We ordered a lovely bathroom vanity and the advertisement said that 4-6 business Days to prepare and the same time for shipping. We were also waiting for the refund that was due to us and never received confirmation until yesterday, 2 weeks later. We had to cancel the entire order as their delivery time would cost us more due to the delay That would be in excess of 10 days. Staff was very polite and apologetic but I am still waiting for the full refund. read more

This is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. They product seems fine so far but 1 out of the 3 vanitys we bought were damages and not done right and they wanted to only give 150 bucks credit 1 for the legs being scratched and the other were the top holes for the faucet were wrong and chips and paint drips as well as no fully painted instead of resending another. Once after over 2 weeks going back and forth with a sales rep i called the manager bc i had enough and they see the confusion and damage and are ok to replace but the damage one needs to be in the original package and pallet lol. This is about the biggest joke as you cannot put the box back on the vanity as it was pride open and already a damage vanity. Still havent gotten a email if theyre even going to send a replacement like they stated..... I'll give update on all this once anything else happens but i would never buy anything from this company. We ordered the Chicago in Fine Grain color, 48 inches. I was wowed by this vanity. The quality is so much better than anything I have ever seen before. It's solid wood (and very, very heavy - we had to have the delivery guys carry it upstairs or we'd never have managed it), and it's so solid and sturdy that you can feel the difference even just opening the doors. The drawers have some kind of soft close feature that I've never seen before - it almost feels like there is a motor in there or something (there isn't). They are incredibly smooth opening and closing. Plus, the design is so clever that if you need to remove a drawer (like for installation), there is a small clip on the underside and you can just unclip it and the drawer pops out. I also love the electrical outlet drawer. This is one reason I chose Willow. The drawer has an insert for a blow dryer and other hair styling gadgets. My blow dryer, which is very large, does fit into the hole in the drawer fixture (although not into the metal cannister, because I use it with an attachment). Still, I can't wait to be able to stash the dryer away so easily. Customer service was also pretty awesome. The site is often very slow, and sometimes there are photos missing of certain products, but there is a chat feature on the page and someone is usually there to answer questions. They also were able to send me additional photos of the products, which was very helpful in terms of checking the color. The fine grain turned out to be exactly the color I thought it was, and there were no surprises with the product, even though I hadn't seen it. It shipped when they said it would (we ordered something out of stock and had to wait a few weeks for it), and we had no issues with communication. We got it without a top, so I can't comment on that. And we only just got it, so I suppose if anything goes wrong I'll have to update this review, but if it's not updated then you can assume I still love it. read more

This is my 3rd time using Willow and Bath for our construction needs. The quality is amazing, all plywood and dovetail drawers for most vanities. The quality of the paint is top notch. The wide variety of tops really can fit any needs. I wasn't happy with how one top turned out and was able to replace it. Whoever chooses a natural wood product needs to be aware that wood is not man made and has natural grain imperfections and a wider variety in the grain. I think people don't know what to expect. No two natural finish wood products will be 100% alike. I've been very pleased with the quality and the service of this company. They were always ready to accommodate our needs. If you go to this location, Masha is a wonderful sales person to work with. I'm thankful I got to work with her and will definitely be back. read more

Ordered the Sonoma solid teak vanity from willow. The staff is amazing, spoke to Nathan multiple times over the week to get a good match for the tile I already had and the countertop I was selecting. He went over multiple pictures with me and send me various countertops and angles to make sure I can make an informed decision. Their vanities are cookie cutter and they don't tell you that. They ask you if your plumbing is behind or above. That's it. I had to spend 700 extra dollars in plumbing to make this cabinet work. Their cabinets are cookie cutter. I had never bought a vanity before and they did not educate me whatsoever. I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever f****** recommend this company to anyone. read more

