came back from our travels about a year later to get help with some major leakage from the door of the truck cover. Bingo told us it was the truck's fault and there he was nothing he could do. Now, another year later, we found another major leak from the break light of truck cover. I have been trying to contact the manufacturer, as I don't want to be turned away again at the New Era Sound location, but now I'm realizing I can't even get in contact with the manufacturer as their website won't let you send messages. After spending $3000, I feel like there should be solutions to all of the leaks that we have to try and fix ourselves. Buyer be warned at this location! The craftsmanship on Century truck covers is absolutely TERRIBLE, and Bingo will not help find a solution to fix it. You are on your own!!! As a reply to the business owner: thank you for the LEER info. That makes sense why the century website doesn't work. I spent $3000 on a CUSTOM MADE truck cover that leaks. You blamed it on the truck, which I see you are agreeing with because yes, part of it was the truck gap that I fixed on my own, as you offered no way of fixing it and told us we were on our own. But I would like to reiterate that the cover is custom made for my truck so that isn't really a good look when something is custom made for a truck and it leaks in multiple places. I have added new leak issues in this review that are 100% caused by terrible craftsmanship, which you have failed to address in your response to me, validating the issues that we have had with the products and quality of work coming from your store. The speakers we had installed by you in the travel trailer STILL have static when we use it, and the "custom made" truck cover that you endorse and installed has had nothing but issues. It's not personal at all, it's just what is happening, and we aren't satisfied with what we got. After reading your response, it's clearly not about fixing the problem and finding solutions, it's about making excuses for these problems. That validates why I don't want to go back to this store and want to contact the manufacturer directly. I want solutions, not excuses.

This locksmith came to the house since we were locked out of our bedroom. They said they can't tell me the price until they look at the lock and that there's a $39 for them to get here. Okay sure. He comes and looks at it and tells me it's going to be $250. Crazy because we've had lock outs before and never paid this much. We go ahead because he's already doing the job at this point. He somehow manages to get his pin stuck in the lock and now tells me that he's going to have to drill out the whole lock. We confirm he won't charge me extra for this. He's drilling in my door which usually doesn't happen for these kinds of jobs. When he's done he says it's going to be $250 plus the $39. So now I'm up there damn near $300 for this job. I pay up he leaves and we are cleaning up the mess left behind from the drilling so I didn't notice the doorknob at first. Later on we realize that the lock in the doorknob is completely destroyed. I tried to call back and speak with a manager but the person had very broken English. He eventually just advised me to go to Home Depot. Would not recommend this locksmith.
