TBH! I never leave reviews, but the service was just too ridiculous not to mention. When I walked into the salon, there was an elder woman LYING on the couch, and she did not even get up to inquire about my service (which is extremely unprofessional, and sadly behavior that is often overlooked). Once I confirmed my service, she then proceeded to blatantly laugh with another woman about me in her native language. I asked her was she laughing at me, and she said "YEAH", of all things! I responded, "That's why I'm here! Why else would I be here?" I just don't understand the point of openly mocking someone trying to give you money! The sad thing about this experience is that I was desperate prior to my event, otherwise I would have left! And despite having to deal with rude behavior, it was the absolute WORST service I have ever received! She hardly removed any callus and my eyebrows were not done properly. This was actually my second time going to this place but it will be the LAST! This may fall on deaf ears, but I will no longer be giving anyone my money that does not respect me. PERIOD! read more

Okay now the lashes are damaging my lady's eyes , i called them to seen what can they do what can we do. they told me there isn't anything they can do because they are strips . Loveeeee this place. For the pink French I paid about $60 and I had gotten a fill, change in shape and color. For the frenchies with cherries I had paid $130, which was a full nail set and French pedicure also. The pedicures are amazing, included hot rocks, hot wax, massage and essential oils. They're always so gentle when removing ingrown nails. They're all very nice here, and the overall vibe of the place is calm and peaceful. My nails last up to a month and they never crack or lift. Service, quality, and prices are all great! 10/10 read more

I visited their first location in the strip center next to Jersey Mike's, where my friend and I experienced poor service. Despite arriving first, another pair was attended to before us. We shrugged it off and continued waiting. However, when two more people arrived for eyebrow services, the technician who had started working on me left to do their eyebrows, leaving my friend and me waiting again. Frustrated by the delay, we decided to leave since they were closing soon and seemed too busy. We went to another location nearby, next to a taco place, only to find out it was run by the same owners. When we walked in, they immediately acknowledged that we had come from the other location and tried to explain they were sending someone over. Regardless, we sat down and were attended to right away. Unfortunately, during my pedicure, the technician cut into my left big toenail and then accidentally cut the skin underneath my nail. I pulled my foot back and told her what happened, but she seemed to dismiss my concerns, possibly due to a language barrier. Despite my complaints, she continued working and even started to put oil and other products on my foot after the injury and submerging my feet in the water after the cut. I eventually told her to stop, as my toenail was now partially hanging off. At this point, the manager or owner intervened, trying to downplay the situation by claiming my nail was already broken. This was not true, as I had recently trimmed and maintained my nails myself. They still did not address the injury properly, and when I refused to continue, the owner questioned my reaction, asking what was "wrong" with me. As if they didn't cut and drew blood from me and tried to act like I was 'overreacting' when I don't want something to get it infected. My friend's pedicure was finished due to her technician being sweet and careful and not wanting to leave them with nothing since they did start a service but given this experience, I would not recommend either Paris or Hollywood location. read more

Wow! I'm super impressed every time I come here. I've always gotten a shellac mani and a deluxe pedi. Before tip it'll cost about $70 which is very reasonable and cheaper than most salons in the area! The quality of the madi pedis are great and they last me a long time! The last time I was in here, there was a customer sitting next to me at the pedicure station. She was so rude and kept loudly talking on her phone the whole time. Every time the manicurist would show her what she had done, the customer complained and made her wipe it off and start again. At one point the customer had the AUDACITY to grab the brush out of the manicurist hands and try to show her how to do her job. I cannot believe the staff stayed so calm and professional because I would have lost my mind!! They redid her nails over 5 times! And then when she's checking out, she starts loudly crying and complaining about her nails. The whole shop could hear and it was unbelievably awkward. The staff were polite to her the whole time and let her throw her tantrum without arguing or getting mad themselves. I was so impressed! The really stupid thing is that we were going to spend $45 + $28 + $28= $101.00 Plus I normally tip $10 to each of the employees that work on us. That would have been another $30.00. Visiting from out of town to do some formal fittings for a very important family function. Called to confirm that they closed at 6p and let them know I would be coming in that evening around 5:15p for a gel manicure. I arrived at 5:10p and was greeted, the open sign was on, and it wasn't busy with customers. They told me they're done for the day and not taking any more customers. I questioned that the sign was still on and that I even called earlier, they hesitantly said sorry and I left. Very poor experience. The location is convenient, customer service not great. If they had told me they stop taking customers at a certain time I would have adjusted my schedule to be able to come earlier in the evening. I would suggest making an apt or just a different salon all together. read more