Please see pictures below in comments. I spent a lot of time researching vanities and after doing my due diligence, landed on Willow Bath and Vanity. The online customer service was very helpful in helping me find the vanity best for our project. We ordered the Manhattan vanity in white oak, and it came on schedule. That is where the good ended. From an initial view, all seemed good with no damage from shipping. When space allowed, we finally fully unboxed the vanity and saw the terrible quality of this vanity. As the pictures show, the workmanship is sloppy at best. One of the doors was actually split where it had been milled together. Globs of wood filler are in the corner of each cabinet or drawer. It was appalling that whomever runs quality control would let this go. When we first reached out with the issue, we were told it is the natural characteristics of the wood. That told me one of two things- they have no idea what they are talking about or did not actually look at the pictures I sent. I was next offered a furniture repair kit, which again would not solve our problem. Eventually, we were able to send back two of the doors and one drawer to be replaced. We went through a few different drawers to find some that looked of decent quality. I spoke with someone who bought this vanity, or one of the other reeded vanities, several years back. Hers looked nothing like mine and said that their quality must have gone downhill . The doors we received were better. But the more I looked at this vanity, and still look at it, the worse it gets. Every single door or drawer has an issue. We were unable to return the vanity, as we had broke down the packaging it came in to give us more space. Please be aware that this is in their return policy. The onus was on us for this, as we should have read more closely. We were partially compensated for the issues, but still do not feel even with the money off that the vanity is worth this money. With so much back and forth, it was just easier to end it. And now we are stuck with a piece of crap that we spent several thousand dollars on. I would have hoped that a return exception would have been made based on how terrible of a product they sold to a customer. This is really something they looked at before they sent out and said "Yes, this is a product our company stands by." But here I am writing this review. Although the rep we worked with was kind and attentive (and probably had little control over the warehouse,) I would never, ever recommend Willow Vanity to a single soul. This is not worth your money. Find yourself a local cabinet maker who could make you the same vanity with better craftsmanship. I hope that you consider our experience when shopping around for a vanity. read more

I had a great experience with Willow bath and vanity. I was having quite a time trying to find a 72" bathroom vanity with a quartz top that was in the allowance range that my builder had given me. He recommended going out to Willow and I found a gorgeous Boston Evergreen vanity. I worked with Masha, who was very patient with me, as I wandered all through the store, which is quite large. They have a tremendous selection and their prices are very competitive. They also had bathroom fixtures and had the exact one that I was looking at online from Home Depot, but Home Depot was out of stock in the finished that I wanted, and they had that exact item on the shelf so I was able to purchase it there for less than what it cost at Home Depot. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything looks in my bathroom once it gets finished and I will add a picture to my review! read more

We purchased vanities and "Quartz" countertops from Willow Bath and Vanity on Oct 11, 2024. They were delivered some time after that. We spent $6,150.00. The vanities are not the problem. The "Quartz" countertops are not real quartz. Anything and I mean anything that touches these countertops will stain them and have stained them. They did not last more than 6 months and we had to have them replaced. We have no kids or animals, it's just the two of us. There are no scratches and we have been super careful with them. This is another company who doesn't stand behind the quality of their products. The quality is very poor. They have blown me off for weeks. They will not speak to me on the phone, only by email. They claim quartz staining is "normal" and I assure you that is not true. They also accused us of scratching them, which is not true. They won't speak to us. We feel they sold us Quartzite, which is not pure quartz. That would be false advertising. Quartz will wipe clean very easily. We would not use this company again and advise others to be cautious. read more

One month experience with the Elizabeth teak 71 inch vanity that I bought several months ago (it was installed immediately but I only moved in recently). Their stuff is expensive for what it is. The wood craftsmanship is excellent, but the finesse is lacking. The hinges are garbage - they seem spring-loaded and bounce when opened. There doors wobble as a result. I would recommend going with a local cabinet builder. You'll at least save the $500 in shipping and have some recourse if you don't like the final product. read more

We purchased the Malibu Solid Teak 84 in. W x 22 in. D Double Sink Bathroom Vanity without the countertop. The vanity arrived on time and undamaged however, the quality is very crude and the craftsmanship is very poor. The drawers are not aligned or flush, the top rail the counter top sits on is very warped, and after one year, the side moldings are separating leaving cracks that needs to be filled. Before installing the vanity we had to remove almost all the drawer rails and reinstall them to fix the alignment issues. Now we need to fix the delamination issues. We bought this online and although it looks beautiful, had we seen it in person, we would not have purchased it due to the quality issues. read more

