Absolutely ridiculous!!! First of all - had not come here for a little while and came by to pick up clothes and drop off more. Was told I was not found in the system and that whatever was supposed to be there had now been donated!!! Claimed they would've called and texted but no call or text was ever received!!! Best believe I would've gone immediately. Not only that, the owner was very condescending with an attitude of "yeah likely story". No explanation, no apologies. Just " too bad, sucks to be you". What kind of customer service is this?? Second of all - a dry cleaners who opens at 9am and closes by 630pm. What happens to all the working people who need to get into work by 8am?? They recently changed their hours and seems a little unreasonable to open so "late". First dry cleaners I've ever seen that doesn't open until after 8am. Definitely won't be coming back here!!! With so many other cleaners around, Im sure I'll find better service elsewhere. Also - response from business owner below is false. I know where I went and this is the right business. Even the yelp hours says 9am...... and owner is not the person pictured below. Also was specifically told clothes were DONATED without notification. read more

Very nice staff that works at this cleaner. They do a good job and do their best to accommodate you if you need a rush.

I used to use this cleaner all the time but last few months, my clothes are not ready when they said it would be ready and prices are no longer competitive with other cleaners who can do next day services. Too bad this cleaner is located at such a convenient location for me to do day to day businesses but I will not bring my clothes here any more. Taking almost a week to get clothes back is not acceptable. read more

I've been going to Paradise Cleaners here in Anaheim Hills for many years now and I have always had great service and hospitality when visiting. Very clean and organized and they have never lost or damaged any of my items. You will not be disappointed. Anyone that says anything different is lying. I see other reviews saying otherwise. This is the second time I've come here before 8 o'clock it says on the door they're open until 8 o'clock but they often close early I needed clothes to wear to an important meeting tomorrow that I now have to go home and wash and iron clothes that I was preparing to wear from Paradise cleaners but since they closed early and left me hanging now I have to go home stay up late read more

Excellent cleaners and wonderful owner. Been going to the one in Placentia for over 20 years. Very good prices and very good service. Anytime I have asked for a rush job they have done it for me. When I was unemployed and then started out at a new job he was very understanding about payment on services. The owner is very knowledgeable and cares about every one of his customers. Working in retail as I do, some of these reviews seem unfair. Dumb people always have unreal expectations about fixing something or getting a stain out or something like that. I have since moved and there are several cleaners closer to me but I still make a point of coming to this one because of the quality of the work and the friendliness of the staff. 5 STARS!! read more

Came in to just get a button put back on the guy was in the middle of doing something but stopped and sewed it back on for me on the spot and didn't charge me. He also has a sign up saying if you're unemployed and need something dry cleaned for an interview they'll do it for free that is very generous! read more

Very deceiving in their initial business practice by selling "supposed" discount card. I was shocked and dismayed when the bill, with discount exceeded $270.00! I never spent more than $100,00 on any of my orders from Canyon Cleaners, who have integrity. Plan on spending extra $$$$$ by using Paradise. read more

I used to do it here but somehow it has degraded horribly. I got my pea coat and to my surprise, there was hair all over it. It looked like it had never been cleaned. My dress pants were ironed but there was still the coffee mark which was the reason I had it cleaned... overall, waste of money. Try somewhere else. read more

Used for the first time and was VERY disappointed in the results! Previous owners did such a good job. Picked up my husbands shirts and had to IRON everyone when I got home! !! That was the purpose of paying the cleaners to clean/iron these....so I wouldn't have to do them! ! ! Unfortunately I dropped off cleaning when I picked up ~ do not have a good feeling! Walking in and immediately seeing a sign that said they will dryclean a suit for an unemployed person for a job interview - for FREE - set the tone in my mind for this place right on the spot. We recently relocated to this neighborhood after living in our other house for over 30 years, and using the same drycleaner there the entire time. Changing to a new place took a lot for us, because we were so used to our familiar standard of quality, care and customer service - and they were AMAZING. As my husband said, "They never lost any of our clothes in 30 years!". But I have to give Paradise big kudos. They are always extremely friendly, and they do a really nice job. Their prices are competitive, and so far they haven't lost anything or messed up an order. They have even replaced a zipper on a dress, and they did a great job. My son threw up in his car seat and I originally stopped at this dry cleaner to see if they knew of a laundry mat that we could go to. Instead of sending us away, Pablo took our car seat and soiled clothes and washed them for us and even stayed open late so he could dry the clothes and car seat for us.
