I was a walk in and asked for a gel overlay soak off, I got my nail beds shaved off instead after I constantly repeated that I did not want that. The lady ignored me multiple times and gave me attitude every time I told her she was hurting me with the drill bit. I pop in Paradise a few times for the past few years during my lunch break for a pedicure. I felt it was the same as I was last there. The spa looks up to date on polish, furniture, and staff are very professional. Parking isn't bad either. They have a selections of pedicures to choose from. It really helps with timing also. When I'm in a rush I choose the Simply and when I have time I pick the Escape. My recent visit I believe I had Jennie for my Escape pedicure. I really got the much needed spa. The hot rock, the warm towels wrapped on my legs. The mini back massage at the end really took off the weight I had on my shoulder. The customer service ON TOP of the fantastic work they do here makes this place one of my absolute favorite spots. Everyone is so kind and honestly, I never hear any chit chat in their language (Vietnamese btw) that is offensive or rude. They say "walk-ins welcomed" but after waiting 30 mins and watching 3 people get serviced before me, I was at the salon for almost 2 hours. I think the pictures speak for themselves. (This is a shellac/gel manicure btw... its suppose to be dry by the time I walk it the salon.) They've agreed to fix them for me when I have a chance to return.
