Love the old school pizza joint with the dark wood! The pizza was amazing; I'm so glad I decided to swing by and try a place I've seen over the years but never visited. Crispy crust, creamy quality tasting cheese, great tasting pepperoni with a slight crispy edge and very flavorful sauce as well. Too often pizza shops miss the mark with sauce or water it down but not here, nice and thick. It was a quiet night but the waitress was very nice and kept the drink ever full. My only complaint would be please give customers a small pizza box for left overs and not the plastic food containers. The pizza doesn't fit, thanks! My wife and I have been coming to Ponzettis for a long time and for us is still the best Pizza around. So.....you go to Ponzettis for pizza right? IMO however, thier wings are very good, small and crispy which is how I love them. Our friend ordered a cheesesteak, I have to be honest, was bleh. We've eaten here many times during annual beach trips, and the pizza and subs have been good! On this year's trip, we ordered a white garlic pizza, and it was very disappointing. It's hard to find pizza places that are open past 9 on weekdays during the offseason. This place was open so we figured we'd give it a try. The pizza was not really good. The crust was burnt and cardboard like. The sauce had no flavor. The pizza was cold even though we had to wait for it. I don't think I'd get pizza from here again. read more

Came out somewhat quick. I would call this Tangy Pizza. Grease from the heavy sauce to cheese ratio, plus the old world style pepperoni had this dripping. We decided to check out this place after we saw it on tiktok. This was part of our anniversary trip to Ocean City Maryland and we were looking for some of the best pizza spots in the area. This place had a nostalgic feel of the 90s pizza places with authentic pizza. We were able to get half cheese half pepperoni and some potato skins. The atmosphere was Lively as there were families and other patrons enjoying their meals. Our food arrived hot and fresh and we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely come back when we visit again. We live 3 hours away from Ocean City Maryland so it will have to be a treat when we come again. Service was quick and friendly getting us our drinks and food out hot and fresh. read more

Family of 5 hit this spot for lunch Cheese burger- killed it. My son destroyed it. Personal Pizza extra cheese and pepperoni it's a thin crust flavor blast. My son could not finish it, he is 14. My youngest gets hit the ziti, it was missing something.... Me making it. It was average missing ricotta cheese. My wife got the chicken parm, it was a banger! Highly recommended. The fries spot on perfect. I'm had the soup a crab soup more veggies than crab but solid. Mozzarella sticks always a good choice and the garlic bread with cheese is a sub roll, it works. This used to be our go to pizza place but this was our first trip to the area in a few years. We were so excited to be back. Only the bar side was open, dining side was closed. Not a big deal. However, there was only one bathroom and it made the back area we sat in...STINK. I guess the waitress noticed too because she sprayed air freshener several times. Straight up bad pizza and food overall. Confused how this had good pizza ratings / friend recommended it for pizza. Cheap, cardboard, and sauce is extremely average. If you're from Montgomery County PA, it's like a worse version of Franzone's. Wings were even worse, as was Caesar Salad which cheap, store brand, just plain bad dressing.
