Karl, the brother of George, came out last week to clean our carpets. For starters, when our parents first came out to visit our home in Tempe they were convinced that we would have to replace our disgustingly stained, and jello-shot corrupted carpet. However, Karl proved them wrong! He showed up at our house at 8:30am and was diligent about his time spent there. He walked throughout our two-story home and gave an amazing estimate of $95! (This was also given after a 10% discount for using Yelp!) Karl was swift and rigorous throughout the entire cleaning process. We couldn't believe some of the stains that had finally been removed! He even provided us with some helpful carpeting tips and suggestions on maintaining quality carpet care. The overall experience was excellent and the best part was that Karl was able to remove a two-year stain of red dye!! We are so thankful to have Paradise Carpet Cleaning service our home AND an exceptionally impressed landlord!! Thank you, again! read more

We were having new furniture delivered last weekend and wanted to get the carpet cleaned in anticipation of that. Because we have been so disappointed with the last several companies who have been out, I decided to Google best carpet cleaner in Mesa. Paradise Carpet Cleaning and George popped up with so many positive reviews that I thought it was definitely worth a try. After experiencing first hand the professionalism and friendly personality of George - not to mention the best carpet cleaning - I can echo what so many others are saying. Not only was the carpet cleaned better than any other time in the past, the price was definitely the best, based on square feet and not by number of rooms. When you call George, you will likely need to leave a voice message as he's probably cleaning someone else's carpet, but he is very quick to call back. Our family is moving out of a rental property in Mesa this Tuesday. In the lease it states we must have the carpets professionally cleaned. We read all of the reviews on "Yelp" for local professionals and selected "Paradise Carpet Cleaning" based on these reviews. George (who looks just like the person on the business card) was there on time. He measured all of the rooms to be cleaned and gave an exact estimate before he brought any equipment into the house. We were very pleased with the price (his measurements matched what we had done the day before). His truck had all of the necessary items and the job was done completely. He even left us 'booties' to wear for the exit showing, and a trash-bag to throw them away in. We would highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for a 'great job'! read more

This is my first Yelp review, but I felt compelled to contribute to the community that had helped me. I had previously used another carpet cleaning service in the past, and wasn't completely dissatisfied with them, but when I called to schedule them this time around I found they had raised their prices and the person taking the call wasn't very inviting. I called George (the owner/operator) to inquire about his carpet cleaning after reading the positive reviews here. He was very upfront and honest about his pricing and services, and I scheduled an appointment. He called when he was on his way, and was on time and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We have an aging white carpet throughout our home that hadn't been cleaned for a good while, and when we saw the reviews on Yelp there was no doubt who we'd try. Karl did the job, and in addition to his being a really nice and competent guy, we were very, very satisfied with the condition of the carpet afterwards - it hasn't looked this good in years! And it was done in under two hours and the price was more than reasonable. Apparently there was a mechanical glitch that left a small area a bit brownish after it dried, but Karl came back promptly and took care of it in the same friendly and capable fashion. In our 40-plus years in the valley this is by far the best we've had. Needless to say, we're customers from now on. read more

Oh no. The carpet cleaner is here. OK, mentally prepare yourself for the classic "our ad doesn't really apply to your house" or "that's our basic charge. You're still going to need some special chemicals to lift these stains out. That will cost A LOT extra." But alas, this is George. He's actually nice. He actually came in, measured the "usable carpet space" and not that covered by furniture. Then he had the nerve to quote me an already great price for the cleaning, PLUS a 10% discount for mentioning Yelp. He's got a REAL van with REAL professional equipment and not some freelancer who's renting a rug doctor from Home Depot. This guy is the real deal and I will absolutely use him again, again and again. read more

Paradise Carpet Cleaning was referred to me by a friend. We had a mishap with our dog and she bled all over our carpeting. We first rented a carpet cleaner from the hardware store to clean it, which did not work. We then called George at Paradise and he came over and cleaned our carpets and got every bit of blood out of them. He did an amazing job at getting the stains out. We seriously thought we would have to replace our carpeting, but George worked his magic and we still have the same carpeting today. We have George come twice a year to clean our carpets and our chaise lounge (micro fiber). He is fantastic, thorough, and very professional. read more

I had George come out and clean my carpet when I moved in November '09. I basically had 3 days to get it cleaned before my lease was up because I took too long to find someone to do it. George said he was booked, but when I mentioned Yelp, he said he hated to turn away people from the site so he said he'd come by later and take care of it. He was super friendly and just a really nice guy. When he was done, my place looked like it had never been used! I even had a red stain where I spilled K&N filter oil and he got that out no problem, and at no additional charge. Great work and about the best price in the valley; HIGHLY recommended. read more

He was prompt, professional, and very nice. My carpets looked brand new!!! I am a big fan of Paradise Carpet Cleaning and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. ******We called George and Paradise Carpet Cleaning when we moved out of our previous apartment. The lease states that we have to have a professional clean the carpet. With George we got more than we bargained for. He cleaned the sorry old apartment carpet and made it look brand new, even got out the oil stains from my man's work boots. At the walk thru when we left the guy from the management company was amazed that it was the same carpet. George really went above and beyond to take care of us. My fiance and I bought a foreclosure property and George came over to do our carpet and tile. The previous owners put a laquer coating on the ceramic tile that should never have been put on and we soon realized that it was coming off during the cleaning. After a broken hose and unexpected extra hours added to the workload, George got the tile looking awesome with a smile through the whole process. We gave him a nice tip for his efforts. I tried this company out because of all positive reviews and the great price I was quoted. George came to my house 15 min. early (which was great) and measured my rooms and gave me the quote. He was super nice and very friendly. The carpets look amazing and he got them super clean! I did have a red dye stain in one of the rooms which he let me know would not come out. I appreciate him being honest and not trying to charge me for something he knew wouldn't come out. I found Paradise Carpet Cleaning while looking at reviews for a chain carpet care company. I stumbled upon Paradise and his reviews were so much better than many others that I hired George to clean our carpets. We hadn't had them cleaned in so long and we have dogs that lay on the stairs and the stairs were filthy. He did a great job, the stairs and all the carpet looks SO much better! I've used a handful of carpet cleaning companies, but George and Karl provide top notch service. The last time I used them I had my couch cleaned by Karl, and I am absolutely surprised at how well it turned out. I was contemplating buying some new cushions, but these things look brand new! I can't believe it, they had food and chocolate stains, but Karl took the time to work out each spot and each.. um.. problem area (to put it lightly). George was great. He provided great conversation and information about his work and what he was going to do. He answered all of my questions and then proceeded to go to work. He was at my house to clean couches and a mattress. Afterwards they all looked and smelled cleaner and once they were all completely dried, they all felt allot more softer and comfortable. The owner George is nearly a text book for the carpeting industry. He has several other businesses that he works with. We also used Chris Roswell, one of Georges associates to have our carpets stretched. Here is a tip. Use Paradise Carpet Cleaning on a regular basis and your carpets will last much - much longer. They didn't clean them but stripped them and left splotches all over. There are areas that weren't even touched at all. Friends have said it looks like dog pee everywhere. They sent another crew to fix it but they didn't and when sent crew for 3rd time they walked in and said no and left. They refuse to send management out to actually look at it! Now they are telling me it's my fault (I'm not a flooring specialist, that's supposed to be them) and won't refund what I paid so I can find someone else to fix it.
