Paradise Juice is a wee bit expensive for me. I love smoothie and health bars, juices, acai bowls...all of that and then some. For a medium smoothie and a average size acai bowl, I ended up paying over $16 bucks. They also have sandwiches, wraps & paninis. While the cashiers were nice, I would have appreciated some suggestions or "small talk" as I browsed through the menu. Its a bit awkward when they stand there glued to the register, staring, waiting for me to order. I have to admit the Acai bowl was pretty damn good. It was the Original which was acai, honey, granola, strawberries and bananas. I got it to go, and appreciated that when I got back to eat it at the AirBnB 10 minutes later, it was still in nice shape. The acai was thick and the honey over it was a perfect complement. I only wish the prices were a bit less than what they were. read more

Fresh! Fresh! And... Fresh! The juice is so delicious and fresh it caters to every persons diet whether you are lactose intolerant,or vegetarian. I decided to look on yelp where to go for a fresh cold drink and this place popped up. However it is a little expensive for a large it was $9 something. However it is located in Paradise Valley so that could be why it's priced a little higher than other places. read more

Stopped in to this local shop because I was craving a smoothie bowl. Never been in before, got the Açaí bowl with strawberries, banana, granola, peanut butter, and honey. The açaí bowl was pulled out of the freezer, and they just added the toppings. For almost $14 the base of my bowl was pre made sitting in the freezer... I'd rather go somewhere else like Nekter, where the smoothie bowl is made fresh for a cheaper price. Unfortunately, don't see myself coming back. read more

I ordered a green super food Smoothie & it tasted good BUT the whole place was barricaded like a zoo and it smelled of excessive chemicals/cleaners. I was assured there were no animal products in the few smoothies I get by an employee. Went this morning and they put something creamy into it. I asked and it turns out there is yogurt in all the smoothies. They lied to a VEGAN. I've been being fed yogurt for weeks. I feel cheated and very disappointed. IT SHOULD BE LISTED ON THE MENU INGREDIENTS BUT IT ISNT. Beware. In repose to owner: veganism is not a diet it's a lifetstyle. Teach you employees the difference between vegetarian and vegan. BEWARE!!! No Paradise by the toilet for us! On February 23 around 6pm I purchased two Energy Power smoothies at PARADISE SMOOTHIES. I asked if they had milk in them and they said no ALMOND milk, is YOGURT OK? Well it tasted so good going down, but it didn't taste the same coming back up later on into the night. After vomiting up this energy power drink I wish I had some "energy and power" today but had to stay home trying to get rid of this headache and hope that these crackers I've been eating stay down. Clearly there was something bad in these smoothies and I would assume according to the contents that it was the yogurt. I've had lots of time why were they were using yogurt instead of almond milk? Hmmm could it be the price difference? I don't really know the answer, but I would like my money back for the two medium smoothies I purchased. As soon as I walked in, I smelled ripe banana and fresh greens. I was out and about and looking for juice bar as I wasn't hungry for lunch. This one came up on Yelp search. They have so many on the menu, I took time to decide what I wanted. Camu camu ingredients is what ultimately made me decide on Amazon drink. I guess my body was craving vitamin C. I liked and enjoyed my drink, medium size was large enough, I think large would have been too big for me. It wasn't sugary sweet, which I liked. I was feeling great the entire afternoon. Friendly staff took time to explain to me about some of the drinks on the menu. One negative about this place on the day I visited was the humidity I felt inside the store. Dropped by Paradise Juice at 7 am for an açaí bowl on the way to work. Açaí bowls are one of my favorite snacks and I was excited to try out a new place since my usual spot doesn't open until 7:30. I like the fact that you can build your own bowl and choose 4 toppings for only $7.99. Definitely a reasonable price since the fruits are quality and cut fresh. The portion was a little bit smaller than other places in my opinion, but it's cheaper so it works out. The taste of the açaí is not as tangy as others I've eaten, but still really good! The sweetness and taste is pleasant and the texture is so creamy. The fruit toppings are fresh which is always a plus. My unborn child REALLY wanted a smoothie for the past couple of weeks and I was overjoyed that this was right next to my hair salon, after getting my hair done. Liquid lunch of fruits and other stuff. Done! It's a small place located by the Hallmark store. First glance, it's very organicky in appearance. Like many smoothie places, they divide the smoothies into categories: tropical, just fruit, power, green, etc. They also offer a variety of juices, lunch wraps/panini, and create your own bowls (make a base with acai, chia pudding, etc, then add topings). I chose a medium size Acai Power which included acai, blueberries, oatmeal, chia seeds and some other stuff. Then I was dismayed when my total came out to over $9! For a smoothie?! Wtf!?! Yeah. I am not ok with that. I paid, and talked myself into, "well, this is my lunch, so not entirely a waste." The smoothie was good, as it should be for that price. (I am NOT cheap y'all but prefer to spend money in the right places) I did really enjoy it but I don't justify spending over $9 for a smoothie, really worth it. I'll just stick with Smoothie King. At least I'd get a gigantic size for like a dollar more. read more
