They will make arrangements to have your vehicle towed, have an enterprise representative meet you when you drop off your vehicle for repairs, and advocate on your behalf with your insurance company. People either love or hate this place. I took my car in for two items, a running board installation and replace the fog lamps with LED lights which I had in the car. I got the bill paid it and found the running lights were charged for replacement but the led lights were still in the car. SO I had to return and yes, they did give me a refund check BUT this was VERY unprofessional. read more

Sorry to say but service has really gone down. I had a car serviced here a year ago and I have to say all went fine.. Recently, my husband had his car serviced here and they are not handling the situation very well. First, they put his door back together without some seal so when my husband noticed they said no problem we will order it. They call him its in, he leaves work early to go get it put in and its the wrong piece. Ok, we will order again. Today again, he leaves work early and gets there because its in and to his surprise, WRONG again. Come on, seriously. So far this part has cost us 135.00. Who reimburses us for our time? Now they are going for round 3.. They should at least pay us for the inconvenience and time lost. Totally unfair..! read more

Beyond dismal experience with this body shop. Awful customer service especially with Vanessa. Geico should seriously consider reevaluating Paragon Collission as an auto Express Repair service. We had our car door repair and a few months after, we noticed rusting. We brought this to their attention and they said after analyzing the damage, this was not attributed to the paint work that they did. Obviously, we totally disagree with this. This is our 4th vehicle of the same brand & make & never had this problem before. The only coincidence with the rusting is the paint job & repair that was done. Initially, they agreed to rectify it then backed out. Second, our tire rim covers were lost. We called them and they said definitely not them. The only place where the car was before they were lost is their shop. Vanessa has poor customer service. read more

I came here to repair a door, hoping to pay cash and not go through ins as my lease was up in several weeks. One of the main representatives was kind enough to assist me and gave me a decent price. Every time I tried to set up an appointment he was busy, for 2 weeks. Finally on the day of the appointment, I informed said rep that I am on a time crunch and don't can't stay. I had to wait 10 mins to see him, another 5 mins while he went to inspect someone else' vehicle. Again I asked him if he would be able to take the car and was just dismissed with a wave. After I confronted him that I have to go and been waiting for 15 mins, he told me 'oh well this doesn't make sense for me for the money anyway, and I was going to look at the board again but goodbye!' Horrible service, will never recommend this place unless you possibly have insurance. read more

I had a great experience. I have Geico insurance and Paragon is one of those Geico preferred places. The owner was very nice and personable, the work they did was great and they were very communicative. I got regular text messages letting me know estimated start and completion dates and every time I called or went by the staff was very nice. The absolute best part? My car was gross when I brought it in--needed to be washed and the inside was in a sad state of uncleanliness. When I picked it up it made my day to find that they had cleaned up the whole car--inside and all! I thought it was a really great added customer focused touch. read more

We took our car in for a repair of a collision. They were great. They fixed the side of our car-but when we got home our gas tank flap is broken. If we open side door it hits the gas door. They would not call back after multiple calls then their paperwork person conflicted what Mike said. We have pictures showing they fixed that side and she admitting to removing the gas tank flap, yet Mike said it was wear and tear and he will not replace or fix. He got angry and said despite her saying they touched it he will never admit to it. "Good luck with that" was his angry parting to us. Beware, it worked when we went in and doesn't when we left. Challenge them and an angry response and "do not come back here" will be your answer. Do not visit!!! read more

