Frustrated, angry. I have gone here for years. Always bring my comforters at the end of the season. Never had a problem. They normally do a good job. I brought my comforter in a couple weeks ago. There was one small brown spot on it. I pinned it. When I got there I showed the girl the ONLY stain. She marked it. I prepaid (dumb move). I went last week to get it. I walk out to my car and see orangish lines in some spots. I bring it back in and she told me the guy told her that he couldn't get it out. I said, but these were not here when I brought it in. I reminded her there was one tiny brown spot. I pinned it. There were no other spots or I would have pinned them, She says she'll have him redo it. I pick it up today. I didn't open it because i was in a hurry. Well, I just got in and opened it. They folded it so the marks couldn't be seen. You can see they tried to scrub them or something, which totally looks horrible, plus the orange line things are still there! The picture is not great. They are darker in person and on the other side as well as this side in the pic. Clearly no point in going back because they are going to say they were on it to begin with. HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT EVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE. THEY PUT A HOLE IN THE FRONT OF MY HUSBANDS BURBERRY POLO AND QUITE LITERALLY BLAMED ME FOR IT. The manager or whoever the lady was said if there was hole when you brought it in, then we wouldn't have dry cleaned it. Okay that makes sense, so why did you dry clean it and put a hole in it? She's like we didn't. I asked her do you understand you are not making any sense? You said - if there was a hole when I brought it in you wouldn't touch it. Then she accused me of it being a cigarette burn. Either way, she didn't help out in any way and I am at a loss for her stupidity. Then my husband called her 5 min later and she claimed she didn't speak English and has no idea what shirt he was talking about. Multiple times I took my white shirts and other color shirts or pants to them. The owner stays behind the desk and always ask for most expensive service which is dry clean for cotton shirts. Generally rarely I see them cleaned. They call it organic dry cleaning. But deliver them almost the same and dirty back to me. I am not going to use them any more. I take my work shirts here every week. They do a great job with my Tommy Bahama shirts. The place is a little hot on warm days. Not sure if the have AC. The staff is always friendly and seem to do a great job. The price is good here for Tommy Bahama shirts. They take good care of my shirts. I have also took in my slacks. Always a great job on them too. The ironing is done great with crisp lines. Starch when you ask. I try medium starch. This seems to work good. My clothes come out looking great!! I have been coming here since 2010. I wear dress shirts everyday to work. I go through 20-30 items monthly. The turn around is usually a couple days from when I submit them. When I first came here a wash and press was $1 an item. After the increase a few years ago, I remained a loyal customer. There have been times when my items would go missing or I would be given other people's clothes but I didn't sweat it. As usual, I prepaid for my wash and press. I came in to pick up about 15 items. Two of them were put aside and they were not washed. One of them I was planning on wearing over the weekend. I was told that the items only qualified for a different charge. One due to the type of buttons and the other item due to the thickness of the cotton. What bothers me is not the upcharge. I paid for my items in advance and was expecting my clothes upon pick up. I was given the option to pay the difference. I was frustrated because thebsame two items have been charged for a wash monthly for the past year. The gentleman who was helping me didn't want to acknowledge my loyalty as a customer, my concerns, or cover the cost due to their mistake. His stance was either I pay the difference or take my stuff unwashed. There was a very low budget approach to resolving the situation. Do not use this cleaners they have substantially gone down hill. I had a very expensive silk dupoini king size bed spread which they melted the last time I brought it in for cleaning. They refused to acknowledge they melted the bedspread and refused to give me any money back. After several lost pieces of clothing, damaged clothing upon return and melted bedspead I finally said ENOUGH. The owner should spend more time looking at his declinging business and the poor customer service his store manager provides. read more

I'm done with this place. I have been going here, exclusively, for several years, but for the last couple of months, I've been having a problem with them laundering some of my blouses even though I specifically request (every time!) that they dry clean everything. Although the blouses they are laundering aren't labelled to be dry cleaned only, I request dry cleaning because I don't like my clothes to smell like detergent. And, unfortunately, whatever brand of detergent they use has an overpowering scent about it. Used to go here every time I needed to have suits dry cleaned. Ritz used to charge $2.00 for the suit pant and jacket each. Then they bumped the price up to $2.35 per item, which is still fine, still cheap. Last week I came here and saw the huge banner across the store front that says "Most any garment, $2.35." I ask for one suit to be dry cleaned and I got charged $2.35 for the pants and $3.88 for the jacket. I politely asked why the jacket was not $2.35. Apparently most any garment means practically no garments, because I was told pants, skirts, and then a list of garments I probably would never dry clean anyway. Not only that, but the person there was not friendly at all and borderline rude! She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she was sure that suit jackets were not $2.35 and she told me it had never been $2.35. Except when I was there around seven months ago, I got charged $2.35! She also