This place is a scam! They rarely have soap in the self wash stalls, plus they ice up causing slip hazards (my fiancé hurt himself after slipping!!), and nobody is ever there to complain to! What if he cracked his head open?!? On the last occasion, the automatic stall door never opened after I put $7 in there, and the phone number they list is disconnected. I've had it with this place! The police and attorney general have been contacted, and I strongly suggest the previous reviewers also contact them! This place will be fined and probably shut down in no time! read more

Place is a scam. I paid for a car wash and the machine stopped down right after. Probably did the same for the 3 cars behind me. Needs the Better Business Bureau to shut it down. read more

Do not waste your money! Equipment is old and doesn't work properly, change machine never has chang and the vacuums don't work. Great quiet place to detail your car if you bring your own supplies. read more

Closed down. If it was open it was not on the main road which caused a huge waste of time to go out of our way on our car trip.

3 of the for self-service stalls were shut down which meant we had to wait in line for 15 minutes we finally got through the credit card machine didn't work. Luckily I scrounged up three dollars. The wash cycles is disabled so all you can do is rinse. read more

Agree with the 2012 reviewer (four years later!). It looks nice on the outside and there is maintenance constantly on site sweeping up and giving the impression of good management, but the actual experience falls far short of expectations. The equipment is often broken with poor signage to deter users from losing money. What does work is not up to standards. I can suck harder than the only working vacuum that they have and many of the DIY washing bays have features that are not operable. read more

Same as the other two, stopped in on 2/2/17, big neon sign says open. Paid for my wash with my credit card, waited for over 10 minutes for door to open, had to get several cars behind me to back up so I could leave. No one in office, side door was boarded up. Don't use this car wash. I went there and used my credit card. The door never opened. I tried to go into the store portion and the doors were locked. When I called the emergency number it was disconnected. Guess I'm out $11 bucks. Never will return. read more

Visited today 1.6.18 as signage indicated it was open. I was able to use the machine and insert my car to pay for the automatic car wash, however, the door would not open. There was a contact number listed so I called and sent a text asking for a refund and received a response that they could not offer me anything. It's a scam! Just gave them my hard earned money for NOTHING in return! Don't give them your business. They know nothing about customer service! read more

DO NOT use this car wash. On two separate occasions I have been short changed by the automatic car wash. The first time I never received change - I inserted $10.00 for a $6.00 wash so I was out $4.00. The second time I went there and inserted exact cash ($7.00) but the door never opened. Both times I tried to go into the office portion of the building but the doors were locked and both times when I called the number listed on the receipt it was busy - indefinitely. Buyer beware!! If I could have rated this with no stars I would have. This place used to be nice. Since the new owners have taken over it is a broken down rip-off! It is close to my house so I use it often. The last 3 trips I have experienced broken equipment that stole my money!! Vacuums rarely work! This last trip the middle vacuum was broken and took my money. When I went through the car wash half of the wheel & tire cleaner didn't work so only the driver's side got cleaned. There is never any attendant there to assist and when you call the number they ask you to drive to Tannersville (knowing most won't) to get a refund. Find another place to wash your car and save some wasted $$! read more

I want to give less than one star! The drive thru is not working so that was down. I went to 3 different stalls before i found one that would take my money. If I'd drooled on my car i would have had more pressure. The place is disgusting, there are dead mice in the stalls. It's time for them to put a closed sign on the place if they're not planning on fixing it! read more

Just as previous reviews stated, the machine just charged my card and the door never opened. I tried calling the phone number listed on the machine and the receipt and it seems to be disconnected. I called my bank immediately to dispute/remove the charge. read more
