Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. So i waited until they had them back in stock The next year and bought two of the same variety of rose going by the label attached as it wasnt blooming yet. One died again within a month the other after it bloomed it was obvious that it was miss-tagged and not the same variety. Not even close, colors are wrong very little fragrance wrong flower shape. The next year they didn't carry kordes perfecta variety and still don't. So i have a rose bush i cant stand and never would have purchased and cannot get the variety i want anymore. Each time i go they want cash only and wont give a receipt. So its impossible to get a new plant. Please note i got my maricopa master gardener certification in 2001. And my yard was once on a garden tour... i know how to grow things. So why did 2 of 3 die within 1-2 months? And why are they misstagged? Not happy at all

Stopped by their pop up coffee cart, Stroll Coffee, for a matcha and I also picked up a few adorable air plants and wood at a great fair price. Their outdoor plant selection is broad and vibrant, though I'm not the best at keeping outdoor plants happy, so I admired from afar. Inside, the houseplant section had a good mix of some plants you see often, but also a few rare and interesting ones I don't usually come across, including some unique philodendrons and a couple pothos. The indoor area is on the smaller side, so when it gets a little crowded, it can feel a bit tight... that's probably my only minor critique. That said, the overall vibe was welcoming. I appreciated being greeted when I came in and then left alone to browse when I mentioned I didn't need help. That balance matters. The prices were fair as far as my knowledge in cruising through plant aisles and sections. Nothing unreasonable from my perspective.
