Don't go unless you want GREEN nails & I don't mean polish. I am very picky so I called & asked for an appt. with the best nail tech for pink & white. Peter did my nails on a Friday evening. He did an excellent job shaping them so they looked good. I decided to get a pedicure. He had said my nails were $45 & my pedicure was $45 but when I went to the register it ended up $118. $5 for soaking, some amount $ for them being long. Not sure how they ended up at $118. By the time I went to work on Monday & showed off my nails they were already starting to discolor. Before 2 weeks was up, I had 3 GREEN nails! I am so upset. Even with a 30 minute drive & being pricey I was going to go back. Absolutely NOT now. read more

Started off thinking positive things since I read past reviews. First they don't have any colors to pick from. Then kept saying they didn't have time for acrylic nails or to even do a design on the pedicure I was getting. Once they were done they just left me in the chair without saying anything. A very PAINFUL experience! Never will i Go to this place again! I had a manicure done and 2 days later I had painful fingertips. By the end of the week my fingertips peeled. One fingertip is reddened with some pus. I called my physician and he diagnosed it with paronychia. I was told that more likely than not it came from manlpulating my cuticles or the dremel device that they use. My cuticles and nails before were soft without cracks. I went today to talk to the manager. I was told I had an allergic reaction. To make matters worse while they were discussing this in the back they had a customer come and tell me that I was wrong it was an allergic reaction. I asked if she was a nurse or physician and she said no. This customer continued to harasss me even though i asked her to leave me alone. I left the store because this lady wouldn't leave me alone. I called the store and returned later to pick up what they decided to return to me. I told the store employee it was diagnosed by 2 physicians as paronychia and was was prescribed a $75.00 antibiotic. He literally just threw the money at me and said this was all I get. Customer be warned of chop shops which this is one. read more

Since i don't live in town anymore, I hadn't been here since they opened 5 years ago and the service was as great and even better than I remembered. Chose Paradise because it's right next to where I work out. Big Mistake!! I received a sloppy, rushed mani-pedi from Peter. He couldn't have made the experience more unpleasant. His technique was very inexperienced and the results were sloppy. It's obvious the tools are not sanitized and are used over and over on other people. The topcoat brush was so dirty it actually turned my clear polish a bright pink. He couldn't have cared less and had no intention of doing it over if I hadn't mentioned it. Nail files were dirty and very worn. Yuck! Mani-pedi done in 45 minutes for $45. There are too many good nail places in Naples to waste your time and money here! read more

I drove up to a very nice front of the building and it's very conveniently located for me. I walked in and no one greeted me to start: a nice young man sat me down and did a beautiful job on my nail polish change, the only service I needed at the time; thank goodness. As I sat there, I looked around and at my station and the next one, there were actually cut nails sitting there on the table. The tables were actually dirty and had nails that had been cut lying there, and not just one nail. No one was working at the table next to me and it was just left like that. I was so grossed out. I was torn. Because the young man did such a super job on my nails, but the place was really dirty!!! I never remember being in a place as such. There was a little dog in there and they were doing tricks with it; just not my cup of tea. I will never go back. I wouldn't even give it one star but guess I am required to. read more

I must update my formerly positive review of this establishment. I saw a young woman my first time here (winter 2016). She was good. The next two times were awful. I had an older woman who seemed to be untrained for this job. She was indifferent, sloppy and careless. I gave them another chance (gel nails and mani) and the results were again mediocre. The charge for a bad mani/pedi was three times what I pay here in Annapolis, Md. I felt ripped off and will never go back. I'm writing this now since we are leaving soon for Florida and I need to find a new place to do my nails. read more

Probably the most average nail salon I've been to. Way too expensive for not much in return. There was an employee's baby running around the salon crying and yelling and even holding a nail polish bottle in his hands which is obviously really dangerous so that shocked me. Not to mention people were trying to relax in what is supposed to be a calming environment and the employee was chasing her kid around making a lot of noise. I don't even say this to be rude because I understand that she may have had no option but to bring her child to work, but it's just not the best idea to disturb guests and have the child running around like crazy. It's unsafe for the child in general. Anyways, I paid $45 for just a gel fill!!! And of course I left a tip so I paid OVER $50! That's absolute robbery. I didn't even get a full set! I just needed them filled in and I got them painted a simple orange! Crazy. Safe to say I'll probably never return here unless I absolutely need to. The guy who did them did just okay, it was absolutely nothing worth the money I paid for nor is it even one of the better nail jobs I've had. Ugh. read more

I came to this place after sifting through a bunch of salons. Seemed decent. Since I'm new to the area I wasn't sure where to go. Well, DON'T GO HERE! I can't believe they let me walk out with my feet looking like they had been done by a 12 year old. She did not paint the sides of my toenails, only the middle. She also painted all over my feet and cuticles. She did not file the nails, which I had to do when I got home because they were very jagged. When I said something she told me don't worry. After she was "done" she ran a brush around them and has me sitting in the chair for 15 minutes to dry my nails. Anyone would know this would take a very long time. I asked her don't you use some kind of light, or spray to dry these? I don't want to sit here all day. She said oh ok that's how you want to do it and then brought me over to the light. Almost $60 for something a child could have done. Extremely displeased, especially after bringing my concerns to her multiple time. Total time for nails that were not even gel (so glad i hadn't spent almost $100 doing that) was almost TWO HOURS. NEVER AGAIN. read more
