Could not recommend this place less. My family has tried to be a customer for years, since we bought our first house with a pool, and have never had an experience describable as 'great', sometimes it was alright, got the job done, but we could never rely on them to do a consistent job or even to show up. This year, we paid over $600 for an opening that was never complete. They, as is seemingly habit for them, never showed up to rectify this after we called and they said they would send someone out. We've also been trying for years to get on their weekly cleaning service list and have been repeatedly told to tell them 'At the beginning of the season' as that's when they're figuring out how much staff/resources to acquire, we also got on a wait list, which I suppose makes sense until they finally say you're in and people still never show up consistently. We've also had problems with rude staff in store in the past. Yes, we should've given up on this place a long time ago, we're just busy and this place is close to us so it was convenient-- at first, obviously. After the shit show of this year, it's June and we haven't been able to swim once yet bc the pool is in a state of neglect from this one sided relationship with Four Seasons, we've finally put the thought required into finding a new company, St. Charles Pool and Spa, and they have been fantastic. Friendly staff that actually show up and in the time frame they say they will. Almost like they recognize that they're being paid to be here and do the job! I highly recommend going right to them and not wasting your time here. They've already been out to asses the situation, are doing a sort of 'second opening' for us to fix the bad job done the first time, and got us cemented in their weekly cleaning schedule. Opened a pool this summer and hired Four Seasons to close the pool. On the day of the closing, was home and met the crew, all professional and since they knew I hadn't had a closing before, they explained what they were doing and ran me through their work when it was complete. Was very impressed. Owner Jeanie and her "fixer" Jesse came out a few weeks later to review a different issue from the build and offered great advice. She is very hands on as an owner and was personally interested in resolving my problem. Jesse is the guru who seems to have every answer for any problem. So glad to have found this company. This store was great, AT FIRST. The employees all seemed nice and I never had any problems whatsoever, until one of their employees left multiple deep scratches on my truck. He left these scratches on my truck by dragging a hose across the side of it (the hose had lots of gravel and other debris all over it). I wasn't worried about it at first, as all of my experiences with this company were great. The company manager, Jeanne, told me that it was not a problem and that they would completely cover the cost. I went to the dealership and sent them the quote and they said that there is no way they were paying the quoted price. They told me that I needed to get a quote from their paint repair guy, which I did. I drove over an hour to get a quote from their guy, and they said that they were not paying his price either. The company completely flat-out lied, telling me that I told their employee to get in the bed of my truck to fill the chemical tank that was in it (I go to this store to buy liquid chlorine in bulk). This is how the company has ALWAYS filled the tank, so why would this one be different? They said since I "asked" the employee to do this, I was the one liable, so they would not be paying to fix their mistake. They proceeded to tell me that I am not welcome at the store anymore. They also are not responding to any messages. I am so surprised by all of this, the company seemed so great at first, but they are absolutely horrible. I will now have to spend my own hard-earned money to fix their mistake. read more

My 70 year old partner and I recently contacted Four Seasons Pool and Spa to install a pool railing to help my partner enter and exit the pool as he is victim of Parkinson's Disease and Macular Degeneration. I have used your service to open and close our pool since we moved to the area as that is who the former owner had used. They sent me a contract to sign, which I did not read as my eyes are not that good and the print was very small and I have a tendency to trust much to much. The representative came to install our rail, was here for twenty minutes, only drilling four holes in the concrete to secure the rail. The charge for this was $600.00. This is half of my social security check for the month. I called the company and asked for a partial refund and received a very nasty response which basically told me too bad we no longer need your service. No refund. I am very disappointed that a company uses a cover all services contract. Especially for their senior customers. read more

