He told me it was likely the check valve, required a $250 deposit, and said they would replace the part during the visit with the deposit applied toward the repair. When they arrived, they had no parts, spent only a few minutes looking at it without testing anything, and said they'd return later that day. They never came back. After I followed up, Evan was rude and said they couldn't repair the leak--based on the same information I had provided before the appointment. I paid the $250 in cash and received no repair, no testing, and no refund despite requesting one. I feel completely scammed out of $250.

We are thrilled with the results! The deck around the pool and the steps were also falling apart, so we had that demolished and redone at the same time. It was a LOT of work all at once. Matt coordinated everything and his team really went above and beyond. While rewiring the pool and hot tub, he fixed problems with our yard lights. Nice. They even noticed that our backyard gate latch was broken and wasn't closing properly as the workers went in and out and they repaired it so our dog won't escape. Didn't even ask. Just fixed it. Wow. Pristine Pools have had my business for over a year now and I can tell you that my experience with their services has been far superior than anything I've experienced in the past. They always do and excellent job with their weekly service, calling attention to any maintenance issues that might arise, and always keep everything running perfectly and keeping my pool sparkling clean. In the past I just accepted mediocrity and just figured checking the chemistry and adjusting the water accordingly, was all I should expect. Not with Pristine. Diego always makes sure I'm taken care of and makes it right if something is missed. I was recently considering buying a new pool sweep because mine wasn't doing a very good job. They replaced the wheels, tail and capture netting. I felt the price was very fair, he took care of it on my next scheduled service day and my sweep is operating better than ever. Nice job Pristine! You've made me realize there's no need to compromise with your pool service.

They do good work but their pricing is unrealistic and not in line with any others I have used…read more The will not do an ounce more work than the minimum without billing for it. Beyond base pricing (and chlorine), they bill for most necessary chemicals separately. This happens multiple times a month so expect an extra $35-$70 on your bill. Don't forget required filter cleanings at an exorbitant price. I would look around for a place that won't nickel and dime you. Also, $220 a month for a service (mid level package) that does not even clean leaves from the pool is outrageous.

Holy Smokes, that's one of the lowest electricity bills I think I've ever received. I credit the Pentair Intelliflow and the LED light bulbs and motion sensor switches that I installed in our 3700 square foot house for that low bill. TJ replied right away and came out that morning for an estimate. Although we ended up not using him, I found him to be honest and upfront about his options and pricing. He even gave me a print out of his services (what's included and not) which is a first I've encountered for a pool service company and a free company pen. As a bonus, he dumped some acid in my pool to help balance out the pH for the time being. Very nice guy! I have no doubt that he would do an excellent job.
