I visited Par Bar on a date this past Saturday afternoon and it is such a cool place! I loved the concept, drink prices (although I didn't pay, heh), and most especially, that they have PING PONG!! I enjoyed several Orange Creamsicles that they were advertising pretty hard and they were delicious! My date had his regular beer. We played a round of mini golf and then some ping pong before walking down the street to get food a 3 Daughters (I don't think they serve food at Par Bar but I could be wrong.) I don't live in or near St. Pete so I don't go out there often but if I did, I would be back to Par Bar for sure!

What an awesome bar concept! You can go with your friends, on a date, or even with family. Everything seems reasonably priced and it's all outdoors to enjoy the nice Florida weather. my friend group, and I stopped here a couple weeks ago to check out the putt putt course and have a nice little pregame. We will definitely be back. Whole experience: 9.7

Friendly quick service. Dog friendly. 10 drafts on tap. Indoor and outdoor setting with lots of places to sit. Reminds me of a cross between Park n Rec & Dog Bar. The next bar spot to hang out with friends. No idea how much mini golf is or where you purchase that. Also, the beer menu has no prices.

Really cool bar in downtown St. Pete. The mini golf is small but has great and unique holes. They also have ping pong tables, giant beer pong, and darts. A great selection of craft beer as well. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn't too crowded so we were able to have as much fun as we wanted.

I had a fun time at Par Bar! We gathered as three couples, so we had a couples game. Par Bar is so unique, I haven't been able to play mini golf at a bar before! The 18 holes look so condensed and at first we thought it wouldn't be such a challenge. They strategically placed kegs and barrels just to give you a hard time on the course! Towards the middle, I got kind of frustrated, but no worries, the house rules say that you can cap your strokes at 6 at each hole. We had a lot of fun and I would like to bring my parents next time since they love to play golf!

Par bar was a fun experience for the family. It's very cute and the holes are fun to play. My daughter loved it even this she insisted on playing her own way and not the way daddy tried to show her. It was a hot day they had umbrella covered benches to escape the sun for a bit.

Honestly even if you don't care to golf go specifically for the food truck alone (Shiso Crispy). Quite possibly the best food truck I've ever tried! Par Bar was a great idea for a Valentine's Day date! Holes we're fun and competitive and they even have trash can beer pong as well, which was fun to play after golf. Overall, a great date night experience!

What a GEM! Great hospitality and lots of fun, free games to play when you're done with the "18 putt holes" Highly recommend!

I came with a group of about 15 friends on a Thursday evening. It was a little difficult to find parking, but that's not unusual as you get closer to downtown Saint Pete. Indoors is air conditioned if you need a break from the summer heat, and they have seating at the bar & at tables. Two unisex restrooms are available inside too. Outside, there are picnic tables to eat at (food truck on site), enjoy your drink, or catch up with friends. Each score card fits four names, so we broke into four groups. They offer putters of various lengths to accommodate any height of an individual. The course looks a lot easier than it actually is! The bartender was extremely friendly, and several of us were glad to find out they had ciders in addition to beer. Drinks were reasonably priced. In sum, it made for a great evening, and our group definitely plans to visit again.

Great spot to discover! Enjoyed a satisfying Coppertail Unholy Ale w/a beef chimichanga from the food truck. Sat on the outdoor benches and just a chill time with the hubby. Great to see some people bring their really well behaved doggies along! Looks like the putt putt course is no joke lol. Very well attended when we were there on a Saturday night. Hope it continues to do well!

Perfectly cooked filet wrapped in light puff pastry, served with sautéed vegetables (the carrots are to die for) and mashed potatoes. All topped with a creamy gravy. We ate every bit. At the outset, the server spilled a container of salad dressing on one of our party. Ok. No problem. Accidents happen. I ordered broiled salmon. The server asked which side I wanted. I inquired as to the choices. She listed them (fries, slaw, salad, etc). I ordered a salad. I enjoyed my meal. (One member of our party also ordered the salmon. She said hers was very overcooked and dry). After we finished our entrees, the server asked if anyone wanted dessert. I ordered a apple crisp to go. After paying the bill, I looked at the itemized charges. I was not happy to see that I had been charged $3.00 for the "side" salad. When I asked the server about it, she said that the salad was a "premium" side--ergo, the $3.00). This should have been revealed to me prior to ordering it. By the way, the to-go apple crisp was a whopping $10.99!! I sure hope my husband likes it!!

