Great place! I have been going here for over a year and I am really happy with their service. Their prices are very reasonable and their services are well done. I get my mani/pedi done as well as eye brow waxing. Everyone one is good and you can walk in anytime and they will have you in/out within an hour. I love paradise nails! The workers are all really friendly and remember your name as a regular customer. I got my brows done as well as a mani/pedi. My brows were cleaned really nicely. Previously, I had gel nails on that had to be cleaned. They did a great job in clearing the polish away without ruining my nail beds. I was unsure of what color and style to paint my nails but they were extremely helpful in choosing a color that would match my skin tone. Overall, I'm very pleased. read more

When I first went to paradise nails my with cousin I thought they were friendly and polite and new what I wanted. There message-seat were comfortable,but they did an horrible job on my zebra print design. As for my manicure the nail polish is already chipping and I already need a fill and I got them done three days ago. My cousins nails also need a fill nd she paid too much for the nails when the didn't even do a good job. There were being rough on her pedicure nd made her bleed. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! My friend and I went in last week and we both wanted mani pedi's but she decided to get a full set so they started on her first. I waited an hour as people came and went! It was getting closer to closing time then all of a sudden one of the nail tech's family came in. I thought it was a party there! Then the ladies all started to leave one by one without tending to me (as they were still working on my friend) when I asked everyone kept telling me I had to wait for the same lady who was working on my friend. Then when she was finally done the lady asked me if I wouldn't mind coming back the next day because she wanted to close early to attend a family party!!! I said forget it and left. I decided to try this place on a Friday they were friendly as you walked in first off the lady that did my daughter nails was rude tells her that the color she picked out was too grown an the shape was to grown which it wasn't AT ALL once I left an at work I noticed my nails where chipped on the side and the color was coming off I go in Today ( sunday ) to see if he the guy that did my nails could fix my nail that is chipped on the side he tells me just let it break and wouldn't fix the nail worse place ever never going back service is BAD BAD AN THRY ARE RUDE read more

Took my daughter in for her first set of acrylic nails. I asked for them to be on the shorter end which she did. My daughter is very happy with her nails. The only issue I had was their lack of nail polish colors offered, I had to pay for gel because she could not find the color she liked on the display. read more

The staff are very inconsiderate when it comes to time and are quite unprofessional during the process of doing your nails. They'll answer their personal cell phone calls and be on the phone delaying your service and are actually kinda rude too. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to!!! I needed a really quick wax for an event so I walk in and asked the main lady in the front if they do waxing. She says VERY rudely, YES! and orders me to sit. I already almost walked out just after that but I was in a hurry. I HAD TO ASK how long the wait would be. She said 5 minutes. I figured not too bad so I was on my phone killing time and I heard her talking not know she was talking to me. She almost yells, "HELLOO!!" and I look up realizing she's talking to me and orders me to go the the back room. I go and there is still someone being waxed or massaged or whatever was going on in there and she tells me to come in as felt uncomfortable walking in on someone. Anyways, they used very weird wax, didn't do anything for redness or sensitivity before or after the waxing which makes it hurt way more. Payment process was difficult too because the register area is at a nail station where someone was working. VERY crowding. Bottem line, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, even if you are in a hurry!!! read more

I like the nail salon here but the only thing I have bad to say is it's the pedicures, I came in to get my feet done from a stressful day of work and as I'm getting my toes done the lady cut my toe and it's starts to bleed and in so much pain and she is just looking at me like um it's okay no it's not okay my toe is in pain, never will I come here for a pedi also they do not wash the basins out with disinfect! This pedicure feels like Ikm doing it myself at home.... Not sure how long this guy has been doing pedis, but it seems like he's trainning. He's trembling as he's cutting my cuticle.... Ok first they made my middle finger shorter than the other, 2nd the did my nails like gel but like a really ugly sparkly color, then they made me soak my hands in acetone for 30 MINUTES AND THEY TRIED DOING IT AGAIN BUT WHEN THEY WERE FILING MY NAILS WITH THE LITTLE MACHINE THEY BURNED ME 6 TIMES (i counted) so when the lady walked away to do something i just walked out i was furious read more

This is the worst place I have ever been too. I went in on 02/15/2014 and requested a pedicure and fill with gel polish. The gel polish has already peeled off of 6 nails. Also while the lady was giving me a fill they gave me a bucket of warm water to soak my feet. They are inexperienced. The shop is dirty and the staff is rude!! Worst place ever!!! I had been there before with my friend and decided to take my mom for a pedicure. The lady that attended us was so rude! She did not greet us and when we suggested how we wanted our nails to be fixed she would immediately start talking to her co workers in a language that we obviously did not understand! It made us feel so uncomfortable. On top of that she was not gentle at all..very bad experience i will not be coming back again. BEWARE! They are SO rude! I was picking a nail polish and a lady who worked there was sitting on the waiting chairs and i looked at her and she was looking at my hands with a disgusted look on her face because my hands have tattoos on them. And i clearly saw her looking at my hands and shaking her head, so i said "excuse me?" (Like hello i can see you being rude) and she looked up at me and shook her head and went back to reading her magazine. I was SO offended and shocked that she was acting like that. I wanted to cry. For a sec i didnt think she even worked there. So i asked the lady who did my nails if she worked here and she said yes. And i told my lady that she gave me mean looks cuz of my tattoos and she just said "ohhh sorry. Dont worry." I didnt even get a discount lol. I should have left and not gave them my business. But the lady who did my hands was nice to me but i have not been back since and my friends who went there dont go there anymore because of this and they told their moms to stop going so we all get our nails done from NICE ladies who speak English now. Dont ever waste your money here. They do not deserve it. I cant believe someone would openly be rude to a customer because they dont like how they look. It makes me sick.
