We were greeted by Wesley Wilkins who provided us with a tour and as we moved throughout the building, Wesley knew all the residents that we came in contact with as well as employees. The entire building had a wonderful vibe and the residence we interacted with were so welcoming and friendly. We feel confident that if any emergency or care is needed, Mom is in the right place. Though my parent enjoys it at the Manor, I've been concerned about continuous increases in the rent and fees, especially the latest increase of just shy of 15%! This latest increase seems to have pushed residents "over the edge," with several now moving out to nicer and cheaper alternatives. The Manor seems to have also lost several good and caring employees that we really liked. I'm starting to get concerned about the trends I've been witnessing. I hope these trends don't continue.
