What bothered me most was the lack of scheduling or time management. I made an appointment to get a cat eye manicure. No acrylics, just the paint. When I walked in, there were two techs and at least 4 people seated. I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time to be started and as I sat getting my nails done they continued to talk walk ins until it truly felt that the entire seating area in the front was full. They had more than one person frustrated about waiting and making comments about leaving. When I was finished, I paid $60 for the cat eye manicure. This is what I have paid for a full set with designs in the past at other salons. This is a new salon, so again, something I can look past as long as they have great quality. Only that was not the case. Three days after I got them done, two of them chipped. I was so upset, the polish and manicure were great at first but I have never had a set deteriorate that quickly. Unfortunately I will not be returning, and I hope that they are able to hire more staff to cover the amount of volume they are taking in.