It is what you would expect if you have been to one in the UK. I went for my birthday and it was like being out for a night in Bristol. You step inside and sit down to enjoy. The beers are traditional. Maybe of the draf is from the UK, Ireland, Denmark and more. It is all what you would find not only in the British Isles but from local markets in Scandinavia, Belgium, Germany, and more. It is a good way to have a pint. As for the meal itself, this is not fancy dining. Again, it is local. There is steak and kidney pie, fisherman's pie, cottacge pie, burgers, salads, and more. Of course, there is even fish and chips. And this is made the way they make it back in the UK. It is fresh fish (haddock) and coated just right. It is rich and tasty and willed with enjoyment. As for the fries, you can make a meal out of these alone even if it was the only thing to have with a beer. It was ideal. Again, freshly made and filled with flavor. People are talking. The team is ideal. The service great. And, as for the price, you can not beat that. It was what to expect. The place is on the main road, but it is hidden right in front of many of us, especially the seasonal tourists. Head over to the Horse and Jockey, and step back into a good English Pub right here in Florida.

Food was very good. Service by Sydney, not so much. Very inattentive and extremely slow.read more

I see in another review a Yelper complains that it's not a tiki bar, but if you understand proper English, they're not claiming to be a tiki bar. The name says Pub & Grill. The bar's OWNER is Tiki Tim. That's his nickname, not a description of the bar. Yes there are some tiki type decorations, and yes, the place is actually a dive bar, But they have an absolutely fantastic kitchen so Tiki Tim's is well worth visiting. I ordered the Loaded Crab Cake Bloody Mary ($26.99). This exceptional Bloody Mary comes with a Bloody Mary Chaser! The chaser had 6 green olives. The Bloody Mary itself had: 4 pcs Celery 2 slices of Bacon 3 Mini tomatoes 4 lg shrimp 1 Crab cake burger It's a meal as well as a drink. Nice kick, too. The menu has several different Bloody Mary options. I also ordered the Blue Crab Fries ($14.51). A huge dollop of blue crab dip on seasoned fries. Enough dip for all the fries. Wing Man Gary (USAF pilot, retired) had the Tiki Burger ($14.51). Gary reports the burger was good but not exceptional. The menu has some fantastic offerings, I'll be back to try more!

We searched restaurants in the area and Tiki Tim's came up in our search. We started driving over; we weren't sure if we had the right directions because it took us into a residential area, but there it was!! There was a sign out front advertising the specials, and the windows were lit up with beer signs. We walked in and sat down at a large table. We were kind of in a hurry, so we walked up to the bar and asked the bartender about servers. She said that she was the only one there and she would be with us in a few minutes. We mentioned that we were kind of rushed, but she said that the kitchen was not backed up at all so once we ordered, it would be fast. The menu had a little bit of everything. My friend and I decided to split a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. ($15.55). It was definitely big enough for two and it was really delicious, piled high with meat, cheese, peppers, and onions. It also came with fries, which were really tasty. My sister ordered the cheesesteak salad. It was basically the cheesesteak fillings on top of spring mix. She also said it was really good.($14.50). The remaining 2 girls at our table had chicken wings with the "sweet heat" flavor. ($11.95). They loved the sauce and raved about how yummy they were. Overall the service was good. The food did come out really fast and we enjoyed all our lunches. We also had a few beers which were nice and cold. They do have a full liquor bar and apparently they are famous for their loaded Bloody Marys. This is a great spot for a quick lunch, a casual dinner watching sports, happy hour, late night drinks, or even breakfast. We noticed a few patrons arriving by golf carts and if I lived close by I'd visit often!
