Each caregiver has their own special gift . They read to, pray with , color with my mil. They are all great at engaging her and most importantly they treat her with respect. Dignity took me on but never gave me the quality of care that I would expect, nor the quality of care that they claim they will give to you. #1 I am uninsured and unimportant to them, as they will not be making money off of me. #2 EXTREME lack of communication between myself and the care team, to the point of total indifference, ignoring my requests and pleas for help. As licensed professionals, this is a breach of duty. Do not overlook this. These negligent actions ARE grounds for revocation of licenses. I have reported many more failures to act on the part of this deceiving organization to the AZ authorities. Too many to mention here. Just please everyone,take heed, one negative review IS cause for alarm. Everyone needs help in some way. Wow....Chris, Shawn and the amazing chef Intan!!! I lived out of state and every morning Chris would give me an update on how my Dad was doing. The staff is there 24/7 unlike other group homes. The owners are amazing and have been in this business for 11 years, so they know what they are doing and come with very high standards. When my Dad was passing the staff did not leave our sides.
