Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the management and ownership. It gives the impression that customer service and respecting customers' time simply aren't priorities. More importantly, it's disappointing that the employees don't appear to have been properly trained or given the tools needed to manage orders and pickup times effectively. First time here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to others. If you are single with all the time to waste then by all means go, but a working family just trying to get dinner for the family I should have went to my go tos like Crust Pizza, Marcos, or Pizza Hut.

I have never had to wait that long for a steak, especially at this price point. When the food finally arrived, the steak was extremely disappointing. I ordered my steak medium, but it came out very unevenly cooked. Parts were closer to well-done while other sections were still medium-rare. Only about a third actually being medium. It was also tough and lacked flavor. After waiting over an hour, I expected much better. The mashed potatoes were actually good and probably the only part of the meal I really enjoyed. For dessert, I ordered the tiramisu. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable or worth mentioning. We also witnessed a very concerning situation at the table next to us. Their left over food had apparently been lost, and when it was brought back out, they were given someone else's leftovers. The customer immediately pointed out that it wasn't his food, and the restaurant had to make him a new meal because he understandably hadn't touched it. Overall, we paid about $155 for two, and for that price, I expected a much better experience, especially in terms of service, food quality, and attention to detail.
