We needed the job done quickly and she not only made sure it was done quick, it was done right and stayed on budget! Highly highly recommend Shanta for any of your cabinet and countertop needs! IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR PRODUCT, PERHAPS YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS!…read more I overhear a conversation that my husband is having with one of the salesman and it is not going well. My husband asks about the weight capacity of their cabinets and the guy steps away to ask a colleague, (strike 1, he should know this). He then comes back and says 20 lbs when the standard is 70 lbs, so there is a problem here because either he thinks we are stupid and don't know the difference, he only pretended to ask the question or their cabinets are really that cheap, pick one. (Strike 2, just pathetic). He then asks why this even matters (Strike 3, ignorance and incompetence will never win my business). Despite this display of incompetence, my husband insists that we stop by the store while we were in the area. Okay, no problem because I made it clear that they were a non-factor for real. As we walk in, I notice that they have the exact same showroom that they had almost two years ago. Now it just looks dark, dated and off trend. As soon as I touch the cabinet door, I can feel the cheapness because these doors are obviously not framed, (for stability and structure), and are very flimsy. The shelves are equally flimsy and when you move the various components who can hear the cheapness as well. Just do your homework and make sure you know what constitutes quality and know what questions to ask. If you know more than the sales person or if they are not able to answer basic questions regarding industry standards, keep looking.

Please please please read reviews on google. This place is a complete disaster. I have been trying…read morefor over a month to get my new bathroom cabinets installed and finished. The bath tubs they sell have the drains on the wrong side. Please go some where else!!!!! The owner always goes to look into it and never calls you back. Included some pictures for how they looked when they were delivered and then after they did there touch ups. There is no amount of money this place is worth dealing with.

ALL TALK BUT NO ACTION!…read more When it comes to updating your kitchen and needing to conveniently explore your options, Norcross is a great resource because: Norcross has great showrooms and you don't need an appointment. Norcross showrooms are nicely staged and complete so that you can review countertops, cabinets and flooring. Norcross businesses will allow you to just openly roam around when the environment is conducive to doing so. Norcross showrooms are relatively close to one another so that you aren't running all over the place. After visiting a couple of Alpharetta businesses and feeling a bit uncomfortable (too formal), and realizing that there were no showrooms available, I knew that I needed to go to Norcross. The hubby and I just decided to make a day of it and I had about seven stops on my list. PGM was the second stop on the list. We walked in, signed in and met Gabby who was our escort/sales person for the day. Normally we like to roam around by ourselves but Gabby was a real asset because she was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and could answer all of our questions. We were firing like a machine gun and she was catching bullets and throwing them back. We needed details related to construction, amount of weight a drawer could hold, ability to raise the counters etc. She automatically knew the standard measurements and was able to make great recommendations for our space. We had taken along some measurements and was able to give her some specifics so that she could more accurately advise us. Edited on 8/18/16 That's where the good news ends because the follow-up meeting was not as productive as it could have been and I felt as if I was meeting with Gabbie's less than competent twin. She was very eager (as was I), to set up the second meeting so that we could go over specifics and get an actually rendering of what we wanted in the finished product. After arriving for the meeting, I am informed that the program she uses to prepare the illustrations is broken, (as it was on my initial visit) and still not repaired. So why was this meeting scheduled? She decides to try to use another program which she doesn't like and does not know how to use. It is a disaster and she resorts to hand-drawing the measurements and the lay-out, continually apologizing through-out the process. In the end, I have nothing to show for the time I have spent here and I realize that I will need to wait for a few days. After a week had passed, I decided to send her an e-mail message to get a status update. It is three days later and I have not heard a peep. I am now wondering if she is still employed with the company. I attempt to contact the company but they have an automated system in place which means I will be following up with the owner in writing. I will then provide another update, (edit) to this review. 8/25/2016 So Gabbie finally returned and responded to my e-mail. It took me a while to respond because I was honestly feeling a bit salty about the whole incident. I finally decided to respond today and I still have mixed feelings. However, since I do feel that the initial contact was positive and she did explain and apologize, I am willing to adjust my rating to what I feel is fair under the circumstances. 9/1/16 After speaking with Gabbie directly, she again apologized as did I (for being impatient and just letting my emotions to get in the way). She explained some things to me and now that I have a better understanding of the situation, I am ready to move forward and continue our working relationship. I appreciated the way she handled the matter and I'm glad that we were able to come to a resolution. Still a fan! 2/8/17 So, here we are several months later and we haven't gotten any further along and I have just been frustrated by empty words and phone calls not being returned. I think that Gabbie just bit off more than she could chew and the bottom line is that she simply could not deliver on ANYTHING!. We have decided to move on because I know that this experience is indicative of what we would encounter if we actually hired this company. I have zero tolerance for unprofessional behavior and cannot recommend this company. It goes without saying: Great businesses will have numerous reviews that speak for themselves. Think twice.

My hair stylist referred me to Atlantis after I purchased my new home. I worked with both Mike and Diane on the selection of granite and quartz for five bathrooms. I chose most of my pieces from their extensive remnant inventory. It took a little time to pull the pieces and examine them for imperfections. At every turn, Mike and Diane were helpful and patient. They really understood the importance of customer care and satisfaction. I was super pleased with the turnaround time for fabrication and installation. And I think their pricing is honest and fair. I happily recommend you visit Atlantis Granite and Marble! I am so grateful I was given this referral that I just had to pass it along!

We purchased our countertops from Atlantis a number of years ago and our cooktop recently died so…read morewe had to get a new one. We attempted to replace it and upon removal of the old cooktop we discovered that the new cooktop wouldn't fit the hole cut by Atlantis's contractor as it was miscut. We found out that due to the miscut that the hole would fit very few of the cooktops on the market today. We contacted Atlantis to see if they would do anything about the miscut and spoke to Allison but she says she can't find any record of us in their system. We had a small issue two years ago and they were able to find us in their system then so what changed? We sent her multiple emails we have of the previous conversations between us about issues with the countertop but her only reply was "we don't have you in our system". Unfortunately we don't have a receipt of the purchase as it was destroyed in a flood but you would think that a reputable company would keep records like this. We attempted multiple times to talk to the owner of Atlantis but have had no luck as Allison won't provide us with contact info for the owner and if we call now she just hangs up on us. I'm not sure if the owner (Mike Harrison?) is aware of this issue or not or if he is aware and Allison is just the gate keeper. Either way, if you value customer service at all I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your countertops.