Gel nails review - don't do it!!!! I had never done gel nails before this and was assured and sworn up and down that this would not damage my nails by three of their employees. They said as long as I came back in for them to remove instead of peeling off myself, it would not damage them. I also asked if the removal was included in the original price and they said yes. Language barrier or false advertising? I don't know, but they charged me $10 to come back and sit with my hands in acetone for 30 min. I kept lifting my hands out and my skin had turned white and they told me to soak longer. They then proceeded to scrape, sand, file and "buff" the crap off of my nails and then hastily put some oily stuff on top. My nails feel thin, weak and flimsy and literally look like I took some sand paper and sanded them myself. I have been to this salon about 8 times and they do a great job with normal nail polish pedis and manis but I am very disappointed in the deceit of gel nails. read more

Update: I want to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars because Jenny made it a point to paint close to the cuticles this time even though I didn't mention last time nor my review. She also did a great job with the shape of my nails; my roommate didn't believe that they are my real nails at first! Also, I came in really close to closing time and they still accommodated me. Lastly, many places would charge to remove previous shellac polish, but they don't do that here. Picture from this time: pink polish. I love this color. It's number 11 of the shellac polish. ____________________________________________________________ This place is only 5 minutes from my apartment, so I decided to give it a try out of convenience. I went on a Saturday evening, and there was no wait, which was excellent because I was in a rush. The nail techs were all extremely friendly and accommodating. They even offered to get me complimentary refreshments of water, juice, or wine. The place was clean and well furnished. I got a shellac polish on my fingernails and regular polish on my toe nails for a total of $34 before tip. The shellac was $25 without manicure, and the toe polish was $9 without pedicure. This isn't the lowest I've gotten for a shellac polish, but it also wasn't outrageous. My only complaint was that later I noticed that there was a noticeable amount of unpainted space around my cuticles. I didn't notice it until my sister pointed it out, and you can see it in the picture I posted which was taken before I left the salon. Despite that, I would go back because my above complaint is something that could be easily prevented next time around, and the positives overshadow this one thing. read more

I am very pleased with the way my nails had turned out. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the inconvenience I had to go through driving back and forth. It could've been easily resolved if the previous tech had fixed the nails like I had asked him to, instead of blaming it on my skin. I've come to this place a couple times before and it has always been okay. Not great but it's 3 min from my house so the convenience always outweighed. I went last night and got a shellac manicure and pedi that was just not good. (The mani specifically) I think the guy that did it was the owner and he rushed through and just didn't do a good job. After he was done he saw me picking at them and came back and tried to clean them up but I don't think there was anything he could do at that point. The pedicure was okay too but she cut a chunk of both of my big toes i guess to keep from getting a hang nail and she completely changed the shape of my nails. Rather than squared nails, they're kind of pointy. I won't be going back out of convenience and will just drive a bit further to guarantee a good manicure. read more

