Nate and Justin are friendly and have a lot of experience maintaining and repairing pools. They are very reliable and have done a wonderful job servicing my pool! When I purchased my home 3 years ago, I was the second owner of my pool and the pool was in terrible shape. Nate and Justin did a phenomenal job performing repairs and giving professional feedback on what needed to be done to make my pool great again. If there was an issue that was beyond their expertise, they were also helpful in referring me to another provider. One of the best things about Pro Pools is that they are fair and honest when giving you pricing on repairs. You always get an estimate with cost breakdowns and no hidden fees. I have dealt with many shady contractors, and the worst feeling is knowing that someone is trying to rip you off or take advantage of you price-wise. I don't ever get that feeling with Pro Pools, which says a lot about their professionalism and just how great it is to work with them. Another great thing about Pro Pools is that they are quick and responsive if you have any pool troubles. I was having a problem with my pump (of course on the hottest day of the season so far) and despite being super busy Tony stopped by on his way home, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it enough to get me up and running. When he stopped by today to finish the job he noticed that my pool wasn't looking very good. He tested the water, added some chlorine, and told me what I needed to do to keep everything looking good. I have a better idea: As soon as I burn through the rest of the chemicals in my garage I am going to have Polar take care of my pool full time.

We are thrilled with the results! The deck around the pool and the steps were also falling apart, so we had that demolished and redone at the same time. It was a LOT of work all at once. Matt coordinated everything and his team really went above and beyond. While rewiring the pool and hot tub, he fixed problems with our yard lights. Nice. They even noticed that our backyard gate latch was broken and wasn't closing properly as the workers went in and out and they repaired it so our dog won't escape. Didn't even ask. Just fixed it. Wow. Pristine Pools have had my business for over a year now and I can tell you that my experience with their services has been far superior than anything I've experienced in the past. They always do and excellent job with their weekly service, calling attention to any maintenance issues that might arise, and always keep everything running perfectly and keeping my pool sparkling clean. In the past I just accepted mediocrity and just figured checking the chemistry and adjusting the water accordingly, was all I should expect. Not with Pristine. Diego always makes sure I'm taken care of and makes it right if something is missed. I was recently considering buying a new pool sweep because mine wasn't doing a very good job. They replaced the wheels, tail and capture netting. I felt the price was very fair, he took care of it on my next scheduled service day and my sweep is operating better than ever. Nice job Pristine!
