Worst lash fill experience ever. The appointment started with her being 10 minutes late which is 10% of my 90min appointment time. She expressed no remorse. She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years. read more

Liv Bay has been awesome since I started getting lashes! Especially Rio she is always making my lashes so full and look amazing every time! Hey, So I am not the one to leave reviews but honestly........I got my lashes done here and I kid you not they started to fall within two hours. The next day I woke up and decide to brush them and my whole right eye just completely fell apart. So I have 1 eye that looks decent and another one that looks awful. I called and they scheduled me for a 15min free touch up.....they looked better (the second artist did a way better job then the 1st artist who literally spent 2 hours on my eyes while she spent 15mins, crazy) I literally have 1 eye looking like a doll shape while my other looks like a cat eye. I think the artist was confused at the end in what she wanted to give me even tho I ask for cat eye. So what a waste of 176 dollars......the retention there is awful. I have been to other artist and my lashes have lasted up to 3 weeks without a major mess. Another 5 stars I won't go anywhere else for my lashes. I love this location and on the off chance (which is rare) that I'm not satisfied with my service they always make it right! I've been going to Dalia and Michaela recently and couldn't be happier. My retention is always excellent and I never feel tugging or pulling on my lash line. For my girls that like a quiet appointment I feel no pressure to talk with Dalia and Michaela! They're pleasant but it doesn't feel like an obligation to talk and it feels truly relaxing. I'm just reviewing this one based on my opinion as a business owner myself (Goodfella's Tax Solutions) as I'm a male and accompanied my wife on this trip. She loved her lash lady and her expertise and knowledge. I waiting in the comfy luxe lounge area and worked the whole time since it was during my tax season. I loved the way the reception girls greeted everyone and their recommendation for after care products as they exited. They were sure to always ask for follow up appointments and were super friendly. The only negative (my wife knew this going into the appointment to be fair and they even tested the adhesive on her arm the day before for free because she had an allergic reaction in the past) was that the adhesive made her have an allergic reaction that swelled my eyes shut for 2 days. It was NOT the business or the quality, it was my wife's quirky allergies. My only suggestion is if you're worried about that allergic reaction, have them dab the adhesive on your eye lids as opposed to your arm as they did on her for testing. She had no reaction on the arm, but 2 hours after the lashes were on, she looked like she just got out of a losing match with Mike Tyson read more

I really enjoy Emery, he is a great artist, however the company itself is not good. I wasn't feeling well the morning of my appt so instead of going I called to reschedule. They stated they had to charge a $50 fee even though I didn't feel good. So they wouldn't let me go to the appt to avoid the $50 fee, and charged me $50. This was my 3rd appt with them, I could have been a long time customer. I usually don't ever miss any appts but I just really don't feel good. I'm really disappointed they didn't allow grace. You guys lost a great customer. Edit: This company really made up for the issue. A manager contacted me and they comped my next appt. I'm very satisfied with the way the owner handled this situation. I'm leaving this review because I spent almost $200 at this place in less than a month and I didn't get any good results. The first time I got the classic lashes, they looked great for 2 days. Then at the fill two weeks later I decided to get the mixed volume, same thing happened again. They looked great for a few days. For instance I got them done last week and I currently don't have any lashes on my lashes. I also looked at the ones that fell off on my bedding through out the night (normal) had my original lash on the false lash, not normal. I also don't like how they set up these sessions with a certain amount of time.. 45 mins for a mixed volume lashes refill. That's not enough time and that's probably why my lashes are gone. Also, they charge you $25 for a missed re-touch appointment, missed appointment and if you have to reschedule. read more

I am writing this review with a heavy heart because the company charged me twice for the same service and refuses to give me my money back. I went to the merchant initially on 3/1/2023 at which time I paid them for the services and I was happy. I went back to the merchant on 3/15/2023 and agreed to pay them $90 however I was charged $90 two times and when I emailed the location to bring this scouting error to their attention, the location manager; Cassandra Avalos advised me there was no error and when I showed her proof of this error, proof from my credit card statement she never responded back which was disappointing and clearly tells me everything I need to know because if you are willing to make sure you do right by your customers, you wouldn't just not respond when they show you proof of a billing error. Needless to Say, I will never be visiting this business again ever no one should just trust that a merchant is charging you the correct amount, always check your accounts and always be diligent her that you are being charged accurately It at this merchant is refusing to make it right with me. However, I have disputed the charge with my card company and things should be getting worked out. read more
