Spas & More provided us with excellent service and support - Brian and the administrative staff at the office were helpful from the very beginning. Angi went over all the details of the contract before I signed it - including what parts/pieces were included, how much extra any add ons (like the heat pump and end to end cover) would cost as well as the delivery via crane truck (included in price) and length of time for availability of the swim spa from the factory. We ordered an 18 foot swim spa in chocolate which they said might take longer as it wasn't as commonly ordered but we actually received it earlier than expected. Brian's team is exceptional, helping us with a myriad of technical questions. We bought this particular swim spa for physical therapy and water quality control. The water at public gyms pools and spas cause severe skin irritation for family members - the Master Spa circulation system along with chemicals used for this unit WORKS FOR US! It's such a blessing to have ability to swim again, especially since the buoyancy afforded by water is the ONLY physical therapy available to my husband. I chose Master Spa for the quality reputation and so far I am not disappointed after a summer of use. I chose Spas & More for their service support - they have exceeded my expectations! He immediately showed us the perfect hot tub for our needs. I had purchased a used unit which was to be refurbished, but because of covid based employee shortages in the parts warehouses,we had to take a different route with my purchase. Mike was very diligent in doing the absolute best he could with getting me a different spa replacement as soon as he possibly could. It took some serious effort for sure, but he definitely came through! His delivery crew and set up crew are great!! I wish I did not have to give 1 star, but it's the lowest. We recently went to the St. Charles Convention Center Spa show. We thought it was going to be several vendors but it was only Spas and More with their Master Spas. The person helping us was not from Spas and More, he was from Master Spa. He was good, nothing wrong with him. With the exception of details about the purchase. He was apparently not clear on the rules and when he relayed to us what we could / could not do, he was wrong. We asked SEVERAL times if we did not go through with the purchase could we get our deposit back? He assured us several times, yes, no problem. We signed our paperwork, paid our deposit, and left. I will admit our mistake was signing the paperwork without making him write something in that says we would receive our money back where it says no cancellations/refunds. I will admit my faults as well. We were getting this paid for as a gift, we decided that at this time we could not see spending the money on a luxury item when it could go to more useful things. So we called and tried to cancel the order. That is where it went downhill. Mike, the owner, JERK. I have never seen a business owner speak to someone the way he spoke to my husband. He tried to shame us every which way about not keeping this order. Bottom line is he will not give us our money back. We asked to split the deposit with him so it wouldn't hurt so bad, nope. He will not budge. I wrote an email to Angi in the office, she was no assistance either. If I remember correctly from our salesman, Angi and Mike are related. She was pretty good at blaming me for everything and kept stating the contract. Which again, I take responsibility for signing without him crossing that out and taking his word. I told Angi they should tell their salesman to concentrate more on the actual policies of the store instead of bashing other companies around town. We spent LOTS of time listening to how crappy all the other outfits in town were, one in particular. Maybe we should have been talking more about what could and could not happen with our actual sale????? Angi said in her email " I will consider this matter closed" She can consider this closed if she would like, but I promise it is not! We have asked for a full refund, a partial refund, there is no dealing with Mike. He told me us could have sold that unit 5 times over at the show. We were told these units are 6 months out on order. I'm sure this has been sold, and they are NOT out any money! He must really be hurting for $1100! Out of principal at this point I would NEVER spend a penny with anything he is associated with. read more

Basic principle of business: Don't charge a customer for a product you don't have. Found through a google search. We are having guests this weekend and needed two new filters for our hot tub. The filters were ordered on Monday. By Thursday, nothing had arrived, and I'd received no communication from them, so I called. Was told they didn't have the filters in stock. When asked why I wasn't informed, I was told, "We only call customers if backorders are going to be more than a week." Asked for a refund and was told "I don't know how to process a refund. You'll have to wait until tomorrow." *Edit - they did refund the same day. Now our hot tub is unusable for guests this weekend, thanks to their lack of communication. I could have ordered from another company if I'd been informed of their stock situation, but no, they thought it'd just be acceptable to take my money up front and offer no emails about an out of stock product. "We'll just order them and ship them when they come in without informing the customer of a delay" isn't the way to run a business. Absolute failure. read more

Do not purchase spa from this company they damage spa when delivered I have a light that does not work properly have jets that have an on off switch, but will not turn. anything off, or on and having a temperature problem called to set up appointment to have my orientation and the spa fixed no call no show then I call and tell them I want to talk to a manager and I still get no call then I called the next day and tell him I want to talk to the owner and I still to this day have yet to receive a phone call do not buy from this company. I've used Spas and More several times, and they're very nice. However, they often make mistakes and have to come back days/weeks later to fix those mistakes. They also aren't very good about communicating when they will stop by. On multiple occasions, I've waited days/weeks after scheduling a repair service only to find out later when I called that I was never scheduled. read more

My boyfriend was looking for a hot tub for therapeutic reasons. They had one that was used. My boyfriend haggled with them for a couple of days. We got the hot tub for a great price, 1yr warranty and they cleaned it up, put new pillows on it, got a new cover, got a new face for the controls, and we asked about getting an assist rail. The tech that delivered the spa said he was going to a "spa grave yard today" and said he would look for one while he was there.