I would not recommend Paragon Auto to any woman who needs repairs. After a month, I went to pick up my car. The state of the interior was a disaster. Understandable things get dirty when being fixed but he decided not to clean anything. Then I had damage on 3 replaced pieces. The manager, Mike called me "particular" and I notice things only a woman would notice. He did rolled his eyes at me several times. When I had to take a second day off work to come back and have them fix the damage they caused I was told the Owner, Vanessa would be there. However, her father key us who said he had absolutely no ownership and his daughters 30th birthday was the day before and "she couldn't get out of bed" even though we were told we would meet with her. Her father was misogynistic every time I tried to speak he would cut me off saying "yes I'm going to cut you off". He belittled my father who flew back from the west coast to deal with this manner as these men have no respect for their female clients. The manager Mike refused to see us now that I had my father and fiancé there, as well. The owner has no regard for her own business. I had to take a second day off work, but since it was her birthday she blew off our meeting. In the end they are fixing their damage they did to my car and offered a detailing but I refused because this process has been the hardest most painful process I have ever had with a car. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and have someone treat my property in that manner. I highly suggest finding another store for any auto body work. read more

First, Mike who is the manager on site was the most disrespectful person I've met in quite some time. I brought my altimato be repaired because the shop is a Geico authorize shop. The bumper previously had damage along with the right fender the new damage which needed to be repaired was all on the left side. Due to the previous damage I had to pay for a new bumper to be installed even though Geico and this auto body initially agreed to take care of all the cost but that's not the problem. The problem was that once they repaired the bumper the initial damage previously done was touched intern bending the metal and allowing a large amount of paint to flake off. Over the course of the next two weeks rust developed. After speaking with Mike he agreed to take care of the altered fender since they touched it. Upon walking out after that agreement I had happen to pick up a bag of cookies which were free along with coffee at Etc. I called during the week to set up an appointment and was exploded on by him saying that I have no business at his business and he will not repair my bumper because of a bag of cookies literally the cookies cost about $.50. I would never recommend him or his company to anybody after the way I was spoken to and or treated. This message is being dictated verbally through my iPhone I'm still very upset and my car is still damaged due to his malpractice of auto repair. The next step that I have is to get in touch with Geico again and complain about the work performed on my vehicle but still the way I was treated is the way that no man should be treated or woman for that matter he is the lowest of the low. read more

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Dropped my car off on a Saturday, was told it would be done the following Friday. Called Thursday to follow up and was told it wouldn't be done until the following Thursday due to incorrect parts being ordered and parts coming in damaged the second time around. No one called to inform me of this. Called again on Thursday, the car is still not ready and was told it wouldn't be done for another week. Again, no one called to inform me of this. The receptionist Alex is not professional, rude and refused to put me through to a manager when I asked to speak to them. Don't waste your time at this auto body. Went in to have some minor scratch work done. Agreed on a price. Scheduled the appointment, to have the work done. Picked up the car, 1/2 of the work - which I was told could be done - was not. Then given an estimate to have the car properly done for $2,300.00. Went to another body shop, For $150 had the car done and out of 18 scratch's - 16 were eliminated and the remaining 2 you had to look for. Moral - Paragon is not a good place to do business with. I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. read more

Just picked up my car (2014 Audi S4). Car had small damage from rock, $500 job. Disappointed in the work. Area painted not smooth. Grains can be seen in at least 3 spots like the paint or clear coat was not 100% clean. Update: Emailed leadership there. They completely owned up to the issue and corrected it. Car looks great now. Paragon did a great job with my Hyundai Sonata. I hit the front right tire on a curb, causing damage to the bumper, tire, cradle, struts, control arm, etc. I mentioned that I couldn't afford to fix the bumper at the moment and just wanted them to get it driving again. I assumed I was going to have to tape or remove the broken piece of the front bumper, but they graciously welded the plastic back together, and outside of some paint scratches it looked great! Really appreciate their work and will definitely be returning in the future if need be (hopefully thats not the case though). read more

No call from them Saturday and when I called them Monday, they said adjuster was coming Tuesday (adjuster already looked at it)which meant Wednesday pm I could pick up. The surrounding auto body shops are shotty looking and look like a junk yard. This particular building is very well kept and the employees know exactly what they are doing! A jealous auto body shop owner in the surrounding area must be very jealous because they are probably ready to go out of business because they can't even compete with Paragon..I would not be surprised if the owner of a nearby bankrupt auto collision business had the nerve to comment a bunch of rubbish!!!
