The food quality has been going down lately. The portions have become smaller while the price jumped a little. The salsa station is no longer self serve.... you have to ask for the bottle to squeeze the sauce into your tacos. 3 stars now

No complaints here just some solid tacos I tried to go to 303 next door but the line was crazy long and I got back problems!!! Got a carne asada taco and Al pastor to hold me over. Both were great and they add some grilled onions which add a nice kick! Always love those grilled onions. Al pastor had a little pineapple which is always a hit in my book! There was a decent amount of people eating so you can tell the following and loyalty is there. There's a few seats right outside. It's a good takeout option. Stop by and check ''em out!

So I went to get some food and the next day I was charged or scammed they try to scam me for $1000. Don't use your card use cash only.

What a great find! Honestly this was not our first choice for tacos. We had initially went to Tacos El Gordo but the line wrapped around the building and the drive through line wrapped around the parking lot. After searching a bit on yelp (while waiting in line), we decided to just go here. So glad we did! Tacos (5): I ended up getting a couple al pastor, 1 asada, and 1 chorizo tacos. All were amazing. Generally when I go to a taco stand, there's 1 clear standout. Not here. The asada wasn't overcooked or dry at all. The al pastor was charred nicely and had great flavor. And the chorizo... amazing! Next time I'll have to try the tripas and lengua. Tacos Dorados (4): These were interesting. Like mashed potato inside a fried shell. The cabbage and cheese on top was a nice cool contrast. I'd probably save my calories for the meats next time though. Salsas (5): What brought everything together was their salsas. Again, generally at taco stands, there's even a clear standout with their salsas as well. Both the verde and roja were outstanding and had a good kick. The orange salsa that came with the tacos dorados wasn't as spicy but added a nice flavor. So basically everything was outstanding and next time I'm in town, we'll be hitting this place up FIRST!

Hands down my top favorite taco truck in Vegas. My boyfriend and I always come here at least once every month when we have our mini staycation. Our go to are the asada and pastor tacos. They are $2 each. They do a good job wrapping everything up so it's nice and warm by the time we get back to our hotel. This is our go-to place when we are craving tacos! Not in the greatest area, but they have yummy food!!

This is literally the best, underrated tacos ever. every taco i've gotten from other stores or food trucks do not compete with this. I would literally drive 20+ minutes to eat this. GO TRY! I recommend Asada. :D

Was craving some late night tacos & came for the consistently solid reviews. Definitely not disappointed. I wanted to try a few things so I ordered the asada, pastor, chorizo & potato tacos. Jamaica on the side for good measure. In order of favorites: 1. Asada: Well seasoned & tender, great meat/onion/cilantro ratio. Super minimal, no extra nonsense. I hit it with some of the caramelized onion & tomatillo salsa, had it SINGING like a gospel choir in my mouth. 2. (Surprisingly) Potato: I'll die on a hill that says tacos shouldn't be fried crunchy, but this may be the only exception. Comes with cotija & shredded cabbage on top and a side of what tastes like the sauce from curtido. Overall super balanced and textural. 3. Chorizo: Very savory and tasty, good amount of spice. This one went best with the hot, spicy red salsa. It was good enough to order again. 4. Pastor: I feel like this is probably an unfair assessment considering I'm not a pork person, but I didn't hate it. I ate it, however wouldn't get it again though due to the initial statement. Jamaica (separate but equal): I feel like it's really hard to mess up Jamaica but I will say it was perfect. Not cloying, medicinal, syrupy, or weak. It was just right. Overall, very solid and would definitely come back. Just be mindful of parking since it IS a taco truck in a small lot.

Yey for street tacos literally on the sidewalk. Taste is good, even if I think 2$ per taco is overpriced... it's all good.

Also ordered the prickly pear cutty juice and literally 100/10 so good. I crave and dream about this meal with how good and satisfied I was. I literally wish I lived in Vegas for this. You get soooooo much chicken on top of the fries and again it's so frickin worth it! The staff there are super friendly and helpful, and honestly the wait goes by quick. Worth the wait regardless. It's in a small parking lot right outside a gentleman's club lol but again... WORTH. IT. Will be coming back when I visit Las Vegas every time

The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.

If you're looking for something different that's packed with flavor, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

This cute food truck is located inside the Park MGM just around the corner from the room elevators which makes it an ideal stop on your way back to your room after a show at Dolby Live or a night of dancing at On The Record. I had tried the corn dog bites which are pretty much exactly what you think they are - deep fried mini corn dogs, but they do come with a good quality mustard to dip into which adds a little something. The Hand Burger was flaky and buttery, I had expected something more akin to an empanada and was pleasantly surprised. The cheese and meat filling was decent and drunk me had no complaints! Slushies have rotating flavors and I believe I got the mango, which was sweet and fruity, perfectly balancing out the tequila nip I added on! The sandwich came out dry, bland, and completely lacking the flavor you'd expect. The bread wasn't crispy, and the whole thing tasted like it had been pre‑made and reheated. The food came out fast--almost too fast--which only reinforced the feeling that everything was cooked ahead of time and microwaved before serving. The bright spot: the cheese sticks and pretzel bites. Those were actually worth ordering and had way more care put into them than the Cubano. Overall, the Cubano is not recommended. If you go, stick to the snacks.

For months I've seen The Spot To Eat truck parked next to the VA office on Palms Airport Drive for almost every other day for lunch. I couldnt find any Yelp listings and never thought of looking on Facebook. Until today when something in the office smelt good and I couldn't figure where it was coming from. At the truck, its a trailer pulled around by a truck, all the pictures and descriptions just blew my mind, I was excited and upset that it took me so long to finally try it. I saw and even smelt their Buffalo Chicken Salad and I wanted one but held off. I started asking other's what their favorites were and went with Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich and Crack Fries. It was delicious on its own and only $7 ($6 for the sandwich and $1 if you add fries). It was a fried chicken with Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and wasabi mayo between a roll, I mixed up some deli mustard and sriracha and added to the sandwich. Did I have a smile on my face? Yes. Ordering fries on their own are $3 and ordering almost any sandwich or burgers are $6. Delicious looking gourmet burgers at a reasonable price. Their trailer has a TV with sound. I usually see them during lunch at the VA Office near the airport but follow them on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/thespottoeat and Twitter https://twitter.com/TheSpotToEat to see all their pictures, menu, and where there going to be.
