I was a walk in and asked for a gel overlay soak off, I got my nail beds shaved off instead after I constantly repeated that I did not want that. The spa looks up to date on polish, furniture, and staff are very professional. Parking isn't bad either. They have a selections of pedicures to choose from. It really helps with timing also. When I'm in a rush I choose the Simply and when I have time I pick the Escape. My recent visit I believe I had Jennie for my Escape pedicure. I really got the much needed spa. The hot rock, the warm towels wrapped on my legs. The mini back massage at the end really took off the weight I had on my shoulder. (This is a shellac/gel manicure btw... its suppose to be dry by the time I walk it the salon.) They've agreed to fix them for me when I have a chance to return. The quality of this place has gone down tremendously in the past year or so. 1)second picture with two flowers is the end result from today, first picture with seashell designs is what I showed the nail tech I wanted. 2)in the beginning when I showed the nail tech the second pic, she said "ok no problem, I do for you".
