EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY! After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. I had a wonderful experience at this body shop. I went here a year ago after a piece of trim fell off my car door. Warren told me what time to come back and fixed the trim piece for free right in front of me. I was blown away he would not accept payment. So now a year later, I had damaged to the car. The door need buffing and wheel trims needed to be replaced. I stopped in on Monday and I met Peter, Warrens son. Peter was wonderful. He was very honest in the best way to do the repairs to save cost. I dropped the car off yesterday morning and a few hours later the car looks good as new. Peter even left me a little touch up paint in my car. I have found my local body shop. If you are in any need of repairs big or small definitely go to them. Thank you again Peter! read more

Being the second customer this morning after Warren told a lady 1500 for her car to be fixed and she said "no she was told 900" I of course didn't have the best experience I was hoping for, when it was my turn. A few weeks ago my car was hit in a parking lot, I brought it to midland park auto body and was told by Warren "they could buff it out and paint it, They do not need to replace the entire quarter panel" I had a check of 804 and Warren (the owner) said "it wouldn't be nearly as much and I would get a couple hundred back." The mistake I made was not writing that down, or receiving an actual amount it would be to fix the car. Today, I head to midland auto to pick up my car. Warren told me it would be $965" I was shocked obviously being told something way different. I said to him "that is not what we agreed on" and he said "the best he could do was give me $50 back." Upset I said "Fine" as he didn't give me an actual amount and I didn't write down what he said to me a week prior. what irritates me the most is he couldn't find my car and it was still scratched!! It took him literally 20 minutes walking back and forth between the two lots. Then finally he walks over with my keys and laughs while he says "funny thing I forgot where I placed your car, it was in the garage next door" I didn't find it funny, and especially after seeing my car not completely fixed, Still scratched, after paying over $700. I won't be returning as I was not the only customer disappointed this morning. read more

This shop is the best! I had an accident with my mobility van and was referred to this shop despite the fact that i live in paramus. Even though they were fully booked, they realized my situation and managed to get my vehice usable while waiting for parts. They were knowledgeable, courteous and even cleaned up my vehicle when I picked it up. and they were reasonable! i told them i liked them so much, i might hit something on the way home so i could come back. I had such a fantastic experience with Midland Park Auto Body. I completely totaled my car a few weeks ago but came to Warren hoping he could repair it. Warren and his son Peter spent a tremendous amount of time inspecting my wrecked car and helping me think through my options, called insurance on my behalf multiple times, followed up with me with regular updates throughout the week and (after we exhausted our options) just helped me clean out the final remnants and carry them to my other car. They offered to drive me home, offered to show my son all their gadgets and fun stuff and were just the sweetest, kindest, most patient gentlemen. The kicker is they asked for $0 after all of this, because the car is getting sent to a junkyard. They were so sweet about it - I was embarrassed for wasting their time and they could not have been more accommodating. Warren is the gentleman who runs the business and Peter is his son. Minor repair to front fascia...sure I had to wait but it was no emergency ...Great job..Very happy .

Warren is responsible, kindhearted, honest and professional. He is the person sent by God to help us. I drove my car that the front bumper had been hit off to his body shop to get the estimation required by my insurance. After Warren carefully finished the inspection, he said it is not safe for me to drive the car without the front bumper. He spent more than an hour to try to put back the bumper back though it was so hard because all the openings for screws had been broken. He even lay on the wet ground under the car to watch and worked out. Finally he finished the job and I could drive the car until the approval of the insurance company to replace the new bumper. He did not charge me for such a wonderful job with more than an hour. He even did not accept my tip though I insisted. He pointed up to the sky and said, "God is our provider, Be Honest, Love God, Don't Thank Me, Thank God.!" I have never met such kind of business man like him. He is my good example and testimony. He educated me how to love people and help others, I'll never forget what I have experienced that day. He not only fixed the damaged car, he has fixed people's behavior, mind, character and morality. I went today just to see if they could help direct me to a place that would help fix my broken head lamp on my truck. I must admit that I could not tell by the modest appearance that I was going to be so incredibly wow'd by the customer service that I received. NOT only did they totally hook me up with a working bulb... they showed me how to fix it myself if it ever went out again. I have been to Midland Park Auto Body a few times and have always had a stellar experience with Warren. My last visit was disappointing. Warren was busy with another customer and Tom did my estimate. He wasn't rude, but he didn't hold a candle to Warren. Tom's estimate floored me. He charged me for every little thing including putting a license plate frame back on after the bumper repair. The earliest time I could have an appointment was 6 weeks out. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. For the first time since I've been a customer of Midland Park Auto, I decided to get other estimates. I may end up going back, but I'm hesitant. I gave 4 stars because I didn't think it would be fair to give the 1 star I wanted to give. I did have prior positive experiences with Warren. I would advise you wait for Warren if you need an estimate. I wish I did. read more

Phenomenal experience at this shop. Took my car there because I needed an emergency fix on my front bumper. Needed it turned around in one day because I was leaving NJ in the afternoon. I brought it early in the morning and they fixed it in 20 minutes even though they had a bunch of other cars they needed to fix that day. The folks here are super friendly and honest. They are not trying to rip you off at all -- in fact they want you to save your money. I asked about how much a fix on my rear bumper would be (for a later repair), and the mechanic suggested a cheaper (and potentially free) alternative. When it came time to pay, I threw in an extra bonus to show my appreciation for their speed of service and willingness to fit me in the queue (plus because it cost much less than I expected), but Warren would not hear of it. These are some real standup folks at this shop and I highly, highly recommend it. The one small recommendation I'd make is getting a credit card machine -- makes it much more convenient to pay! But otherwise, an unparalleled experience! read more

I got a deep scratch on the trunk of my car, my baby. Being new to the area, I didn't know where to go, but found this place online with great reviews. I went unannounced for an estimate, and warren, even being super busy at the time, took the time to look at what was going on. He said he would send me an estimate, and I was thinking he would probably forget about me, but just hours later he has emailed me a detailed estimate to make it perfect again. Although fixing scratches are costly, it was fair, for making it the way I wanted. He was able to take my car a couple days later and I was only without my car for a night before it was finished. The reviews lived up to the hype. These guys are great. I brought my Camry in for a trunk repair and they had the car ready in 24 hours. Any other shop would have just bought new parts and doubled the cost of repair, but these guys sourced a new hatch and had it installed in no time. really honest and professional.