acted like they were the cheapest dry cleaners around, but I have seen coupons and ads for other dry cleaners within 2 miles with lower prices. I don't frequently dry clean my clothes because I go out of my way to not purchase fabrics that require dry cleaning. However there are a couple items that I cannot clean myself including winter coats, wool, satin and my comforter. I've been going to Ritz for 15 years and a few days ago I priced out dry cleaning for a peacoat. After calling a few local places in the Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda area, Ritz came up the most affordable. I'm glad they are there when I need them, even when it's only once a month. If I could give "0" stars that would still be too high. Apathetic staff! Had a discount coupon for a comforter which they did not accept. They stated it was a "special" comforter that did not qualify. It is a normal comforter. - STRIKE 1! They damaged my winter jacket. I did not realize it was damaged until 8 months later when I needed it. There was no proof they damaged it as it was not immediately reported. It was still on the Ritz hanger, which I throw away once I use the garment. STRIKE 2! They lost my sport coat. Tried to give me back a shirt instead. They were confused when I told them it was not my shirt. Fast forward a week and a half, they found my coat. They appeared to want praise and a reward for finding my coat in a "timely" manner. Why was it lost to begin with? Was told the supervisor would call me credit to my account. A. This "supervisor" was never in the store the times I was there or called. B. They used to promise "in by 3 and out by 5 the next day"; Now you are lucky to get your clothes within a few days and depending on the employee (the one guy behind the counter is the worst), you may get "gamed" to even out the workload and not to provide any level of customer service. They continue to raise their price while they decline their service. Their "quality control" person first blamed the fabric (no way). Even the counter person said there was something wrong with the shirt after it was cleaned. I was looking for a good affordable cleaners in my area and a friend of mine recommended RITZ CLEANERS to me... I was very happy i gave them a try... The young lady that helped me on that day, *JULIE* is her name, was very helpful!! Very kind and nice.... i took in a few of my husband's shirts and a beautiful silk dress of mine that had red wine staine on it which i was afraid that they would not come out! She said to not worry, that they were gunna do their best to try and remove it, Gave me a peace of mind,my clothes was ready the next day! And sure enough THE STAIN WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED! my family and I have been going to this cleaner for a couple of years, and we love it. The prices are so affordable and cheap. They do an excellent job on cleaning all my clothes and they look brand new when i receive them. I love that they put my sweaters in a separate bag especially in since it it summer now and I can put my sweaters away with my winter clothes. I work very late at the office sometimes so it is very convenient that they are open until 8, because of my schedule. I always get good customer service here too, they always ask how I am doing and overall its just a friendly experience. all in all you should come here to get your clothes dry cleaned i highly recommend it!!!! =) read more

I have been going to this Cleaners for about a year....I moved about 6 months ago to Corona and tried a Cleaners our here where I live now and they really disappointed me. I will not go anywhere else but the Ritz's because they always give me outstanding service and prices are very affordable. When I come into the Cleaners the front counter girls are always so friendly. The turn around time is really fast about a day I think which is awesome in case I need something cleaned right away. I thought it would be a good idea to take my shirts here based on this review, close location to my house, and it was a good price. But that's were the good part ends. I had taken 6 shirts in to be dry cleaned, upon dropping them off I had given specific instructions to be careful about an attached cuff link on one of the shirts. The woman behind the desk was happy to comply. When I came to pick them up I checked to see if the cuff links were okay only to find that they have been completely destroyed and one was missing! I tried to speak with the older, different, woman behind the counter but she was extremely hostile and literally told me to leave, just leave. She refused to take any responsibility for any part of this situation, give me any information of someone I could contact to resolve this, or offer assist to resolve this. It was a brand new shirt I had been given as a gift which cost more than $139 and is now ruined. I am extremely displeased with this company and will never return to this establishment for any services, I would gladly drive farther and pay more to ensure than my clothing is not destroyed. If anything you own is worth more than $2.95 then do not take it to this place, dry cleaning is a fairly easy and straight forward process, but these people still manage to fail miserably, on top of that they become aggressive when you confront them on their mishap. I wish there was a rating lower than one star. This cleaner used to be excellent. Polite staff, reasonable prices and excellent work. Then this new group came in this last summer. They are rude, the clothing smells like dirty cleaning fluid and heaven help you if they lose an item. You will fight that for months. In addition, you will specify that you want an item dry cleaned and pay dry cleaning prices, but they will wash, shirnk and fade your expensive garments. And the worst of all are their coupons and advertising. "a two thirty five for most garments". When I presented the coupon for a dozen shirts, the person at the counter told me that their definition of "most garments" is belt, tie, scarf or shorts. Stay away at all costs. read more
