Instead of investing in Lobby Comercials and podcasts that no one listens to, that money should be invested in phone operators who can answer pts phone calls. I will be filing complaints with these agencies about their poor customer service.

On with the social worker and one with the doctor. I only received ONE call reminding me of my appointment at 11:45. I arrived at 11:33. The lady said I missed my appointment with the social worker at 11. I told her I only recieved one reminder call for 11:45. She then walked back to speak with the social worker then came back saying "oh sorry the social worker canceled. You'll have to reschedule". This is unacceptable. I only received the one reminder call. I have already had to wait almost a month to reschedule the first time. I am out of medications and unfortunately I need all 3 to LIVE. This place has gotten so bad and not accommodating at all. Did she just want to go on her lunch or what?

The people that took care of me actually tried to learn how to say my last name and made sure I was comfortable. They also have great hours. They're open till 8pm every night and even on Saturdays, which is great for those that don't want to miss work. Also, from all their articles posted all over the waiting room, it looks like they charge decent rates.

It was very uncomfortable. I have been to the Rose's mobile unit and their service was always great and I was in and out, so I decided to try out their Galleria location. When I walked in, I stood behind a person that was being helped. When she was done, the older receptionist told me "you need to sign in over there" with a straight face and didn't even look at me. I thought that was a bit rude. Luckily the younger receptionist called me and she was very pleasant. I probably waited about 20 minutes in the waiting room before going back. I was afraid I was going to wait even longer when they had me undress and wait in another waiting room. However, they were quick to see me and the technician was very friendly. When I was done, they gave me a goody bag with some free toiletries in honor of Breast Cancer awareness month. So aim to do your scanning in October!

The area is beautifully maintained and enormous, with world-class hospitals, research institutions, and medical schools all concentrated in one place. I was on hold for over 10 minutes, and when she finally joined, her tone was rude, dismissive, and impatient. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, she hung up on me -- without ever asking about my sick child. As a hardworking mother with excellent insurance, I expect basic respect and compassion -- not attitude and rudeness. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a medical professional who is supposed to care for families. 0/10 -- I would never recommend Dr. Onugha or Teladoc to anyone. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and understanding, not dismissed or disrespected.
