Three dogs and one under 6 months old had killed our white carpets that had come with the house. George stain treated and cleaned them and they looked fantastic! I had paradise carpet cleaning out to my home and they did an excellent job. I have always been the one to rent a machine and pay way more than it is even worth. Not to mention having to do the work myself and waste half a day or more. George came out and cleaned our carpet in about an hour and the carpet looks better than I could have ever done renting a machine. He was even able to remove a few tough stains that we had worked so hard in the past to get out. George was great! He was able to fit me in the day after I called, and for a very reasonable rate. My dog got sick and I had some truly awful pet stains all over my beige carpet. He wasn't able to get them completely out, but that was just the nature of the stains with all the acidity in pet urine. He even did some extra dirt stains in my living room at no extra charge. When calling to schedule an appointment, I told them that my carpet would need to be treated for pet stains. They told me that I could save some money by going to Petsmart and purchasing Natures Miracle pet stain remover. I really appreciated that they told me this to save me some money. George was quick to return my phone calls, arrived on-time, and took his time to clean our large sectional (with 11 removable cushions, plus throw pillows). George cleaned the carpets a couple days ago in a foreclosure I just bought. It was absolutely neglected & filthy. I've had George clean in my other rentals before, but nothing compared to the cleaning this place needed. The carpets had stains everywhere - from who knows what. I figured it was worth a shot to have George clean the carpets before deciding to rip them up (likely what I thought I was going to have to do). Well, what a surprise! I have had my couch for 7 years and it was pretty soiled. I am a clean freak and wanted to be sure and find a company to renew the life back into my couch.
