I stopped by on a whim because it was on my way home and I haven't been happy with the pedicures at the place where I've been going. SO GLAD I found this place. It is bright, clean, and very friendly. My pedicure is perfect! She took her time and didn't cut half of my toe trying to dig out an ingrown nail! Very gentle... true expert care. Donna (owner?) removed the previous dip color and reapplied exactly what I wanted. Thin and natural. Again, there was no pain. She is meticulous. My nails fee like glass. Thrilled! She is so kind. Amazingly nice people. Did a GREAT JOB & priced reasonably. I enjoyed every minute. I got black overlay powder on nails and shellac on toes and it was 90$ They were efficient and i was in & out within an hour. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend this salon. Leah always does a phenomenal job on my nails. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does. I have small nails and other techs always nick/cut me but I never have to worry about that with her. I actually followed Leah from a previous salon where she did my nails for about a year. I have to drive farther but she's worth it! Also the salon is so clean and quiet, it's so relaxing. They have a great color selection, and do great designs. read more

This is my go-to nail salon! Their service is great AND consistent. From the moment I walked in, I am greeted with warmth and professionalism. I have been coming here for sometime and nowhere does it say appointments only. I walked in as I have done in the past, first thing early morning and I was turned away. I showed what I wanted and it was pretty simple but yet all I was told was no walk ins. I loved coming here but after so many changes to how they want customers to pay and how they don't now allow walk ins. I won't be coming back here. read more

I've been coming here for six months or so, I've probably been six or seven times and it's always been great until this last time. I got my nails done and then three days later they started chipping and peeling and getting really rough edges. I took pictures because I was out of town at the time and when I got back into town I went to Steven and showed him my nails. he got kind of defensive and rude, which was offensive, because my nails started chipping three days after I got them done and I paid good money and tipped really well, so I'm the one that should be unhappy. He was in a hurry because I had just stopped by and he had people in the salon and told me that the next time I came in we just wouldn't do gel again, like it was a gel issue. I was confused bc I've done gel every single time I have gotten my nails done w no issue. What happened was he used old product that didn't hold up. He also took my nails from long coffin shaped to short and square, but they weren't square, they looked terrible. He didn't build them out or anything so my nails on both sides got thinner at the top. Really shoddy job. Anyway, he told me also that he had a policy of only fixing nails within a certain period, but I had told him when I got my nails done that I was going out of town so he knew I wasn't there. I also showed him pictures of how they started to break down after three days of doing them. So anyway. He tried to tell me to come back in five days, but I was like that's a little long and he got me in the next day and told me that I had to be on time or he wouldn't be able to see me. There's only one appointment that I ever rescheduled, don't try to make it sound like I never show up on time. Stop. Anyway, got my nails redone and I'm never gonna go back to the salon because they only like you as a customer and will do a good job the first few times, after that I guess they get used to you and think they don't have to do a good job anymore, I'm not sure. Anyway, there are thousands of nail salons in Houston, I'll check them out. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Me and my best friend came to get a pedicure yesterday and we were blown away at their customer service. They made sure to ask us if we needed anything to drink while we were waiting and after we were done. I came in with long (natural) nails but a few were broken and she was able to reshape them and cut them down to a good length so you can't even tell which nail had been roughed up. Not to mention, THEIR NAIL ABILITY IS AMAZING. Any design you want, I'm sure they can do. Everyone was so nice to us and we will FOR SURE be back. read more
