I wore my coat to Mardi Gras and put it in Jaguar cleaners on Cottage Hill Road and the sleeves was up my arms. I could not close it and the wool fabric was all roll up and they told me that I bought it from Nordstrom like that and said they was not paying for my coat.

I went by today to pick them up and gave a $20 bill expecting the total to be around 17.50 or so. The girl said $30.14. I said this is wrong. She checked and said some of the shirts had to be dry cleaned. The shirts were all to be same cotton shirts. No manager or owner there just a delivery driver which of course didn't care. I will never use that place again and will advise others to avoid it also. The girl should have looked and seen they were wrong but she didn't care.

Put bag on door went to meeting, called again while driving, NO Answer, left message. Come back home to check and YEP, AT 12 PM STILL HANGING, Now 5 hours later. She was ABSOLUTELY LESS THAN CONCERNED OR apologetic, instead she responds to my question of why no one can answer the phone I've been calling since this morning and he response" well there's only 2 of us here and I dont have time to keep answering th phone to see what someone may need" But I can call the driver and see if hes still where he might be able to come by and pick up if you want me to check ( REALLLY) 1- Do you think that answer was going to give me more confidence to trust ANYINE there with my clothes? 2- Should you even have to ask an ignorant question " Do I" after you've stated you dont answer the phone because you dont have time to see what who's calling wants and I'm gonna leave you my clothes at ANY POINT TO HANDLE NOW!!!!!!!!! Couldn't find them. Went back again. All ready. Washed a different pair today. Back of waist all twisted. I have no idea what they heck they did but I'm not giving them another chance.

The manager who checked me in did not give me a ticket nor could she give me a ballpark price. After weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped by and I was given the runaround because they cannot locate my rugs. Took my information and said I would hear from the owner. Since then, I have stopped five additional times with no answers from anyone but claim they are going to make it right. It's been over a month since then and two months since I've dropped off the rugs. Keep being told the owner is going to call me. Owner has never called me and manager keeps misleading me intentionally. Their phone number does not work either. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
