Unfortunately, I have to report that I am really disappointed with the behavior of this company. This is what happened: While I was out (I normally work from home) and my husband was at work, a worker parked backwards in my parking spot with a ladder on top of the van and backed towards my garage, damaging the metal garage door. My son witnessed this, and a neighbor saw the van parked there. The garage door still works but it makes a terrible noise since the metal pieces no longer align properly. Because of this, we cannot take the car out early in the morning without disturbing people in our house or neighbors. We tried to handle this situation properly by reaching out to the company by email and phone. They said that "they will investigate." We did not hear back. After I returned from my business travel, I confronted the worker, but he denied this. The company said, "Charge your home insurance." I kept their old skimmer to check with my son if this is what he was referring to since both the worker and his manager (I believe not the owner of the company) denied that the worker had a ladder. My son repeated it was a ladder. I asked the manager to come, pick it up, and talk about the damage, but they did not. Nobody showed up. They know there is a $5,000 liability issue and they are clearing their hands of it. I gave them a week to fix this (no news). And the worst part is that the manager said "you do not have cameras" when I told him this happened like he knew it did happen. Fortunately, we do have witnesses. After carefully evaluating a number of pool and hardscape contractors, we hired Atlantis last summer for quite a large job. Wow. Jon and his whole crew did such an amazing job...and on time and on budget. A nice set of workers who were respectful and friendly helped, but importantly their quality of work was top notch. The pool looks wonderful and they also managed about 2500 sq ft of pavers including curved paths...and it looks perfect. Jon is on site quite a bit and for our project Renee was a key manager and really knows his stuff. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Be cautious! The pool guy is not doing his job. He would come by and park his car on our driveway. Then he didn't go in and do the chemical fill up that he was supposed to do it on Mondays. We didn't notice this before because we saw his car on our drive way. Until recently, we are at home often and noticed that he didn't get off his van at all. Today, I saw him is here and went up talk to him. His attitude is really bad. Then he said he will go and do the fill up. I went back in my house and trusted his words. The next thing I know is he left right away! I was at the backyard near the pool. He did NOT come in! read more

Such great, proactive customer service! We had a huge rain storm on NYE and the day after New Year's we had a team of five guys in our backyard, servicing our pool without us even having to call them and ask them to come out. They were proactively going to all their customers to get mud or silt out of the pools, to treat the water and help us prepare for the next downpour schedule to begin this week ~ When do you ever see a company offer that type of customer care without even being asked? I recently had Atlantis pools complete a full pool remodel for me. I had received quotes from 4 other pool remodel companies and went to review their work. Right away I saw a difference in the quality of workmanship so I decided to go with Atlantis. Jon, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. You will notice that he has an incredible team of specialized employees and you can tell he treats his people right. If something needs to be corrected Jon stands by his work and you can trust he will make it right. We were so happy with our pool remodel that we also used them to fix some problems we had with a paver job we recently did. Thinking back on it I should have had his team do the hardscape as well in the first place. My wife and I could not be happier with the pool! We also use Atlantis for our routine pool service. Don't even think about using any other company for work on your pool. They did a pool remodel and installed pavers in our yard. Not only was the work superb but their after installation service is great. They happily fix anything in an expeditious manner. They also do out pool maintenance. Their people are all knowledgeable and fix things right the first time. All their employees are long term. read more

If you want any level of professionalism from companies you employ, do not use Atlantis. Regardless of what any other review says. Atlantis maintained the salt water pool in the house we recently purchased, so we continued with them @ $125/month. Jon communicated with us when we first moved in but became more and more unresponsive. Within 3 months, Atlantis raised the monthly rate to $155 without ever discussing with us, we just got a bill. When I called to discuss, he NEVER responded to 4 calls, nor did Billing. After 2 month of silence, I decided to fire them, had to tell their worker. As I investigated the pool equipment, the salt water cell was turned off and damaged, salt was 50% of required level and Atlantis NEVER mentioned it. Instead, Atlantis used Chlorine in a salt water pool contrary to every pool maintenance guide. Shameful. Jon stated they don't make money with weekly service, only major repairs. If you hire Atlantis for weekly service, they will test your need for major service, pump, filter repair/replacement or solar. If you aren't a high dollar mark, Atlantis will raise your rates and ignore you. Nice company. read more

I can't thank Jon Lubrano, owner of Atlantis pools enough. Though we don't have a pool, Jon's staff helped us out of a very bad front yard remodel. We were taken advantage of by Tangie Noa Tangie a man who claimed he was top notch. Unfortunately we did not do enough research and were ripped off. Jon is one of my neighbors and a business contact. We have gone thru many bad pool service companies, before we found Atlantis. the Service is great - they come every week on the assigned Day which we need to make sure our dogs are in. If they cant come on the normal day they let us know in advance of the change. read more

I've had Jon and his team (Rob, Edgar, etc.) out for various things over the years and they have all been EXCELLENT! Last week Edgar came out and fixed not only the sweeper, but then realized it couldn't only be the sweeper as the reason things were still dirty. Quick analysis, and realized there was a broken part within the filter, and that I should replace the cartridges as they looked over due even though we had just cleaned them. I held off on the filters, but then just 5 days later the Flow/Pressure of the pool was not working, so I called on a Saturday morning to have them come check it out. Jon showed up within 1/2 hour and quickly realized the cartridges were already full of dirt b/c the sweeper was working again, and that they were causing the flow to fail. Basically reiterated what Edgar said and told me we would have to continue cleaning them every few weeks b/c they were too old and dirty inside. Quick fix, and the pool is already clearing back up nicely. Always a pleasure to work with this company! read more

I can't say enough great things about Atlantis Pools! Prior to Atlantis Pools I had a different company that showed up once a week and did a 2 minute leaf clean on my pool. It never looked great and when I tried to contact them to replace my 30-year old pool equipment, they were non-responsive to my requests for an estimate. Which led me to Jon Lubrano and Atlantis Pools. Jon came out immediately! He provided me with a thorough estimate and corrected long-standing issues that had been going on as well. We had all the pool equipment replaced and they did an amazing job - stuck to the budget and got it up and running smoothly. Our pool looks great! They spent quite a bit of time making sure everything functions perfectly. Any time I've ever had a minor issue, they have had someone out to check it within 24 hours!
