I had the strawberry-blueberry smoothie ... very tasty, high in protein, and naturally sweetened with monk fruit--no added sugar. You can also customize shakes with add-ons like oatmeal cookie, salted caramel, or snickerdoodle. There is also a "secret menu" with an extended range of ingredients. The space has some workout equipment and I was told they offer fitness classes. Overall, a great stop for a healthy meal substitute when you are in the area. read more

This is one of my very favorite new finds in the Valley. These protein shakes taste so good it is hard to believe they are high protein lower carb and good for you. I love them. You start with a tea (included with your shake) and then have your shake. I have also tried the donuts and taken some shakes home to blend. I wish I could take credit and say I stumbled upon this place, but I didn't. They found us, or shall I say the wonderful owner Vince found us -- he was stopping by local businesses letting us know that they were joining the neighborhood and told us to stop by. So we did, for an afternoon smoothie/treat, and to support local business. Stopped in today and my friends and I were warmly welcomed and greeted by Vince and his wife, Tawnya -- they're the most amazing owners ever! We were offered yummy tea while the incredibly hard task of choosing a smoothie began (for me, anyways). The choices all sound extremely "bad" for you; sinful, almost, like you know you shouldn't indulge but you can't help it so you quickly order one when others aren't paying attention and hope nobody notices that you're splurging on a smoothie sure to satisfy your tastebuds and/or sweet-tooth. But guess what?! Sometimes it's good to be bad, like in this case... because all their smoothies are GOOD for you! Yup, you read right; they're packed with nutrients and protein while tasting sinfully delicious! After trying to pick a smoothie and being unable to decide, I asked Tawnya which smoothie she recommends and she suggested Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Umm wow. So good! It literally took me back to being a kid and eating a big bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch on Saturday mornings while watching cartoons -- ah, those were the days! And today was a great day, too. I was able to forget about having to adult and indulge in a smoothie that tasted exactly like my favorite cereal growing up (and it was good for me on top of it all)! I highly recommend stopping by for a smoothie, you won't regret it.
