Excellent vet care with amazing customer service. Love the whole team from the front office folks, nurses & providers. Really care about our Koko & Rio. I have moved out of town & still come here for care.

*disturbing photo warning* DO NOT GO HERE. My friend recently had to take her senior dog here for a mass removal surgery. I think we can all agree our animals are our family and finding out one of them is sick, especially when they're older, is extremely scary. After being assured that the surgery went well and the dogs recovery time was up she had to bring him back in for his stitches to be removed. Not only did the dogs wound reopen after the removal, but he had to have another emergency surgery. My friend then proceeded to follow up after the second surgery about his well being, just to have unanswered emails spanning almost two weeks and multiple phone calls. When she finally did get ahold of the office, they brushed her off and told her there was no way of knowing the stitches would reopen and they wouldn't be compensating her for the emergency surgery nor did they apologize. I don't pretend to know anything about veterinary surgery, however I do know how to run a business given that I've had one for over 10 years and the sheer lack of respect and communication is appalling. When you seek care for your animals, you expect them to be treated with priority and compassion. This vet office does not offer that in the slightest. I would never go here if you value your pets care and you expect a level of basic communication from your vet and techs.

Do not go here. Horrible communication and horrible bedside manner. This has been my worst experience with a vet.

My cat is 17 1/2 and has some kidney failure, cardiomyopathy and arthritis. At first he slept a lot, the whole next day and I figured after one visit and simply putting a laser over him(hard to do needles with cats) nothing much would happen. I got chinese herbs but hadn't given him any yet. The second day after ONE VISIT my cat was a NEW CAT. I could not believe my eyes. He is spry, stands and walks better and has a look on his face I haven't seen in years, very alert and even his kidneys seem better! (drinking less water). I still feel like it's a dream, how could that have happened, it's like magic. I paid a lot to have her come to my home but I'd pay thousands to have my healthy younger seeming cat back and that's what she gave me. I can't wait to have my second visit and have him get more magic! She is kind, smart and travels the world for more research. RUN DO NOT WALK TO HER if you pet has any health issues. I wish I had known about her when my cat had cancer 2 years ago. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Brandi is certified, professional, cares for your dog and will provide you with exercises you want to have in your tool box. Brandi will figure out what works for you, she will do all the rehab exercises and/or she will teach you how to help your pup along. The student veterinarian was so loving and kind. So was the mentor veterinarian. I can't say enough…read moreabout their level of care and dedication. They gave me a new dog food for my sweet dog. They really explained everything and they were both so wonderful. I was understandably a little frustrated because they didn't really give me a diagnosis as to why my sweet dog was acting the way he was last week throwing up multiple times and then throwing up blood and refusing food but they did their best to try to figure it out. The front desk staff isn't so great.... One of the ladies in particular was very rude and demanded I leave a deposit before my bill was worked out. I decided not to do an X-Ray and they needed them to take that off my bill before I had to make a deposit. If I wanted to leave and get lunch I still had to pay which is understandable but the tone was unacceptable and when I went to pay at the end of the visit my bill was more than expected. So, I thought they made a mistake again. They ended up taking off what they should've and the bill was correct but of course that same lady had a lot to say about everything and I just didn't want her opinion. I wanted her to have a little empathy and kindness. I was frustrated that the doctors never really figured out what was wrong with my dog and needed to have a follow up visit and I was frustrated that I really got no answers and ended up paying almost $450 when I had already gone to another emergency vet last week and paid around the same amount! That's a lot of money for anyone. I got here at 11 am and left at 4:40! That's a very long time for my sweet dog to be there. I have to come back on Monday because they need bloodwork checked again. I'm not looking forward to seeing the receptionists again, but I do look forward to working with the staff that works directly with the dogs. This place would be so much better if they had different receptionists. There was one lady at the reception desk that was nice, but the others were just rude. They all need a lesson in empathy.

Where oh where to start... I took my 5 1/2 year-old French bulldog to a groomer instead of the vet…read moreabout two months ago to have her glands done. This dog has been a puppy since she was born. High energy always. Well she came home from the groomer unable to jump, and over the next few days was in visible pain, shaking, couldn't barely walk, couldn't even get comfortable laying down. Crate rest, muscle relaxers, pain pills, and multiple sessions of acupuncture over 6 weeks and she was making improvement, but not like I wanted. So I got on yelp and started searching and found Autumn. I sat near Dutchess her whole first session, and was SO convinced just after that, that before autumn left my house, my other dog AND me were scheduled to join in on Dutchess' next session. Dutchess got up from her session and immediately ran into my other room and jumped on the couch. Literally IMMEDIATELY. This dogs MO is making me lose my shit with her high energy and I felt like we were immediately back to normal We've now had 2 sessions and I told Autumn yesterday that Dutch is about to send me into an early grave because she has been bouncing off the walls constantly since our second session. Keeping her calm is essentially out of the question at this point and just not gonna happen. My sweet rambunctious 5.5 year old puppy is back and I am SO grateful for Autumn. So now about me. Stage 4 endometriosis. Had a child via IVF and surrogacy. I've had 2 laparoscopic surgery's. First one to remove a softball size mass that engulfed my entire left ovary and tube, and attempt to clear out some of the endo. Second time to clear out some endo. Got about 5% relief on the second surgery. Essentially the surgery was a waste of my time. Well, like I said, I sat near Dutchess during her whole first session. And started my period the morning of Dutchess' second session. That period started 5 days later then when it "normally" does, which is actually usually 5 days EARLIER then what my period calendar always says. So I got an extra FIVE days In between periods AND I HAD ZERO CRAMPS! People I'm serious, NO CRAMPS. My cramps were so bad before that I signed up for a second surgery to try to help. A whole surgery. And got barelyyyyy any relief. All I did was sit NEAR my dog and had no cramps. Well that was the first day of my first period since being around the machine. I got my own session done that day, and when I tell you I'm EXCITED for my next period, I'm serious. Because I can't wait to see how it feels. Or how it doesn't feel. I even got a facial a few days ago and my face lady was like wow your face is bleeding a lot today and it never bleeds like this.... And I'm like oh is it?! Well the machine Autumn uses is said to increase blood flow... i guess that's 100% true. So if you ask me, run don't walk to see Autumn.