Great if you want something quick, are not picky about your nails, and could care less about the experience. Is it me or do my nails have different shapes going on?? I went here because I was near my gym! The worst idea ever. The smell alone almost made me walk out mid nails. They were rude only time someone talked to me was at the end when she said, " You not work today?" To top it off my nail broke the next day drying my hands. I went to get it fixed and everyone was rude saying I needed to come back. I would be understanding except it should not have broke in first place. So if you want nails that break in a day this is your place. I only went here because I had little time. I should have went to my usual spot. I can't believe they would not correct their mistake. Never go here! They least they can do is be friendly. Also, the don't give receipts three people while I was waiting (over an hour to fix one nail )complained about this. There are two other people walking around not with a customer and they won't correct my nail (their mistake). Its not good to let customers sit around during covid!!!! There is no social distancing or any precautions being taken. I have watched for an hour a customer cussed me out because she is so drunk. I have never in my life experienced something like this. The prices are all over the place. STAY AWAY! Edit: After this review... while I was still waiting( I was asked three times what color and told someone was about to fix it... strung along). The owner came in YELLING "Is there an Amanda in here." She proceeded to yell saying that posting a review is sabotaging her business and that I am lying according to the three drunk girls. I have never in my life experienced this. She made me cry instead of asking how she could help. She argued we were far enough apart when I brought up lack of social distancing and improper mask wearing. She said she would measure but of course did not. All of this is crazy and could been avoided by doing the nail correct in first place or asking how can I help. Not an experience anyone is looking for when getting services. I wish you would just add to it. First you said no alcohol until I had proof. Please stop making stuff up! I never said I was having a bad day. Everyone in crowded waiting area left and said they would not be back and we actually exchanged our regular nail spot names. I had come from accupuncture and was very relaxed and it was great until I was attacked by you. I never mentioned my day to anyone. Let set the scene... I was finally getting my one nail fixed after being cussed out and strung along for an hour. You flung the door open asking for Amanda who posted a review. While they had my finger in a drill and I was sitting you stood over yelling at me. When I mentioned the lack of covid compliance and drunk customers one of the girls appeared and started yelling at me as well. Then her friend came in who said oh I did cough with my mask down and was drinking. The friend told her to go wait outside and be quiet. I hope in the future you can respect customers who use their hard earned money and choose to try you out. I would have loved to discuss this with you like a civilized person and been willing to give you another try. Instead you clearly only care about cheating people out of money, poor service (poor nail job) and have no regard for the safety of customers or workers. The girls did a 5 star job and the location is clean and reasonably priced, but I will never return here again because of their cash only tipping policy. I believe in tipping well for good service, but I shouldn't be expected to pay an ATM fee because an owner is too cheap and lazy to pay credit card processing fees and to distribute them to his staff. I also suspect he or she isn't doing the proper paperwork with the IRS thus screwing his hardworking employees out of their earned tips when customers don't have cash. This was reassuring because I felt communicating what I wanted would not be a problem. I like getting shellac manicures and nail art. Jenny told me that I was welcomed to bring in a picture of what I wanted to get. GREAT! They have LOTS of colors to choose from making it much easier to match an outfit if needed. I was offered a beverage before the tech began and generally made to feel comfortable. Ann did a good job and was finished pretty quickly too. The prices are about average, $30 for a shellac mani and $5 for designs on two fingers. However, I will try to soak it off myself because in my opinion, paying more than $5.00 to do so is not worth it. I will probably return. read more

Omg I am SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! I've been coming here for a WHILE!! I normally go to Tracy she is amazing never rushes she ALWAYS does her best! This time I just randomly stopped and didn't request Tracy. The guy that did my shellac was sooo sloppy with the painting he put like 7 coats of the color and like 4 coats of the clear. I figured that was to much but hey, I'm no professional. And I've never had a bad experience here. They know what they are doing I thought. TUHHH!! First of all, when you get color dip powder nails this should last you about 2-4 weeks. If it was a bad job it lasts less than 2 weeks. But I went in on Valentine's day and the color started coming off the second day! By the 3rd day, it looked like I had my nails done longer than that because all the color started chipping on every nail!!! I, unfortunately, could not go back to the salon because I had gone out of town the day after I got my nails done. Also, be aware of the pricing. I had asked before I wanted any service done how much the dip color powder would be and the gentleman told me $38 and then when one of the ladies was about to start on my nails she told me $45. I kept arguing that he said $38 and she said no and then did not do my nails... so I had to wait for the gentleman to finish on another client before I started getting my nails done. Only good thing about this place is that they close at 7:30 which is later than most nail salons. But this was bad service. I have been going to this salon for what would've been going on three years. Came in last Sunday for mani and pedi with my boyfriends mom and spent around 250 (including tip). Within days, our nails were cracking and coming off. My nails usually last 3+weeks with gel,shellac, acrylic, etc and this had only been a few days!!!! She said she was going to charge me for two of the nails that fell off and kept making excuses for why they fell off instead of just redoing them and admitting it was a bad job. After getting frustrated, i just asked her to take them off and left extremely upset. Will not be coming back.
