I was on the strip for F1 weekend and knew I had to stop by Papi's for some delicious nachos! They are parked a little further back from Piranha Nightclub than before, but still an okay walk and well worth it for the food! Service was quick and nacho size was huge! The chef was even able to put beans on only half the nachos so my bf and I could share. We also ordered tacos but unfortunately the stomach ate before the camera. THIS IS THE BEST CHEESEBURGER IVE EVER HAD!!!!! Late one night, I was super hungry and I was looking on DoorDash to see what was around. I came across this place and decided why not I'm down for a burger. I ordered the Papi's monster I placed my order and it said it'll be there in 20-30 minutes which not bad, didn't mind the wait. So got my order from the front desk went back to our room and the first bite I took my mind was sooo blown!! I absolutely fell in love, I never had a cheeseburger so flavorful, juicy, and breathtaking all at the same time!! I kept raving how each bite was soo delicious I really didn't feel like sharing with my bf lol. He took a bite and his eyes grew up on how delicious the burger was. The following night, we had late night cravings again! Bf was craving that cheeseburger and wanted to order that again, I wanted to try something new to see what else they got. Plus, I knew I was going to take a few bites of his burger so it was a win win situation. I decided to order tacos instead 1 asada, 1 pastor, and 1 shrimp! Man each one was sooo delicious and yummy but my favorite one would have to be the shrimp tacos the red salsa meshed so perfectly with the shrimp!! Hands down!! Out of pure luck I happened onto this place on Yelp tonight and needing a place to eat dinner, we finally chose this place given all its high praises in Yelp. After finding a wrong place with a similar name and spending ten dollars for parking there, and hating the neighborhood of that restaurant, we finaly found ourselves on the right road to this food truck. It was easy to find on my GPS after I entered the name correctly and we finally arrived and ordered one regular hot dog and one bacon wrapped hot dog plus one con asada taco plus one shrimp taco as well as an order of fries. Finally, the food arrived and once it got into the car, the smell permeated the entire area and smelled heavenly ! I could not stop myself for reaching out to the first box of food and the fries in it was the best I 've had in Las Vegas as was the next item. the regular hot dog!!! Ordered a burrito and pastor tacos and the burrito was not good at all. I'm pretty sure they used a stale tortilla because it started to crumble when I picked it up. The burrito was also incredibly dry and had no taste. The pastor tacos were also incredibly bland as well and had no flavor. Almost seemed like they bought the pre seasoned meat from a grocery store. There is no prices in there mobile truck and each day the prices are different. These people could care less about their customers and are in if for the money. For two quesadillas with chicken, 2 cokes, and 3 carne asada tacos it was exactly $42z seriously! This is insane not right at all.
