The lady at the counter couldn't give me a price, but said she would call me back after she spoke with someone. She was guessing between $300 to $60 dollars (huge variance). I said, please call me with a price before you do anything (this is a machine washable rug that can be done at a laundrymat for about $25, but would rather drop it off than hassel with it). She said ok, no call and two days later, I return (Wednesday) and ask what is happening with the rug, and she says "no one called you!? It's going to be $60 dollars". I say, "ok, when will it be ready?" she says "Monday". I call on Monday (of the next week), asking if my rug is ready, she says yes. I come in. I ask the front desk lady for the rug, she says its ready, and looks for it... it is where I left it a week ago (in the front, still folded) - still dirty. She goes back into the computer and says, "oh, this needs to go to the other store, they have the large washer, and it will stay overnight and comeback." ok.... "it will be ready on Wednesday." I go to pick it up on Thursday (almost 2 weeks later), their store hours on google are on the picture attached (Thursday 8-7pm), they are closed, the sign says 6pm. I show up on Friday to pick it up, and she is like "no one called you?" I reply, yet again "no, no one has ever called me" - she replies "oh, we couldn't wash it. we couldn't get the machine going"... she stares blankly at me, and I say do you think I can get my rug back then? "oh okay, lemme look for it". Almost 15 minutes later, she brings back the rug in a balled up mess, and I say, I can't even get it back folded? Get your hours posted correctly. Call customers back when you say you will or if there is a problem. Have your stuff ready when you say it will be ready. If you can't do something, its okay to say this isn't a service we can provide. This was literally the worst service ever, mostly because of complete lack of communication.

Based on that mans legacy, I drive past several dry cleaners to go to Another Cleaners. Until now. Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences that I can remember. I took a mens dress suit to get cleaned here a few months ago (not a high end luxury suit, but not a cheap suit either). I went to wear it a few days ago and noticed that the coat was mine but the suit pants had been been switched to another pant (another brand and another size). So I returned them today and the man there said, "I can't do anything about it" I said, "That is your protocol, you lost my pants and you can't do anyting about it?" He said, "when did you bring it in?" I said, "I have no idea, I only come here". He said, "I don't know you well". I said, "I have been coming here for 15 years, I know no other dry cleaner" He said, "you don't come in here often" I said, "I wear t-shirts to work, I don't have a need to come in often. "So then I said, "In order for you to to address giving away my pants, I need to come in every week?" He had no response. He was also on his cell phone the entire duration of the time I was speaking with him. So in summary, if you encounter an issue here, you will likely get a smug response from the man who works here. No sympathy, no customer service, no attempt to resolve, just a smug little response. If you want my advice, you should move on and find "Another Cleaner" besides this one. I will recover financially from Another Cleaners losing my suit pants, but I not sure if I will ever forget the lack of customer service experienced today.

They tried to claim they had to scrub them, meanwhile regular detergent never made our towels ORANGE. The old man who dropped the towels off was extremely rude and English was not his first language, on top of that he had no customer service whatsoever. None of the cleaners we previously worked with returned our towels ORANGE. It still had stains but never did we have our towels returned WORSE. So if you want my honest review, I'd say you're a terrible business and should really change your profession.

I was given a duvet and comforter back in August but didn't open it until January and realized they had given us the wrong duvet cover. The cover itself was close to $400 and fairly new. They are refusing to acknowledge they lost it and are not even agreeing to reimburse us. I have even given back the crappy old cover that is someone else's back and offered me that cover back. The owners have been absolutely rude in this process despite the amount of business we have given them. I will never use them again and will work with others to ensure they don't get our business.