Horrible experience. Complete lack of care. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. After finding what was a beautiful vanity on their website, I inquired about a few specific details via email... they confirmed color of the unit and hardware by sending me photos from the showroom floor, and I made the purchase. When I received the vanity, not only were the hardware and cabinet colors wrong, but they sent me a completely different design! So, not a single aspect of what I ordered was correct. Reaching out them was a nightmare. If you call, they want to follow up by email, and no matter what, every single thing takes AT LEAST a day for a response. Despite it being clear that they made a huge mistake, they asked me for photos three different times, each on different days. There is no possible debate about this, mind you. The first photos left no question unanswered. They were clearly just trying to drag this out. The unit I ordered had 4 drawers of equal size, the vanity they sent had 6. The color I ordered was a light brown, the vanity they sent was orange. The cabinet hardware was supposed to be black, they sent bronze. They attempted to debate about the color, then asked why I didn't want a 6-drawer vanity since it had advantages and continually tried to get me to keep what I had with subtle suggestions. Eventually (after MANY days) they admitted that they changed their design and didn't have the one I ordered. the photos on the website were old, apparently. Somehow, the staff that I talked to BEFORE I ordered didn't care to tell me this. It took well over a week to get the return process started and this is after calling and or email every single day. They told me I had no choice but the completely repack the vanity - about 300lbs - in the same package and put it on a pallet in my driveway. When I told them I'm one person and that they should send someone to fix their mistakes, they refused and said it went against their policy. They even tried to get me to buy some kind of straps to secure it to the pallet, then offered to send me some, and eventually gave up when I refused. Repacking took hours and required 2 rolls of packing tape - there are dozens of packing pieces. The real nightmare began once the pickup was scheduled. in short, I missed 3.5 days of work waiting for the pickup. They scheduled for 9am everyday, would reschedule mid day, then never show up. I called and emailed repeated - pointless. I eventually tracked down the shipping company through lots of google searches and eventually got them to come and pick it up. This happened despite Willow saying they had switched to another shipper, that also never showed up. So many lies, so many delays. Willow Bath and Vanity should be investigated for fraud. They will make your life a nightmare. Go elsewhere. read more

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. As one other buyer mentioned, do NOT purchase from this company directly. Their representative flat out lied to me on the phone when I ordered regarding returns (I even clarified to make sure I understood on the phone) and now they are ttying to charge me hundreds of dollars for shipping and restocking to return. They have zero integrity and don't care. It has been 6 weeks since the first phone call I made to try to get a vanity returned and I have had to call back after someone failed to return my call for weeks. I would stay away all together. It's a company I will definitely never give my business to again, whether through a retailer or not. I never leave reviews online, but this experience was too awful not to share. read more

Buyer beware! I was so excited for this vanity and its unique features, but after it was installed I realized the quartz countertop had several very noticeable imperfections. It looks like someone on their team thought it was a good idea to use sandpaper to hide black marks and dents/cuts. When I called asking for a replacement, they said I could pay another $1000 if I wanted a new countertop. On top of the visible issues with this countertop, it is also the wrong color. Instead of white, it is a creamy yellow. The backsplash that came with it doesn't even match. Truly HORRIBLE customer service -- they are quite happy to lie and blame the customer for their own mistakes. DON'T ORDER! read more

I have had a terrible experience with this vanity. Although it shipped quickly, after my contractor came to install it we realized one of the sinks was shattered during shipping. Willow said they would ship a new sink, but it did not ship for 2 more days and required me to call to ask them again to please ship my sink ASAP. After the sink arrived, my contractor paid a second visit only to realize the brackets to install the sinks were missing. After a second phonecall to Willow I asked for some sort of a discount/partial refund to make up for the huge inconveniences, wait times and additional fees I have had to pay to my contractor for now three visits for a simple vanity install. Willow offered me a $50 refund on a $3000 vanity. They refuse to offer me more since I used a 10% coupon when I purchased the vanity. I find this all very insulting. While it is a nice vanity, I will not ever order from Willow again due to their warehouse issues and poor customer service. read more

We are from California and stumbled across Willow's vanities online for our bathroom renovation. We were extremely happy with our purchase. The shipping was a bit expensive, but completely, 100% worth it for the quality of the product. We went to many showrooms around our area and I feel Willow gave us much better. For example, I was looking for a double 48" vanity and they offered to make a single into a double for me for just $50 more!