We've used Four Seasons for 26 years, and we've lived through many "situations." Service is spectacular. Family-run operation, and they know their stuff. All the people are so nice, friendly and knowledgeable -- Sharon, Mary. Callbacks are quick. Dan, Steve and crew are always helpful. Take your water in for evaluation any time for free. I moved to the salination system a few years ago, at their recommendation, and it's really dropped my chemical costs. ROI is remarkably timely. Now, I've got them on maintenance during the season -- my second year. And it's so helpful. Service is every Thursday . . . ready for weekend fun! And it's virtually the same cost as doing it myself. How does that happen? Got a new liner this year, and it's beautiful! And pristine installation. When we first started with them, they really were at Four Seasons Shopping Center at Olive and 141. We tried Four Seasons this year for our opening, as they were cheaper than the place we were using. We also removed and stored our cover to save some $$ as well. But for $225, they blew out the lines, started the pump, and poured in some chemicals. No cleaning/vacuuming/skimming or putting chlorine tabs in the chlorinator. As they couldn't provide a window of time they would be arriving, we weren't home to check their work or interact with them, so I also had to install my own ladder as well. Very disappointed!!! I'll be going back to my previous supplier. I'd suggest that you think twice about trying Four Seasons, as there are other options available. read more

The first day went very well... They guys that we sent out to do the job knew their job well, and when they recognized a problem they quickly came up with a very fast solution. They worked very hard all day and did a very good job. The second day came and left, in the evening I called to see what time they were going to show up and I was advised that I was taken off the scheduled because they had too much work. No one attempted to call me to advise me of this... They scheduled me for a Friday and I advised them that I had to work that day, and I told them in advance that I wanted to be home when they did the work... They did show up on Friday early afternoon and did a lot of work, and scheduled to come back on Saturday.... No show on Saturday, I called to find out what time they were going to be there, and they said they could no caulk in the rain (it was raining at their office, 2 miles away, guess they assumed it was raining at my house as well). I advised them that it never rained at my house on Saturday at all and the pool was dry. I was rescheduled for Monday. On Monday, I called to find out what time they were going to show up, and was advised that the Service Manager would be out to complete the work. At 7PM Monday, still a NO SHOW... Called at 11:45 Tuesday Morning and they said they missed several appointments yesterday and that I am a priority today. I told the person on the phone that I wish I had confidence in that. They arrived on Tuesday and completed the Caulking and did a very nice job of it, really looks great, I now have the pool full of water and the "startup chemicals" have been added.... All that is left is to have it powered up... Seeing how I do not know the equipment that is installed, I want a little training and they are supposed to be here today (Friday) to do this between noon and 4PM, but so far no show and it is time to go to work... Another day lost. One place that I see for them to improve is to have a schedule the night before and be able to tell you what time to expect them. As it stands now, you have to call them the day of to see what time they are going to show up. I understand that this is the busiest time of the year for the pool business, but that means that they need to have the man power to support it or send them to someone who can. They are not helping their reputation when they have problems maintaining commitments. As a review, they are a good company that does excellent and reliable work, but sometimes they are late or no show. I know they are busy, but even so, if they are that busy, they should not be scheduling work so close to each other or have more crews out working. If you have the time and patience and time to wait for them, they are a GREAT company that is one of the best in the industry... Over all, I am glad that I went with them, even though there was some aggravation. I hope this event is just a one time event and I hope to come back with a much approved review in regards to attendance... I have score them 4 stars out of 5 because their work is superior to what I have seen in the past, and the wait for them even though is frustrating is worth the wait. read more

I purchased 16 bottles of shock and they charged me an additional 3.00 per container for a deposit. Which upon being returned they give you only store credit. When I tried to return and get the credit, there response was I never charge for those bottles. I left the 16 bottles there and gladly took my business to S and Kay Pool. I recommend you to do the same thing. My integrity was challenged and accused me of lying when they lack integrity, customer service and common sense. This is definition of buyers remorse. read more

Been dealing with leak in pool since April. Keep sending random techs out and each states differing opinions as to what is causing issues, Worst service ever. Promised to be looked and fixed today. Terrible job of installing my liner, it was installed crooked , my bottom used to be smooth now it has bumps and lumps , they broke a vinyl trim piece on my steps and they refuse to replace it as they say it wasn't part of the contract. Lost the screws on coping trim and they replaced with non matching screws. Several wrinkles in liner and it doesn't fit properly. Their response is that it is under warranty but they refuse to address the issues. read more
