Please please please read reviews on google. This place is a complete disaster. I have been trying for over a month to get my new bathroom cabinets installed and finished. The bath tubs they sell have the drains on the wrong side. Please go some where else!!!!! The owner always goes to look into it and never calls you back. Included some pictures for how they looked when they were delivered and then after they did there touch ups. There is no amount of money this place is worth dealing with. read more

ALL TALK BUT NO ACTION! When it comes to updating your kitchen and needing to conveniently explore your options, Norcross is a great resource because: Norcross has great showrooms and you don't need an appointment. Norcross showrooms are nicely staged and complete so that you can review countertops, cabinets and flooring. Norcross businesses will allow you to just openly roam around when the environment is conducive to doing so. Norcross showrooms are relatively close to one another so that you aren't running all over the place. After visiting a couple of Alpharetta businesses and feeling a bit uncomfortable (too formal), and realizing that there were no showrooms available, I knew that I needed to go to Norcross. The hubby and I just decided to make a day of it and I had about seven stops on my list. PGM was the second stop on the list. We walked in, signed in and met Gabby who was our escort/sales person for the day. Normally we like to roam around by ourselves but Gabby was a real asset because she was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and could answer all of our questions. We were firing like a machine gun and she was catching bullets and throwing them back. We needed details related to construction, amount of weight a drawer could hold, ability to raise the counters etc. She automatically knew the standard measurements and was able to make great recommendations for our space. We had taken along some measurements and was able to give her some specifics so that she could more accurately advise us. Edited on 8/18/16 That's where the good news ends because the follow-up meeting was not as productive as it could have been and I felt as if I was meeting with Gabbie's less than competent twin. She was very eager (as was I), to set up the second meeting so that we could go over specifics and get an actually rendering of what we wanted in the finished product. After arriving for the meeting, I am informed that the program she uses to prepare the illustrations is broken, (as it was on my initial visit) and still not repaired. So why was this meeting scheduled? She decides to try to use another program which she doesn't like and does not know how to use. It is a disaster and she resorts to hand-drawing the measurements and the lay-out, continually apologizing through-out the process. In the end, I have nothing to show for the time I have spent here and I realize that I will need to wait for a few days. After a week had passed, I decided to send her an e-mail message to get a status update. It is three days later and I have not heard a peep. I am now wondering if she is still employed with the company. I attempt to contact the company but they have an automated system in place which means I will be following up with the owner in writing. I will then provide another update, (edit) to this review. 8/25/2016 So Gabbie finally returned and responded to my e-mail. It took me a while to respond because I was honestly feeling a bit salty about the whole incident. I finally decided to respond today and I still have mixed feelings. However, since I do feel that the initial contact was positive and she did explain and apologize, I am willing to adjust my rating to what I feel is fair under the circumstances. 9/1/16 After speaking with Gabbie directly, she again apologized as did I (for being impatient and just letting my emotions to get in the way). She explained some things to me and now that I have a better understanding of the situation, I am ready to move forward and continue our working relationship. I appreciated the way she handled the matter and I'm glad that we were able to come to a resolution. Still a fan! 2/8/17 So, here we are several months later and we haven't gotten any further along and I have just been frustrated by empty words and phone calls not being returned. I think that Gabbie just bit off more than she could chew and the bottom line is that she simply could not deliver on ANYTHING!. We have decided to move on because I know that this experience is indicative of what we would encounter if we actually hired this company. I have zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior and cannot recommend this company. It goes without saying: Great businesses will have numerous reviews that speak for themselves. If I could give them zero stars I would. Paradise was the fabricator selected by my contractor. They came to install the countertop for my kitchen and cut the hole for the sink crooked (which l learned later - keep reading). So when I went to use the accessories for my ledge sink, they didn't fit. I called the contractor who sent them out again to fix the situation. They made an absolute mess of the sink opening. They didn't cut the line straight and damaged the sink in the process. In addition, the accessories still didn't fit. The manager/owner(?) came next to look at the problem. He agreed there was an issue and gave us a plan on how he would fix it, which sounded reasonable. A new sink was ordered and they came a third time to fix the opening. Each time they came and ground the marble, they left dust and marble chunks all over the (new) wood floors and didn't clean up. This time was no different. What a mess. Literally a pile of stone dust was sitting on my floor after they left. And the accessories STILL didn't fit right. In addition, the edges of the whole countertop were a mess; smooth in some spots jagged in others. They put the seam joining 2 pieces together right smack in the middle of a natural cooking workspace instead of off to the side or hidden somewhere like you're supposed to do. No common sense. At this point I had no hope of this ever getting right; I became unwilling to look the other way at the other shoddy work (edges and seam) and asked my contractor to find someone else. He did. When the new fabricators came they said the sink hole was still off because the problem was never an issue with the front of the sink opening, it was from the back. The back side where the faucet goes was cut a half inch too long on one side of the opening. So from the back splash, one side of this rectangular opening was a half inch longer. The next phase of this fiasco is that Paradise refused to come and take it out. I guess they expect me to pay for their mistakes. The other fabricator was forced remove the marble so they could make a new template. Paradise agreed to pick it up a week later. I waited all day for them to show up. They didn't. I'm now left with large marble sections sitting in my kitchen. I can only assume that they are refusing to pick it up still, even after agreeing to do so. Stay away from this shoddy company. I wouldn't let them into my house to do any work again even if they were giving me free slabs. Seriously. I'd take a plywood counter top over these people. What a shocker, read more

I was very pleased with the sales service, product, installation, price and after sale service. I love my new kitchen. Nothing is perfect, and there were a couple of small problems. (the soft close on a couple doors didn't work properly & the patch kit they sent - as a courtesy because of scratches- is the wrong color), but they are great about helping us remedy them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Initially, we were very happy with Shane our salesman. He helped us pick out granite that worked well. The problem came with the installation. The two installers did a terrible job installing the granite and chipped the top of the backsplash and then filled it in. They never bothered telling us. They also did not round out the edges of the center piece of granite that was the lower piece for a makeup mirror, so it did not match the other pieces of marble. In addition, they were also extremely messy and did not clean up the mess they made. We used another company for our other bathroom and had a completely different experience. DO NOT LET THEIR FANCY SHOWROOM MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOUR JOB WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN MINE!!! We had kitchen remodeling done by PGM in july 2014. After 2 years we had some issues with work. We contacted them and they have responded nicely. The owner , Tim has agreed to take care of problem. We are very impressed with their customer service. read more
